I m still here and now we need a bike rack for the Prius. It's simple if you get the right rack. But the Prius rear hatch is different from model to model. So we had to fit it. Gary Has 2 brands in stock. We tried the Saris Bones 2 rack and it fit fine. Lifetime warranty. They do offer a military discount on parts. Nice rack. I expect the best. My last rack for my truck lasted 35 years and I can still sell it for 40. A good rack is the best way to protect and carry your bikes. The New one holds 2.

This week my husband and I brought our mountain bikes in for a tune up. Why?? Because this bike shop gets an A PLUS rating!! Last month we had our road bikes tuned up and now they are both running like they are brand new!! I also appreciate how they want satisfied customers and here is a recent example: I needed a new seat and they told me to try it out and make sure it works for me and if it doesn't work I can return it within 60 days. Wow!! This is awesome customer service!! So far the seat is working and yet I'm glad I still have some time to make sure it works for me.

Awesome! I had sent in my road bike for a tune up and received quick service. The owners are a very kind bunch and are willing to save you some money here and there. They are also very helpful with any tips and assistance. I had sent in my bike for a tune up which was $70, then a brake bleed for $20, and a replacement chain for $35. Coming out to a total of $128.02 after tax. Very reasonable compared to other bike shops that offer the same level of tune up for $180-300. (Excluding parts!!!)

Here we are at the Christmas Tree at Sahuarita Town Center down in "Baja, AZ" where we bike all around! Merry Christmas to all! ~ d&p

I figured I would also pick up a helmet and shorts while there, but ended up getting so much more thanks to Steven, who went above and beyond! He took the time to properly fit me for my very first bike and walked me through everything I needed to know -- from how to ride more efficiently, to ways to practice, how the gears and tires worked, and even how to clip in (which felt intimidating at first, but he made it approachable and easy to understand). His knowledge and patience really made me feel confident and excited to start riding! He helped me find the perfect helmet and guided me through the uncharted territory of buying cycling shorts - the shop has a great selection of both (and literally every other thing you might need to ride). They also have a nice selection of nutrition and he gave me tips on how to fuel for race day which was super appreciated. Everyone who came through the door was greeted and all seemed to know each other which was a great sign of a strong community. The prices are a bit higher than what I'd seen on Amazon, but the products were far superior in quality and so in my opinion, totally justified. One customer I chatted with mentioned that when you shop there, the service is better than anywhere else, and so based on my experience you get what you pay for so the investment is well worth it. Also, shoutout to their resident shop dog Miska -- total sweetheart and an unexpected highlight of the visit The store has a great selection, welcoming vibe, and an incredibly supportive team. Highly recommend for anyone getting started or leveling up their cycling game!

In spite of Tucson being an international biking Mecca, the city streets here are still very much the wild west. I had gone through life thus far accident-free but was hit head on by another bicyclist a few weeks ago. The Ogre survived but it was time to get stronger brakes and tires. In Tucson, bicyclists need all the help they can get. Fortunately, Sam is the right guy to spec out the right improvements. He installed Growtac mechanical brakes, Gravel King tires, and a new Chris King bottom bracket. I took the Ogre out this morning and the changes made the bike feel new again. I had read glowing reviews about the Growtac mechanical brakes and, indeed, the stopping power is excellent. (I'd put them up against hydraulic brakes.) The tires give me much more traction on the many streets under construction in the city, too. I've always enjoyed bicycles because there is nothing else for me that provides such a sensory hit of adventure and fun. The little things that Sam did on the tune up added up to a dramatic difference that made for a joyful ride this morning. Thank you, sir!

This isn't one of those places, it's a fully stand alone coffee shop adjacent to the bicycle shop. This is a unique coffee shop, older brick building with a nice interior. It also has a patio in the back which is pretty cool. I've tried the sage latte and cold brew, both are very good. The staff are nice as well. The ultimate highlight for me is the food. They carry pastries that I haven't seen anywhere else, the ding dong is the bomb if you grew up in the 80s or 90s, its like a hybrid of the hostess cup cake and a ding dong. Definitely added to my rotation of favorite coffee shops to go to.
