What's the point of paying $3,700 if it won't fix the problem? After nearly two weeks, I picked up the trailer and discovered serious new damage caused by their shop. Their forklift cut through the main wiring harness, broke my safety chains, damaged the coupler, and broke the rear license plate light. They attempted to claim the damage was pre-existing -- it was not. A second repair shop confirmed the damage and quoted nearly $2,000 to fix what this shop caused. They have refused to take responsibility or reimburse me. I will be disputing the charges and pursuing legal remedies if necessary. Unprofessional, dishonest, and careless workmanship. Do not trust your equipment here.
