Came in during lunch, only to find out they don't have a lunch menu (but you get a thin egg roll). But I was craving their food, so we stayed. They make every dish fresh to order! I also noticed the place smells fresher than last time I was in, so they do read the reviews :).

Oh my gosh!!!!! This food is so delicious! It was so sweet and savory. This is my first time having Thai food, and I absolutely love it! Will be eating this again, and I recommend everyone to try it. I cannot forget to mention, the customer service is very great!

    my family!

i've been coming to this restaurant for my entire life now and i've never been disappointed. the food is always amazing and i love the ambiance in the restaurant. the owners have practically watched me grow up so we're very well acquainted. he's always asking about how school is going or what i've been doing. i doubt i could even begin to estimate how many times i've been here, but i can say with certainty i won't be stopping anytime soon.

Service was excellent here! We were seated as soon we got in and given a glass of water with a quarter slice of orange! The atmosphere feels authentic. The server gave us the menu, the right amount of time to look over it, and came back to take our order. Turns out!!! Our server was the owner! What! Coolness. He tells me he cooks, cleans and does it all with the help of his family and a fellow chef! He says he's been open for 23 years. Amazing. Everything came out quickly. Here is what we ordered and thoughts on each dish: - Fried Tofu: The tofu's level of crispiness is perfect! Crispy outside and soft inside. And the sauce is what makes it. It's sweet and spicy with a bit of a kick. Really enjoyable. - Pad Thai Lunch Special: For under $9 dollars, the size is just the right amount to fill me up. It tastes different than what I imagine Pad Thai to be, but it is so flavorful! Both my husband and I really like it! The owner told me this is their most popular dish and they cook it fresh every order. - Panang Curry Lunch Special: This one was good as well! A little spicy, but doable. I got it with shrimp, and the shrimp was so good. However -- being honest. I don't think I would get this dish again, but it's worth a try for my first time. The Pad Thai just blew it out of the water. The lunch specials come with soup and an egg roll too. We also thought about the mango sticky rice, but the gentleman was nice and told us the mangos they have aren't sweet right now. It's winter and not in season so that makes sense. I love that he went and checked for us. He didn't force the sale and cares about the final product. I would come back again! And next time I'll be excited to try the mango sticky rice dessert!

It seems to me that this should not happen ever, but I grant that it's possible that it was an honest mistake. Consequently, we get to spend some scarce weekend time to go to the business and get the duplicate-double charge reversed tomorrow, and will be hesitant to return in the future on the heels of this error. Dining out is a treat until you find that you've been gouged with an obvious double charge. I recommend that you check your statements for recent visits here to ensure that the same error was not inflicted on you as well. Update: we returned to Thai Thai today to give them a chance to make the chain of events described above right, and they fell significantly short. The woman who gave us our refund (for the pre-tax amount, after asking us what we wanted and replying the full amount with tip) did not apologize for our troubles, or offer any additional concessions to make up for their error (running our card TWICE for different amounts at the same time, after giving it to our waiter). I asked for a gift certificate for our troubles/their error, and she refused, still with no apology. See you never again, Thai Thai, for double charging us and doing the bare minimum (not even an apology) to address their "mistake."

Between the four of us we ordered the roti canai -- with an extra piece of roti, since the base only comes with two, roti murtabak, two orders of the pork belly baos, chili crisp cucumbers, nasi lemak, beef haw fun, and bò tái chanh -- Vietnamese rare beef salad. Overall, the food was outstanding. I feel like the restaurant took all the greatest hits from every Asian culture and put them together on the menu. My favorite dish of the night was a toss up between the rare beef salad, the roti, and the pork belly baos. I loved how crispy and flaky the roti was and the curry dipping sauce that it was paired with was super aromatic, nutty, and rich. The pork belly in the baos was incredibly tender, well-marinated, and had a nice balance between lean and fatty parts. If you enjoy sour dishes, you will love the rare beef salad: there is enough lime in the dish to make you pucker. Every bite is a concentrated punch of flavors, and there is a nice variety of texture between the chopped peanuts, thinly sliced onions, rare beef, and crispy rice cracker. If you're in this part of town looking for a dinner spot, I would not hesitate to recommend Hawkers Asian Street Food. In addition to the solid food menu, the service and drinks were equally spectacular.

You can tell they brew it and it doesn't come from a syrup. When I sat down, I was instantly greeted, and there were like four different people serving my table, I think that they all work as a team to make sure everything is covered. The service was just amazing. Restaurant is beautiful, the booths were , small and intimate and you feeling that you in place with privacy and yet part of the group ....kind of interesting how they've done that. But the food! The food was outstanding, first they gave me a complementary appetizer of Jasmine sticky rice with this eggplant chutney, that was very tasty, a teeny bit spicy, but really good depth with flavor. Then my beef Samosas arrived. There were four, wrapped in like a triangle rapper, smaller than the Indian version of the same, and the flavor was very tasty, and corn and small chopped potatoes, yum! The two chutneys that came with it one was a cool cucumber, and the other was this sweet and spicy plum sauce. They made samosas!!! They could be soft and cool, or they could be delicious and spicy, depending on chutney you had them with and you had a third option.... There was a bed of pickled radish and carrot that really sit off the samosas as well and we're just delicious on their own. I devoured the entire thing. Then get the entrée. I had drunken noodles and I added the shredded pork... It was devastatingly tasty!!! the noodles were obviously done it a wok that's been seasoned to perfection. The wide noodles picked up all that deliciousness from the wok and then combined with the pork... heaven ! They had large pieces of bell pepper and tomatoes. very fresh onions... Just deliciousness. I was too full this time to get dessert, but I'm definitely coming back and I will definitely try it next time

Bangkok Street Rice / Pad Grapao ($20.70): The egg was good and the portion was decent but the meat was dry. The flavors weren't bad though. Drunken Noodles / Pad Kee Mao ($24.15): Super oily and overpriced. To make matters worse they forgot the beef tenderloin which is part of the dish. We had added shrimp as a protein add on without substituting anything so we should have received both but only got the shrimp which was good.
