Rating: 7/10 Date Last Visited: 9/23/2025 I ordered the Pad See Ew Lunch Combo ($12.50). The noodles are pretty good, very standard for Thai food. There's a good amount of veggies and meat in there, which I appreciate. The egg rolls were pretty mid, but they came with the lunch combo so no complaints there. I've been here in the past multiple times, and all the other dishes are pretty good - including the Pad Thai, Drunken Noodle, and Siam Noodle, which was my favorite. This place is consistently good, but it is not anything crazy and there's plenty of Thai places in NYC that are much better. However, it's good for Fort Worth, and a great option of takeout if you're craving Thai food. The service is great there too. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're in the area and want some Thai food.

I stopped in and had lunch at Tuk Tuk on a Friday. They have fairly priced lunch specials, $11.50 for chicken/tofu and $12.50 for beef and each comes with soup of the day and an egg roll. I got there late for lunch, slightly after 1 o'clock so it wasn't crowded and I was able to sit quickly and get prompt service. I ordered the drunken noodles with medium spice. Noodle dish was decent, tasted like it had fresh vegetables and the rice noodles were cooked properly. Flavor was good, only drawback was the beef wasn't the most tender. Sweet and sour soup was pretty standard and the egg roll was a little mushy on the inside with the cabbage.

I love Tuk Tuk Thai, they're the best Thai in FW in my opinion. The service is always great, fast, and friendly. The restaurant is small, but they have an awesome mural. Their Cucumber Salad is one of my favorites! Overall, excellent.

Nice little restaurant that serves tasty Thai cuisine. It's a little difficult to spot if you're driving by. Atmosphere was nice and quiet for a week day around noon. We enjoyed our meal as the lunch portions were pretty large. Everything was on point. I would definitely come back!

The last photo was pad pad at the restaurant in their bowls. It is one of the best tasting dishes I've ever had the first photo is the pad pad to go that I got delivered to my house with the chicken lettuce, the lettuce wraps are good. I do not think they are as good as spice, but you cannot pass up on this pad pad. Add cashews and extra eggplant. It's the best thing ever. Service is as to be expected. I went there right when they open their doors and the restaurant gets full usually within 15 minutes, I assume it's full 24/7 because it's such damn good food! very cute & clean ambiance with a huge parking lot!

I ordered the crab fried rice and Thai tea for delivery from Tuk Tuk Thai. The Thai tea was delicious--sweet, creamy, and refreshing. While the crab fried rice had potential, the flavors didn't quite meet my expectations, and the crab could have been fresher. That said, I appreciate the convenience of delivery and would be open to trying other dishes from their menu in the future!

This was a delicious meal that was served quickly and very hot and fresh! The service was quick and friendly and the restaurant was very clean and comfortable. We could come back here again!

Food is absolutely delicious. We ordered the crab Rangoon, chicken lettuce wraps for our starters and both were soooo good. My Sis ordered the Fried rice and she really enjoyed it. I ordered the chicken curry and Pad Thai. Had planned on taking left overs home for lunch. Pad Thai never arrived. Uggggh. Here again is where my frustration is with service which changes the overall rating. Our food arrived quickly, though incomplete and I had to get up twice. Our waitress was essentially hanging out at the counter area and never once looked our way. We ordered dessert, Mochi and sticky rice with mango. Amazing. We will be back....

I went to Tuk Tuk Thai for the first time with my roommate today. It was nice place but the place was a mess from the lunchtime rush. There was only one person in the front of the restaurant to serve, take orders, and clean the tables. I ordered spicy chicken drunken noodles of their lunch specials and two egg rolls because they stopped serving house salad. She stated that it is too cold to serve house salad...what?? Anyway the egg rolls were your normal egg rolls, just okay. The drunken noodles was spicy and delicious. The lady was nice but the serve in whole was bad because she was the only one. We didn't even get refill on our waters. Once she dropped our foods off, we did not see her until she brought our check and she did not even ask if we wanted desserts. I ended up getting dessert somewhere else. With better serve, this place would be easy five stars place for me but as is it is three stars.

If you like Thai food, you'll like it here. 5 levels of sauce and all the signature staples. The $12.50 lunch special is all you need to get full and make a smart financial decision. Don't expect much in ambiance. They clearly cater to the food which is exceptional. Service is a bit lacking, but once again you aren't there for anything but the food

    Drunken noodles with chicken

The restaurant small, casual, and comfortable. The one server was busy with diners and take out but seemed to ably keep most everyone happy. One order of drunken noodles to eat in and basil Thai eggplant chicken to go. Both dishes were traditional, fresh, and quality. The level 3 delivered heat but not scorching. The vegetables still retained just the right crunch but the eggplant was creamy and absorbed the sauce perfectly. So good with a bit of the jasmine rice. Generous portions at a good price.

Tuktuk Thai is one of the best restaurants in Fort Worth. The curries are so good. And the service is amazing too. If you're looking for a delicious dinner, go to tuktuk! 10/10.

The front of the shop was decorated very cute!

Tuk Tuk is my go-to place for Thai curry. Their red chicken curry at a heat level 2 is so delicious. It's got the sweet from the coconut and a little mild fire to it from the spice. I usually walk over to pick it up to take back home and the servings are so large me and my wife split one curry. I've never eaten inside but it's very no frills. The seats barely have cushions and it's rather small. I have back issues so I steer away from hard seats, but the easy solution is just take the food back home :) the shop itself is very clean despite the chair situation. I love having Tuk Tuk in my neighborhood, the staff are great and I've never walked back home to find they've made a mistake on my order or anything like that, so i don't even check the bag anymore because I trust they're on their game! 10/10 food and I'd give it a 6/10 on the atmosphere inside...don't let that steer you away though because the food makes up for it!!

While the bahn mi isn't exactly traditional, it is still very good -- I'd highly suggest getting it with the pate. The sampler appetizer has a little bit of everything and is great for sharing. Pineapple fried rice was delicious. Pad Thai also great! If you're a spicy eater like me, just go for very spicy. They have 4 spice levels (mild, medium, spicy, very spicy) and this is a reminder to myself to get very spicy next time. Thanks for the delicious meals!

Malai Kitchen in Clearfork is a welcome detour from a shopping afternoon, Thai and Vietnamese…read morecuisine in a bright, airy space that makes you want to settle in for longer than your credit card probably intended. A quick note on seating: the patio is lovely in theory, with the optional open windows and a breezy feel, but the chairs are not winning any comfort awards. Inside booths are the move. Also worth noting, this is Fort Worth, and once the thermometer hits triple digits, the patio conversation ends itself if the windows are open. Plan accordingly. Malai starts every table with steamed sticky rice and an eggplant dip, which is a charming little ritual and a genuinely good one. We also kicked things off with the Edamame, a heads up on the heat level there, and the Fried Imperial Rolls, filled with ground pork and shrimp and served with a sesame soy sauce. Fair warning: these do not photograph well and arrive at the table looking a little shy. Don't be fooled. They're flavorful, subtly spicy, and well worth ordering. For entrees, we tried the Basil Vegetable Fried Rice two ways, one vegan and one with chicken. The vegan version was a genuine surprise, with vegetables cooked just right and a flavor that didn't need the chicken to make its case. The mushrooms, however, had the texture of something you'd find in a hardware store. Chew at your own risk. The Green Curry, meanwhile, was a case of too much of a good thing. The curry was so heavy-handed it drowned everything underneath it. Sometimes restraint is a virtue. Save room for the Banana Pot de Crème. It's creamy, subtly sweet, and a graceful finish to the meal. The service at Malai is enthusiastic, and I do mean enthusiastic. The staff works as a team, all smiles, attentive, always nearby. Occasionally a little too nearby. More than once a plate nearly disappeared before we were done with it. It's a small complaint, and honestly a far better problem than the alternative. They're warm, cheerful, and clearly enjoy what they do, which goes a long way. Portions are generous, so order a few dishes and share the wealth. For a lunch stop between shops, Malai Kitchen punches well above its weight.
