A man named Jesse answered. I explained that I was on the American Mobility website, but there was no information of what services and equipment that AM provided. Since the website had no information whatsoever, I simply asked for a list of what they were offering. Jesse thought that I was being rude for asking, gave me a piece of his mind and then hang up in my ear. WOW!... and they advertise "Good Old Fashioned Service." Their employees need more customer courtesy training and their web site needs much, much more work. My call was about 1:10 PM Tuesday, 25 February. They just kissed about $5,000 worth of business goodbye. But they probably could give a "rats behind." Well, that was my first impression of American Mobility. I got an email response from a woman named Nicole, apologizing for "my experience." I wish that would do it for me. It didn't. Honesty, just check out their website and you'll see exactly what I mean. So many unanswered questions. Please don't be tempted to call. Or, then again, please do. Maybe, Jesse will answer the phone.

Dropped it off on a Friday during my lunch with the freehub of my choice and was told they would need to measure spokes and would go from there as far as how long it would take to finish. Called the following Thursday to see how it was going as I haven't been riding because I don't have a spare wheel and they hadn't even looked at it. Almost a full week... the following day they looked at it and had to order spokes which is fine but knowing it took almost a whole week to look at the wheel just to find out it'll take a few more days for spokes to come in sucked. (Meanwhile i have still been without a wheel this entire time and have been riding indoors but that's very different then being on the bike you want to ride!) it's now been two weeks since I initially dropped it off and still have not gotten a call about it being done. I had to go and call them once again to check on it, spokes came in the following Wednesday, called the next day and was told it's not done yet but I'll get a call when it is. It's now Friday evening two days after the spokes arrive and nothing... point being if you are interested in upgrading your bike and love having things done in a timely manner don't come here. They did however lend me a wheel to use in the meantime which is deserving of an extra star.. otherwise barely a 1 star. My main issues... 1- took almost a whole week to even look at the wheel I dropped off. (Just a wheel to measure spokes) 2- seems like there is no rush to get the item done and not considering how long the customer is out a main component on a bike they may love to ride. 3- no initiative to communicate. Had to call multiple times just to understand what point in the job my wheel was in.

They fit my feet but will they go with the kind of pedal set up I have. I ll have to sit on the bike with the shoes on and connect to the pedals. I hope it's good. I m tired of hunting. Hank , the sales guy, was patient, measured my feet in the socks I wear. Thanks And they offer a military discount. All good. Later : Came home and tried the new shoes with My cage pedals. They fit right. Think I'm In the Clear. Later: When you have a Shimano Shoe that will accept step in clips, "but " you won't be using the clips , Shimano has a adapter called a clip cap. I didn't want to call the factory if they are in stock. So not in stock , but he will order for me. They don't have many riders that read the instructions and Warranty. I ll never use step in clips on the Mountain Bike. Just the Road bike. & I ll need new shoes for Road later this year. Another good reason to come back here. Inventory and Service. Thanks Hank!

I saw @tusconvegan posted about them and it looked delish. Adorable coffee shop and place to sit. Not empty, not too busy. Very kind barista that helped me decide on the butterfly jasmine matcha. I got soymilk. They also had almond and oat. They also had a ton of vegan pastries. ALSO they had cute stickers with birds. We will be back!

Today I had the Dubai chocolate donut which I enjoyed. The only thing I would have changed about it is that I wish the chocolate top was a less syrupy glaze and more of melted chocolate cover. But that's just a personal preference and I still enjoyed it. I detected a citrusy flavor in the filling. The donut itself wasn't overly sweet which I prefered. I always like visiting here in terms of atmosphere too. They have alternating art from local artists on the walls which is fun to check out. I like their murals too. They also have games and puzzles and also one outdoor table in the front. They have cold water that seemed filtered available on the counter. I love that they do not up-charge for milk alternatives. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! An Evie favorite!
