It was too far to come all the way to Vail. The service guy assigned was supposed to come by on his way home at the end of the day since he lives in Rita Ranch. Never showed. A week later I called American Home Shield to assign someone else due to this company refusing to come and service our appliance. Just be careful. I can't speak to their technical expertise, they wouldn't even come by to try. Don't even get me started on American Home Shield.....
