Was under the impression that this place had food due to the website that was advertised on BOTH Apple Maps and google maps. We were really excited for the 50¢ wings. Came in and the bartender gave us a weird look for ordering something non-alcoholic and told us they only serve pizza. Took her 10 minutes of talking with the regulars to notice us wanting to pay. We are sorry we didn't drink, but could be a bit more understanding and provide better customer service. read more

This review is based solely on service and food. My boyfriend lives extremely close to Tucker's and every time I'm around, I'm always tempted to try it. 50¢ wings on Sunday?! It was time to try. Came in on a Sunday during the Billboard Awards, which was blaring on their speakers. There were two people manned at the video poker machines and two people at the bar. My boyfriend forgot his ID, so we were told we weren't allowed to order our food from the bar and had to be seated a table. We got 10 hot wings, which was the minimum. And a burger. I don't remember the name, but it's listed as The Outlaw (melted cheddar, applewood bacon, crisp fried onions, jalapeños and BBQ sauce) on their online menu. However, they've changed the name and upped the price. It took about 20 minutes for our food. Which was pretty ridiculous, considering the lack of customers. The guy that our waitress/bartender told our order to, kept coming out of the kitchen to eat wings and wipe his face with his hands. Which made me nervous that he was the one making our food. Food was really delicious despite the wait. The burger was a bit pricey, but the wings were quite large and tasty! Not sure if I'll be back any time soon unless I'm craving cheap, yummy wings. This bar was somewhat outdated and run down. Had a bit of a laugh at their shelf way up high with their "premium liquors": Maker's Mark and Grey Goose. read more

They're not joking, they have the best reuben sandwich in Leyden township. Also they serve Bell's Oberon, which is as rare in these parts as hen's teeth. Hot wings got an 8/10 from the old man. That's very high on the Wing Scale. Atmosphere is very nice, too clean and modern to qualify as a dive, but the crowd was local and comfortable and busy minding their own buisness having a few drinks. read more

It may not much look like much as you drive by but sometimes those can be the best, right? A buddy and I stopped in to enjoy some beer and football. The kitchen has been closed due to COVID but the bar hasn't missed a beat. Friendly service with a smile... Cheri the bartender knows her trade. Quick with a smile or to light up your smoke as the saying goes... Very warm and friendly... Pleasant to chat with and knows her NBA! Went here last night to meet up with an old friend. Felt good being back in the town where I grew up. This little hole in the wall was buzzing on a Saturday night. It's small and quaint for small groups to socialize and drink. There was a DJ who was spinning Latin music, 90s, and hits of today. The atmosphere was fun as I spent most of my time dancing. Went here last night with a few friends. It was a Friday night around 8pm. Our bartender was Veronica. She was really nice when we got there and was attentive about food and drinks but as soon as it started getting busy around 10pm, she seemed to be flustered and kind of rude. It took her a while to refill by beer. It was almost like she could not handle the amount of people there (which wasn't all that many people). I would say she needed an extra person to help out. People started playing the juke box which was fun and all but they had the music up so loud in this small space that it was hard to have a conversation with someone right in next to you. We asked Veronica to turn it down a little bit and she did but proceeded to turn it back up again for the next song. I thought that was a bit inconsiderate. $6 pitchers of Miller Lite or Coors on Fridays. My friend took advantage of that offer, and I had Summer Shandy. Not a huge beer selection but this is NOT that kind of place. We got cheese sticks to share (nothing special of coarse) and my friend got a cheese burger. He goes here quite frequently and loves their wings and burgers. It is just typical bar food and they stop selling the full menu at 9pm, anything after that you get a small list of appetizers to choose from. all in all this is a good place to watch sports because of all the TV's and drink a miller lite. I was there about two to three weeks ago. Can't get the burger off my mind. Forgot what was on it - but I know I crave it. The "owner" a younger man recommended it, so I trusted him. You would give a new customer your best right. Well in this case he MOST CERTAINLY did. My brother also enjoyed his cheeseburger. Just cheese and a burger - no ups or extras. My burger was loaded with excitement for every part of my tongue's taste buds. Spicy, slightly hot, sweet, sour and texture were all you could want in a burger. Stopped in last night to check the place out. Cozy bar full of what appeared to be regulars, but everyone seemed friendly and welcoming. Bartender was quick and attentive. Buffalo wings were awesome. I got a burger and the boyfriend got a patty melt - both a little over cooked but tasted charred and delicious. I ordered my burger medium but it was definitely well done. I've lived in this area for a while and never ventured into Tucker's until now. I was pleasantly surprised- it's a very casual unpretentious place and a lot of the patrons looked like they were regulars. I believe the person who took care of us was the owner and he was friendly and accommodating. We had dinner here and enjoyed our food. Prices are very reasonable, portions good and they have a lot of specials. I definitely see myself returning. read more

Love this place - definately the best "bar" in the neighborhood with great food. I've had the BLT, chicken tenders, hamburgers, chili. All are very good and very good drink specials. No food served after 9. Most of the servers are very nice. Definately a common hang out for me. read more

Now this is what a bar should be... We've been here a few times now. Never ate there so I'm only reviewing as a drinking establishment. Restrooms are clean, The bar is clean. Fair selection of beer on tap. My woman has had cocktail there and says they're good. The selections of spirits are a little limited, but then again do I really want to pay for them to keep inventory that don't move? We have always had very good service. The other patrons we've seen seem friendly enough. I have to go there and eat sometime soon but right now I'm doing "dry" January, So the next review will include food read more

Fun sports bar and nicely decorated. Everyone that works here is so, so nice. I have been to many places around this area and have had many experiences that as a customer, the staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Never here, they go out of their way. Everyone is so personable and fun. I come here with my girlfriends for the delicious, not your average "bar" food & the awesome prices on drinks. BEST place in the area. When someone wants to enjoy their time out, they take into account the food, the atmosphere, the staff, and their company (as well as the crowd). All of that is what makes me want to come back to Tuckers! HIGHLY recommend :) read more

I'm probably being generous with 3 stars. My husband's burger was good, but my two tacos were not very good. One was a shrimp po boy style and the other was suppose to be ground beef, it had a couple tomatoes sprinkled on top and 3 or 4 pieces of lettuce, no cheese, though the description on the menu said it would. The 'meat' had no flavor, swear it was a garden burger cut up! If you're looking for a variety of beers keep looking, poor selection. My rating would be 1 star but my husband's burger was good and so were the fries. read more

A nice bar with great burgers and other food. It is not very large and can get crowded at times. I caught a game here and there was good quick service from the staff despite the crowd. Wings are some of the best I've had. Definitely best in area I've tried... great burgers, great prices. I will be coming back. They had a Groupon so we tried it and it was a ton of food. The portions are huge. The atmosphere is sort of like a dive bar (which I am quite fond of). Dance music was playing, which seemed out of place but it sort of gave it it's unique charm. We've been here 3 times and each time it's pretty much the same. We sit at a table and we get waited on. The first time we were here, we used a restaurant.com coupon and no one on the coupon did it say "may not use for liquor" and yet they didn't want to honor it. We had to wait to have someone call the owner. The waitress came back and said that the rules are the rules, but she would give it us "this time". How rude. If liquor wasn't included, it should state as such. The second time, the waitress almost completely ignored us, but the food was really good. My sister in law loves, loves, loves their wings and this second time we came, they were even better than the first time we came (so she says). Our food was fine. This last time, we ordered a black and blue hamburger cooked medium, preferably medium rare (I know that they have to make them accordingly to FDA standards). A friend of ours who came ordered her hamburger medium well. We both got our hamburgers medium well. I didn't send my back, because it was just fine, but I prefer it not cooked so long. My sister in law ordered her wings and fries. She got her wings but the waitress forgot her fries and had to reorder them. We were all just about completely finished with our meals when the hot fries arrived. So all in all, my sister in law really loves this place and we will be back. If it were up to us, we would not.
