Darren came today and cleaned my kitchen floor, kitchen chairs cushions and my carpet. My kitchen floors look amazing, like new, I never had them look that clean before and I had them cleaned by other companies before. Then my chair cushions looks awesome, my daughter thought that I got a new chairs. The chairs were hard to clean because the fabric on them is not flat and have very small texture on them but he did it like a charm. Finally my carpet looks like new. Also, the price was reasonable and no extra fees. I definitely recommend Tully for your carpet, floor and upholstery cleaning. I decided to go with Tully Carpet Cleaning after reading their yelp reviews. My call was answered right away and I was able to schedule an appointment for later that week. On the day of the service, Arlo called about a half an hour before his scheduled time to let me know that he'd be there right on time. He ended up arriving exactly when he said he would. He spent some time with me asking questions about the stains on my carpet and what he was going to do. After he was done he asked me to make sure everything looked good. Our carpet turned out great. I won't be using this company again. I thought they would sweep the baseboard and vacuum real good but was not done. Not sure if the past company was the only one to include this in carpet cleaning . I found Tully Carpet Cleaning on Yelp. I have used some of the large franchise compaines in the past and have been less than impressed with their work. I noticed the great reviews and decided to give Arlo a call. WOW !!! He answered the phone and asked a lot of questions in order to determine what I needed. He showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. Our family adopted a rescue dog, and he had a few accidents on my off white carpet. He also had a LOT of accidents on my area rug. When Arlo showed up, I asked if I should just throw the area rug away. He said "lets see what I can do first". When I saw the rug, my first words were " Is that what it used to look like ?" I really don't remember it ever looking that good. He was able to get all of the pet stains out of my off white carpet too and I am just THRILLED ! I fell off a ladder and spilled an entire can of paint into my carpet. Tully was there in less than an hour to clean it up. By phone, he reassured me that he could get the paint out even after a couple of days. The service was fast, friendly and at a great price. I was really disappointed with the service. I made the appointed 2 weeks in advance, the person showed up 1 hour late, that was the first appointment for the day. I kept calling the cellphone and office number but no one responded. Be prepared to pay $5 per room for vacuuming the room before doing the carpet cleaning. Unprofessional, waste of time, had to call someone else to fix the mess which this guy created. I would recommend not to waste your time by calling this company. read more

We have had other company doing for us for about 5 years but expensive and took 3 hours But timing's running out so we found this Tully to do for us within a couple of days. Arlo came and took only 45 mins to a hour for 3 rooms and pet stains. We're both shocked and he did a fabulous job to get all pet stains OUT!! I'm so impressive and we definitely make him permanently for our carpet cleaning from now on.
