Food quality was inconsistent, with several dishes arriving at improper temperatures or not cooked as expected. Some beverages were also clearly not prepared correctly, and staff acknowledged internal issues but did little to correct the situation in a meaningful way. In addition, there was an error with billing that resulted in a duplicate charge. When these concerns were raised, management appeared dismissive and did not take appropriate steps to address or resolve the problems. Overall, the experience did not align with the standards one would anticipate. Not hearsay, this is facts!

I was pleasantly surprised with the vibrancy of the place at 4:45. There were couples, regulars, singles... All of it. Everyone was so friendly, too. The bartenders, two young ladies who knew their stuff, were also friendly and seasoned. The place is bigger than it looks from the outside. You can pull in the lot and follow on the right side of the building to a larger parking lot. Warning, though: there is only room for one car in that lane, so entering and exiting can be an issue.
