After 40 minutes our food arrived and the person giving us the food apologized for the delay but they had a mishap in the kitchen. I took a bite of my sandwich and realized it was fish. I detest fish! Found the server and he looked at it and agreed it wasn't chicken. Finally brought my chicken sandwich over 10 minutes later and I had just lost my appetite after waiting so long. The server said a manager would be over but they never came. He took the chicken sandwich off the bill, but not before he took the mandatory 18% tip.
