I love their vegetarian options but this is a place that assumes if you are a vegetarian, that you like and must have onions and mushrooms in every meal. I couldn't find much other than pancakes/pastries/sweet shit that didn't have onions and mushrooms but fortunately, they were able to accommodate my request for the tofu scramble without onions or mushrooms. GF ordered the vegetarian quesadilla with, you guessed it, onions and mushrooms (among other things). My tofu scramble was good but calling it a scramble is slightly misleading as it is actually tofu cubes albeit very crispy and tasty tofu cubes. This dish was probably potatoes. A few spinach leaves and maybe 1/100th of a pepper. I will concede to the fact that some of that volume might have been taken up by mushrooms and onions. The dish was very good regardless and the accompanying salsa added a really nice extra je ne sais quoi. I also really like the pay first and then leave whenever you want model to avoid being held hostage to bad service not to say that they would've provided bad service but it is a risk anywhere.
