We were visiting from Indiana and found this place on Yelp. When we arrived Saturday around 10:30, we were surprised to find that there was a 40 minute wait. They had a nice coffee station to enjoy while we waited that was out of cups and then once the cups were replaced, were out of coffee. I was starting to have second thoughts about waiting, but we were already committed. I am so glad we decided to wait. The food was FANTASTIC! We had the regular French toast, banana bread French toast, eggs, and the caprese omelet. All of it was fresh and so tasty. The coffee was also something I'd return for. Smoothies are delicious. Any version of French toast on the special menu has been crazy good. The morning panini is a solid choice. If you like baked beans with your breakfast, theirs are tasty...more molasses than brown sugar or maple. I wouldn't recommend the pancakes unless you like them heavy and dense. Visiting NH from Boston, my Airbnb host recommended the food here. She mentioned there would be a wait. We found out when we got there you can call ahead. We waited roughly 30minutes on a Saturday. It was packed but not loud. It was bright and clean, waitresses were all polite and nice. They let you grab coffee while you wait for your table, which is super convenient. The food was DELICIOUS. I had the Harvest Skillet with bacon (instead if sausage) and the cinnamon raisin toast. WOW! It was perfect. I also had a single pancake that was okay. Another waitress mentioned the pumpkin pancakes when she brought our food out. The only thing I thought was weird is they have fake maple syrup and real. Why not just have real maple syrup in NH? Fantastic! After seeing lots of cars here since they opened, we decided to stop in for a late breakfast. We were quickly and happily greeted by the owner who sat us in a lovely booth. The decor is bright and cheerful, the place is super clean. Piping hot coffee served with a smile. We were offered regular, decaf or dark roast. A nice touch, they offer Aerosmith's Joey Kramer's Rockin n Roastin coffee. The menu is expansive and everything sounded yummy. Every plate that went by looked great. We decided on the Eggs Bruschetta and the Blueberry Crunch pancake. The first came on a tender and fluffy grilled ciabatta roll with bruschetta tomato, poached eggs and hollandaise. OMG. YUM! So fresh and delicious. The pancake was awesome as well, big fresh berries and chunks of granola cooked inside. They also provided real maple syrup on request. We had our choice of home fries, hash browns or beans, which is nice. We had a great talk with our server, Jessica, who was a doll. Our coffee was refilled several times and a lot of their items are local (even Sherman Farms chocolate milk) with tons of gluten free options. We chose this restaurant for our family Birthday celebration due to it's great reviews. Arrived Saturday at 11:00 and waited 35 minutes to be seated. After being seated with menus another 15 minute wait to order, then another 20 before the food arrived. So keep the time frame in mind when choosing when to go. The waitress was very nice and polite. The food choices were great. The food taste and prices I would give a 4 out of 5. Areas for improvement: Increase staff, Possibly getting a busser for the tables would help with turnaround time and decrease the wait. The thing that bothered me the most was that when the waitress served our table the beverages her fingers were at the top of the glass rim right were our mouth goes, she did this for each glass and no straw was provided. This is waitressing 101 so please educated the staff. The wait staff's hand touch dirty dishes, money, wipe rags etc. and I don't want that at the top of my orange juice glass. Great place for brunch. The portions are big and the quality is very good. Lots of healthy options including a large variety of gluten free choices. I had the hash omelet which was delicious and plentiful. My family ordered the pancakes and french toast. Both were big portions and cooked perfectly. Service was fast and friendly. Checked in on us multiple times and refilled our coffee without us needing to ask. Can't ask for more. They are super busy so I'd recommend coming early or wait and make it breakfast for a late lunch. When we showed up around noon there were 4 groups in front of us and the tables were full. I had lunch today at Tucker's with my friend and her little girl. The staff was so warm, welcoming and accommodating. They offer so many different sandwiches, salads, and wraps and also offer a pick two option if you cant decide. I went with the half veggie caprese sandwich and a half Tuscan Cesar salad. The portion of salad was very generous and I liked that they served the dressing on the side. The combo came with cape cod chips or an apple, I would have liked the choice of fresh cut fruit but I had so much food that I just brought my chips home. They also offer a kids meal lunchbox with several options. My friend's little girl isn't really eating crunchy stuff yet and the waitress was more than willing to substitute other fruit that wasn't on the list. Perhaps one of the more premiere breakfast locations in the greater Merrimack County area, Tucker's is a location that has seemed to be cursed: restaurants go in, and within a matter of months we find the once-Burger King locale to be vacant, waiting for another doomed establishment to settle down and hope the painfully unenthusiastic Hooksett / Manchester dining crowd can breathe life into a restaurant with such potential. Pardon me if I was at first skeptical of such a thing ever happening. As I entered from the limited parking lot -- one that encouraged improvisation -- my first sight was from how lively this restaurant was. From the bar service, to the pour-it-yourself coffee placed conveniently in front of the exit, I couldn't help but reflect on a level of identity (or as some plebeians would call it, "pizazz") that I had never seen before in even the most traditional and storied of franchises. Each employee had a bright green shirt on that matched the painted walls too well -- a fluorescent-like neon green that almost made me turn in repulsion at the sight. Startling, perhaps; but judging from the violence sustained from such a view, I would deem it as borderline offensive. The food, as expected, was varied and delicious. I ordered a basic egg special (with added french toast as desert) for my meal and settled on a Mango Smoothie that the new generation tends to be very fond of. There were even supplement options offered below: Whey Protein, creatine, and various amino acids. It seems Tucker's was a few years late to the supplement craze; but one cannot fault their progressive and liberal attitudes in regards to betterment of the human body. As I furiously took gobs of egg, potato, ketchup, and white toast, shoving them down my gullet, I couldn't help but notice at the table across from mine, on a light hanging over the seats were several flies dancing and buzzing around each other. It was perhaps the most unsettling sight of the morning as I tried to turn away and forget such a sight, knowing very well that a restaurant cannot be crucified for a small fly problem. As I reflected on this, I came to a second realization that this is 2015, and of course they can be faulted for such unsanitary conditions. The wait was also 20 minutes long, unusual for a local breakfast joint that ultimately killed the limited mood they were trying to set. read more

They have a well thought out menu as well and they serve mostly gluten-free dishes. We had a large group of 13 this morning at Tucker's and I was thoroughly impressed by this little establishment. We were split into two tables which was perfectly fine with us and they sat us as soon as our whole party was present. They offered coffee while we waited. Everything that we had was delicious. I had the Monterey omelet with home fries & rye toast, my husband had the Mediterranean omelet with hash browns and wheat toast. A few at our table had the French toast or their egg plates. Everything came out hot and at the same time. Our waitress, Sandy, was wonderful. Chipper and attentive. I never got to the bottom of my coffee cup before she was there refilling it. She remembered who wanted water with no ice, didn't have any problem splitting our checks, and was just generally very pleasant. I was surprised with how fresh everything was. I would definitely recommend calling ahead if you have a large party, and early weekend mornings, plan on a wait. But otherwise. No complaints. read more

Tuckers has to be one of the best places for breakfast and lunch north of The Carolinas!!! Impeccably clean as always, greeted and seated immediately. I suggest getting to Tuckers early if possible since great dining tends to get busy and stay busy all day. As usual, it was really hard to make a choice given everything on the menu, but I decided on Crackling Biscuits and Gravy. I haven't had Biscuits and Gravy like this since the last time I was Down South!!! Sausage gravy over buttermilk biscuits with 2 eggs and hash browns. Everything was deliciously farm to table! The biscuits and gravy were clearly made from scratch, my eggs over easy were perfectly cooked with bright yellow orange yolks, and the hash browns were a lightly crispy delight! My server did a wonderful job anticipating my needs, brought my breakfast out in record time, and kept my coffee full. My only regret is that Tuckers does not serve mimosa, but this is by no means a deal breaker. This was a great start to a great day, and my thanks to Tuckers for a warm welcome and a wonderful breakfast! I would have taken a pictures, but I couldn't help myself and tore right into everything!
