Came here on St. Patrick's day for dinner and the drink specials and our food was amazing as per usual but the service was not the best. We ordered our margaritas before ordering our food and it took about an hour for us to get them. We had fully finished eating our food and wanted to ask our server to just cancel the drink order but we didn't see her for a long time and then she eventually brought them to us. Just wish we would've been told that they were out of ingredients and asked if we wanted to cancel our drinks or get something else instead of making us wait forever for them.

We really enjoyed our visit to Tumble 22, y'all! We had a sudden craving for good ol' fried chicken this morning while we were in Cedar Park to lock in the deal on our new Land Cruiser at the Toyota dealership, and Hubby suggested this place. It did not disappoint! The Heavenly Eggs were just that. Just so, so good! That candied bacon is everything! Hubby went with the OG sandwich with a side of collard greens, and he loved all of it! He wasn't sure about the bread and butter pickles at first, but, after he took his first bite, he was sold! That was an incredible sammy! I went with the 1/2 Chicken with sides of mac & cheese and broccoli salad, knowing that I was definitely going to bequeath my honey most of it, as I was already full up on those insanely tasty eggs! LOL! It was all totally delicious! Crispy as all get out on the outside, with all of those good crunchy bits that are so fun to break off, and tender and juicy on the inside! It was a delectable plate of food! To top it off, they gave us a free piece of pie for it being our first time there! It's not pictured, since we crushed it ASAP! Buttermilk, in case you were curious! All in all, we really enjoyed our experience at Tumble 22, and we'll definitely come back again!

Early dinner at Tumble 22...we had the bone-in chicken - white and dark meat combos along with sides of collard greens, broccoli salad and ranch beans. The chicken has several levels of heat and 5 sauces (honey dipped, bbq, comeback sauce, ranch, and honey mustard). We are a little wimpy with heat so we went with painless (lowest level) and hot (next level up). Chicken was crispy outside and moist inside. All sides were great especially the greens and broccoli salad. We also had the pecan pie...no loose squishy stuff in the middle...yummy to the nth degree. Jessy our server was personable, He was attentive and super knowledgeable regarding menu items. He came to our table at right intervals. This Tumbler 22 is appears to be upgraded with modern fixtures and design. Ample seating is available inside the restaurant. Also, free parking is available to customers. Enjoyable meal...

****PLEASE BE CAREFUL**** We went there on a Sunday evening to get some chicken sandwiches and the loaded macaroni. Got home and there was an industrial looking staple or remnants of the staple in my macaroni. Your Yelper Girl checking in! My Man Crush and I ventured out after 3 days of staying in from the Winter Ice Storm. We initially went to a fast food chicken restaurant because we were going to watch a movie and wanted a quick meal. The restaurant; however, was closed and lucky for us we decided to try Tumble 22. We walked in and was pleasantly surprised at how nice and roomy it was inside. Our served, Cher, was AMAZING. She welcomed us and upon learning it was our FIRST time visiting, she explained the menu extensively and brought us 3 nuggets that were spiced mild, hot, and 'mo hot. She also brought some sauce samples. We decided on the 'mo hot as it had a good kick to it. We wanted to save room for popcorn at the movies, so ordered an 8 count chicken bite meal with honey mustard and ranch dipping sauces. We also ordered the collard greens and broccoli salad. I ordered water for my drink and Man Crush ordered sweet tea. When our order came, a plate was plopped in front of us and the server (not Cher) walked away. We noticed it was the 3 piece strip meal not the bites. We didn't touch them but ate our sides and waited for Cher to come back. The broccoli salad was amazing! It had a good heat to it. The collard greens were nice and hot (temp wise) and good but probably wouldn't order again. Cher checked on us and we told her we ordered the chicken bites and she said she'd check on that. She brought us the chicken bites and when we tried to pass the chicken strips back to her she said to keep them. We politely declined and she said it would just be thrown away so we kept them. She brought a box for them. The bites were perfect ....nice and moist and hot and the best flavor. Cher also told us since it was our first time visiting, we got a free slice of pie. We chose the buttermilk. Will come back to this review after we try it! The sweet tea was very sweet...too sweet. We are soooo glad we finally tried T22!! We have had sooo many friends and family members tell us to try this place! To be honest, we just aren't huge fried chicken fans but we are definitely fans of T22 now!!

First time at the Cedar Park location, and it has definitely left an unfortunate taste in our mouth. Did a substantial drive through order for Sunday football, and drove 20 minutes home before we realized none of our sides/or the 1/2 chicken order were completed correctly. The packing job was mediocre as well, not sure if dining in carries a better experience. It also took us a good while/few calls to get on the phone with the manager, who did refund us for half the order; which we did appreciate. However, the food just didn't do it justice for $50+. Disappointed for what we had hoped was a delicious addition to the game today.

Love me some Tumble 22! The food has never failed and I've been AT LEAST 25 times. Girlfriend got the broccoli salad side dish a couple of months ago - I was reluctant to fall for it. Whoa it's good. Mac&chz is mine and my son's usual. The wings are large, crispy and I've always been super pleased with them. Chocolate toffee pie is fantastic! Beer is cold and chilled glasses are a great touch. Service can be spotty - so I started sitting at the bar. Way more consistent service and near the tvs. I will say - the past couple of months, the restaurant is FREEEEEZING. I look around and people are either bundled up or trying to stay warm - so I always bring my hoodie with me. Place is getting a little dirty & could use some maintenance. Ceiling tiles, restroom and outside walkways are showing some usage. Otherwise, Tumble is on my weekly rotation.

I'm done with this spot. I loved it when it was one location and before the pandemic but now it's super average. The best limited time item was their caprese OG sandwich. Their szechuan fries are good. And their chocolate pecan pie is good. Other than that I have had little inconveniences from here that just blew me as a customer. Just yesterday I got take out from here cause I wanted a salad. I noticed black stuff smudged on some of the lettuce so I put my fork on the bottom of the container and black stuff comes back up with the fork. I moved the salad around and then I see this black stuff stuck to the bottom of the container. No clue what it was but it was kinda hard, yet could be smashed. I think that's gross and a food quality issue because you can check the container prior to adding food to it. Like I said it took a few mishaps for me to get up to this point but I definitely lost my appetite yesterday after that.

Yeah, that was disappointing. For having spent close to $70, including a tip. We had 3 sandwiches, all OGs: one French onion, one plain, and one Korean BBQ. I had placed the order online through the Tumble22 website. The Korean BBQ is $1 more than the regular OG, which makes sense. Until you get it. It's a tiny thigh, and none of the online information mentions a thigh. Note, the Southern explicitly calls out a thigh, which we had ordered before and never since, since it was disappointing too. Now, you would expect you to call, talk to a manager, and he says: "I am sorry, the website is confusing. I can understand that". However, the guy I talked to, claiming to be the owner, was insisting that it clearly says it's a thigh. I was apparently too dumb to read based on how he acted. So, we argued back and forth for a while, and he just did not even bother to look at the website and instead insisted it said "thigh". Eventually, we were no longer interested in a resolution, and I hung up. This is what you model as the owner of a customer-facing business? The answer should be, " I am sorry that we got that wrong. It should have said 'thigh' the way it does on the printed menu. How can I make it right?" The only reason why I give it 2 stars is that the other items in the order were actually good. Oh yes, the order was also missing the 2nd order of fries. I guess that also answers why the dining room was largely empty. That happens when private equity firms own restaurants. The food service industry has the word " service" in the term. There is a reason it's not called Food Accounting Industry or Food Margin Optimization Industry. Now, getting off my soapbox.

Good food. Good service. Reasonable prices. Heavenly eggs - Good! If you really like deviled eggs, you would really like these. The lil' O.G. - Good and filling. I find many hot chicken sandwiches to be disappointing - this one was not. I would def get it again. Mac-n-cheese - Good! but could've been seasoned a bit more. Nut allergy friendly, I didn't even ask. Review is for take-out. We ordered the O.G. Sandwich (Painless level) and Dirty Fries. It was ready pretty quickly. O.G. Sandwich (3/5): A huge, decently flavorful sandwich. I'd normally say it's a 4/5 - just too much mayo, but otherwise it was big enough that we split it among two people. However, we found some browned lettuce in it that didn't seem so fresh, which didn't help my enjoyment. Dirty Fries (4/5): A hefty amount of shoestring fries, pulled chicken, two pickles, and queso. The menu online notes that it's hot chicken but it certainly was not. There was a lot of queso, making the fries soggy very quickly. Overall, 3.5/5 rounded up for the value.

We'd been wanting to try Tumble 22 for months and finally did. Nervous to go to this location with a lower rating but I can't figure out why! Food was amazing, the servers Jenny and Michael were so sweet and even gave us a free slice of pie. Got a Mo Hot OG sandwich, three piece thighs (Korean, Dang Hot, Mild). Michael and Jenny went out of their way to welcome us to Austin and it was an awesome experience.

The food here is always really good. And they always deliver on the chicken. It's always so crispy and tender. I always find it amusing that they serve you as a sit down restaurant when the layout is of a fast food restaurant. There's something about ordering your drink, only to watch your server walk over to the open access soda fountain a few feet away and fill up the cups. One complaint I did have though, was that we ordered the 1/4 dark that comes with two sides. So we chose Szechuan fries and mac n cheese. However when the dish came out, it just had two orders of szechuan fries. When we corrected them and said it was supposed to have mac n cheese, they did eventually bring it out but they just added it on to out bill separately. In terms of food we ordered, it was correct. But it was kind of weird that they were the ones that messed up the order and we ended up paying for extra food that we didn't need.

I met up with some out-of-town colleagues here for dinner last week. While a chicken joint would not have been my first choice, the chicken here was moist and flavorful. Their website claims to be Nashville-inspired hot chicken that is Texas-raised, all-natural, hand-breaded, and "tumbled" 22 times for a "perfect crunch." The menu is pretty basic--fried chicken, chicken tenders or bites with fries, tenders on a sandwich, a cobb salad with tenders, and all the decadent southern sides and desserts (buttermilk pie) some might call a fast ticket to heaven. The chicken is tumbled with the spice, and you have an option from wimpy, hot, mo' hot, dang hot, cluckin' hot, and stupid hot and a choice between ranch dressing or comeback sauce (like a spicy thousand island). I ordered the deviled eggs and the cobb salad, not realizing there were two deviled eggs already in the salad. I opted for mo-hot with the comeback sauce for the chicken in my cobb. The chicken was moist but a little too hot for me. The drink options were sparse for my taste (only two wine choices). They have a few beers, fountain drinks, some Southern specialties like Arnold Palmer, lemonade, and sweet tea. I did not see any grilled options and the only vegetables were the pickles, salad, coleslaw, and collard greens. So if you are health conscious, watching calories, fat, cholesterol, or gluten... this is not the place for you. However, if you were looking for a decadent last meal on earth, Tumble-22 just might be your place. read more

Twice in one week, sorry arteries Ordered online with their new Tock app, made things a breeze when picking up. Had a set time slot and "skipped" the waiting line when I came to pick up. I noticed on today's order the mo hot was not as hot as before. The chicken wasn't as clean as last time too, not sure what you call it but it's the black stuff on the underside. But I just ate around those parts. Still tasty as before. I did also notice on my first order they left out the slaw, but to be honest that wasn't good. I got more of the collard greens this time, as that was a huge hit for me. And of course the mac and cheese. When I really think about it, paying close to 70 dollars for 12 pc, greens, Mac&cheese and one pie is kinda a lot. read more

I used to love their fried chicken. I have been a regular customer of this location for a year now, since I moved to Leander. However, the quality and portion sizes are going down. They used to have this family picnic deal on tuesdays, which I used to get every Tuesday. Very good value for tuesday. On purpose, I didn't used to cook, so our family can have this delicious chicken on tuesday. But they got rid of it. I understand things happen. However, the issues are below: I always get a family size portion. When I ordered bone in chicken without wings, meaning replace wings with any bone in chicken (which I have always done without issues), the cashier on the drive thru said that it will be extra cost. Why? No reason given. When I got the chicken, there were huge chicken legs pieces, as big as breast. We ate couple and realized that it's not cooked all the way through, it was raw inside. No problem, things happen. The last chicken leg we tried and that was raw too. No, that is completely unacceptable. You charge extra to replace wings with leg or thigh. However, the three chicken legs you gave were raw. Therefore, we threw it. I have attached the picture of the third chicken leg for proof. As recent reviewers have mentioned, the large side portion has gone down significantly. They give you large container but it's only filled quarter or maybe filled with half. This is unacceptable. I understand you took away tuesday deal since it's hard time for everyone. But reducing the portion sizes and downgrading your quality and charging for replacing wings with thigh or leg is unacceptable. It's too bad because I used to love this place. I have brought so many out of towners here too. I have to find another friend chicken spot. I am no longer a fan of paying $79 for uncooked chicken and half filled containers of side. read more

The chicken is delicious! Each tender is large! Disappointed that you can't get a family pack split between two flavors. Doesn't make sense. We ordered Hot which is about like a mid level buffalo sauce. Daughter would have preferred the Wimpy. We had the fries and Mac & Cheese. Some of the best fries I've ever had! The M&C is delicious! Pros: 1. Lady at window was very helpful explaining menu Cons- not cooked to order 1. Waited 8-10 mins for a room temp sandwich (meat at room temperature and not as crispy as if it was fresh)... my guess is they precook the chicken and add seasoning when the customer orders. 2. They must season the chicken with the spice after it's made... I had spots that were spicy, but most bites were bland 3. Utensils were not included so no way to eat my potato salad Overall, my experience wasn't very good. A complete Waste of 15 bucks. Wish I did one of the spots nearby. read more

We usually like this place although the menu is very limited. However, we've noticed the service has gotten worse in the last few visits. Today was no exception. After waiting for close to 45 minutes for our food, we finally decided to leave. That's when the waiter said their tickets weren't printing, which I called bullshit. A lot of other people were getting their food. I really think our waiter/bar tender guy messed up and never got the order in. This is when it would have been nice to hear a "I'm so sorry" or "Is there anything we can do to make it better?" Nope, nothing not from the waiter nor the shift manager. Bad customer service run amok! Anyway, I don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. I hate bad service especially when there's another chicken place just down the street. If your employees aren't protecting your brand, you will continue to get bad reviews! read more

We finally decided to give this place a try even after reading all the reviews. I really want to give it a higher review but unfortunately our server Jenna made it extremely difficult to do so. Pros: The manager on shift was very attentive and got us seated right away. The food didn't take long to come out and it was steaming hot. Other than the Mac n cheese, the food was great. Cons: Despite sitting at the empty bar in front of Jenna, it took us 10 minutes just to put in our drink order. We were never asked or given a drink refill. We were never asked anything again after she took our order. When I finally got her attention and asked her for two slices of pie to go and our check, she literally threw the WRONG slice of pie UPSIDE down in the box and handed me the check. I would probably recommend this place based on food but DO NOT SIT IN JENNA's section! read more

Best fried chicken so far! I either order the stupid hot or the cluck's hot favor. If you are not used to hot food please try to avoid it! Prepare cold water and extra napkins lol! I wish they add some salt it will be tastier! It's just plain hot but I like it anyway because of its crispy. I just tried the salad the first time. It looks so so but it's ok to eat. 4 stars because they always don't put napkins and forks in the bag even I left a note when placing an order. Additionally, when I am at the curbside for pick up they don't bring my food to me I have to go inside and get it. read more

After an issue with their fry vendor, I'm happy to report things are back to normal at Tumble. Management is working hard to hire quality people, and I received great service today. 5 star service! I really appreciate when a business makes me feel like my business is appreciated and that is exactly how Tumble22 made me feel. I stopped by because I kept hearing that their salads were amazing, so much that I had to try it. So I ordered a salad and drink to go. Once I got home I realized that the restaurant had forgotten the salad dressing. So I called to let them know and would you believe that the Manager, Ray Kirk said that he was going to bring me the salad dressing that they forgot! I have never had a business exceed my expectations but Tumble22 in cedar park definitely did! I appreciate the accountability they took, and now they have a customer FOR LIFE. read more

Here's a pic of my "queso fries" with pulled hot chicken. I'm about half done and there's no queso left. I think there is more on the box lid than was with the fries... maybe one tiny section (the size of a half dollar) had queso at all. I have been highly disappointed lately with this location on to-go or DoorDash orders. They don't believe in plastic wear or straws apparently because you never get them. I got a chopped salad with zero dressing one time. Yum The food has been not very good now so I am going to give up on it for a bit. I wish I could remember to take pics before I devour everything here. I've picked up food here plenty of times and finally got the chance to dine in. Let's start with parking, a bit busy and confusing if you don't pay attention to the arrows! However, busy is always a good sign, the food is good. I enjoy their monthly special chicken sandwich and the you can't go wrong with the OG. Hands down one of my top 5 for fast casual dining. Recently became obsessed with their dirty Mac, pic is attached and can't wait to be back during their happy hour. The service was very minimal, a waiter came by after 10 minutes of us, sitting there and ask if we've been served, we said no, and then they proceeded to serve another table. Another 10 minutes go by and we finally get served, the server was very rude and the food was alright, not as good as usual. Would not go back unfortunately, even though we've had better experiences in the past. read more

Review after first try (I've been craving this chicken since). The food was DELICIOUS. The chicken tenders and ranch dressing are what have stayed in my memory. Something about that ranch, I couldn't get enough of it! We dined in, and I don't think I'd try doing takeout here until you've dined in first. When the chicken came out it was to-die-for delicious hot and crispy. After we'd been there awhile and things had cooled down the chicken wasn't nearly so special, in my opinion. You can go really spicy here. But, I am not for spicy at all so I picked "wimpy" and found it just right. As a final note, when my family dined in the tables had servers. BOMB!!! This was our first time ordering from Tumble 22 and I must say we were impressed. We ordered 1/2 mixed - spice level dang hot which was not that hot but it was dang flavorful and chicken was super tender and moist. Next time will level up. We ordered take out. They had dedicated parking spots for takeout order pickups. This place is always very busy as per some of the reviews we read so we had to wait about 15 min after arriving, which wasn't a big deal in hindsight considering the quality and deliciousness that was being served. Will for sure order again and recommend this place to friends/ family. read more

Nice restaurant near Costco in Cedar Park TX. Their chicken sandwiches are Texan sized, so come hungry. Pretty tasty, too. Their heat levels on the lower end of tge scale are pretty bland, so if you are heat averse you're safe. Good tap selection. read more

TLDR: Food is good. Customer service is abysmal. I walked in and ordered my food to go. 15-20 minutes after a waitress gave me a sealed bag and called my name. I picked up the food and drove back. They gave me the wrong order (no biggie). I drove back to return it (20 min there and back). I returned the wrong order they gave me and noticed my food was just sitting out in the open. I asked the server if my order has just been sitting there for the past hour to which he offered to check with his manager to remake the food. Enter the manager. Lisa. She starts off asking me if I want the food remade. I said sure. At this point she starts yelling at me saying why I left in the first place. Sure i could have checked if my order was correct, but the waitress literally called my name and handed me the bag. I was about to lose it here so I requested my refund and proceeded to gtfo of there. They processed the refund but it seemed suss so I requested a receipt. Lisa didn't like that. She condescendingly retorted "Check your phone. you should be getting a text any minute now" This threw me off as I hadn't given them my phone number. I waited for 10 minutes, no text. I asked the friendly server and he and took my cellphone number down and assured me I will get a text. Cool. I leave. 10 minutes driving back I get a text. I pull over to get gas and check. Get this, they refunded someone else. They refunded someone else ~$50. I turn back and go back to the store and show it to the server. He takes my phone back to the manager and 30 minutes later I finally get my refund. This time, the text came instantly after the manager processed it. At this point, it was too late into the night to go somewhere else so I just ordered again and took it to go. The food was pretty good. Almost worth dealing with the rude manager. read more

Idk how I slept on this for so long...here's the scoop: Don't let the drive thru fool you into thinking this is "fast food". The drive thru is a super convenient way to grab your food, but it is NOT fast. (Like over 20 minutes when there were only 2 cars ahead of me) That being said, I see why. My food was fresh, hot, crispy and delicious! I almost gave it 4 stars because it's pretty expensive and they ask you for a tip on top of that...like I said, not fast food. Think, drive thru restaurant.... Here's what I got: The 2 jumbo chicken tenders, spice level- hot, fries, beer cheese (4 dollars) and iced tea. (Under the tenders were pickles and a slice of bread, but I didn't want those) Here's the hack. This feeds 2! Each tender is a half a breast, the fries are huge and the side of beer cheese is probably 6 oz. My total was $18.91. The food was 5 stars for sure! Had to write a review cause their staff rocks. I just moved to the neighborhood behind the shopping center & was bummed PDQ wasn't there anymore but I LOVE tumble. Loved it since they had their food truck at Star Bar. Long day of work and I forgot my wallet at home after waiting a while in the drive thru line. They comped my meal which really warmed my heart. Everyone was so friendly and genuinely happy. & On top of that, it was sooo dank!! Spicy savory crispy chicken sandwich with their creamy coleslaw to balance it out. Yummy sauces. We have eaten here as a family 3 times now and we love it. We have had the OG sandwich, the chicken tenders, the fried chicken on the bone. The Deviled Eggs are the best I have ever had! The colored greens and broccoli salad are good. The French fries with cheese and pieces of hot chicken are So good. The service is always excellent. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and good drinks also. The hottest level of chicken we have tried is Mo Hot and it is nice and spicy. There pickles are some of my favorite anywhere. Wish l could leave an actual review y'all. This is the second chance l've given this location. Just walked out without an order being taken of given the opportunity to order... Walked in, 4:10pm to order to go, no one at the to go bar. About 3 employees walking back and forth. Only one serving a table said "Someone will be with you.." Stood and waited, watched one employee on a cell call duck and walk away, second employee walk to the curbside orders table, look at us, look at the bag and receipt, look at us and walk away. Mind you.. no one was rude, no one sassy or anything. I got nothing, no acknowledgement (aside the only server who said someone would help) Zip, nothing, nada. Now, remember, wasn't busy - no line in the drivethru possibly 3 cars waiting outside, one guy at the bar and maybe 4 tables occupied. So, many minutes later decided to call it a day. After years in hospitality, the only ones to blame are not the young inexperienced staff they have to hire. It's the owners and management - of which were nowhere to be seen. Everyone is struggling right now, but some places are doing a good job with what they have - others rely on their "buzz", this only gets you so far. To the owners and management, coming to your place twice, not busy, spins needed, training needed etc. This break in service is not on these kids but you. Good chicken sandwich to get but ordering online experience is HORRIBLE. I give it three stars mostly because this will be the second time we ordered online and had a bad experience. First off the site sometimes works, sometimes does not. So you don't know if it went through or not. You cannot call in an order which is ridiculous. Now the food, we went to pick it up and the fries were just thrown in the bag in its holder but not in a separate container. The sandwich and fries were COLD and we had to heat it up in the microwave, grant you we were there to pick up early. Not a bad sandwich to get and I am sure it is much better if it's not COLD! @Hunter.T not sure where to message you at but here is what we ordered. 2 chicken sandwiches one hot, one the next level hot and an order of fries. Well if that person doesn't know how to run the meat slicer and short strokes the cut. It not only cuts the customer portion it also causes the meat and to chip. This creates more wasted meat that you see accumulate under the blade. The problem of this is caused by the workers rushing and not carrying about the quality of the product they are producing. And I was the only customer in the store so no need to rush. This is just so sad to see business deteriorating mainly due to poor management and employees not caring about quality of the products they produce.

"Surfing w the Alien eh!? He replied... "Right on!" From that moment on I was always on the hunt for a close by location of a ThunderCloud when wanting a sandwich. I have yet to be disappointed by anything less than that type of experience. So that leads me to today's review. It's been 8 years right? So I live in Cedar Park now and I discovered this location my first 3 months in CP. Guess I wasn't craving a sandwich till then. Tip: call ahead to place your orders if you don't have time to wait, especially during peak lunch times. The sub shop reminds me so much of my favorite local sub shop in NJ. The shop is decorated with photos and memories of the local high school teams. It's always good to see support for local small shops, and what they provide to the local community. I ordered their pastrami sandwich which is one of their hot sandwiches and it tasted great. I get everything on it- lettuce, tomato, onions, peppers. Definitely will be back to try their other subs. Tip #2: if you pay with cash, you get a small discount off your order.

However, throughout our visits, we have consistently encountered recurring issues such as missed items in to-go orders, prolonged wait times beyond promised pickup schedules, and insufficient staff availability to address customer needs. Today marked our final visit to this location, as we have observed that staff performance tends to deteriorate under stress. It is my belief that the management fails to allocate the necessary staffing levels, resulting in a negative impact on employee attitudes towards customers. During my most recent visit, I experienced a delay of over 20 minutes beyond my scheduled pickup time, despite having hungry children waiting in the car. When I inquired about the status of my order, I received a vague response indicating a backlog of orders. Subsequent attempts to obtain a specific timeframe were met with frustration from the staff. Despite maintaining a composed demeanor and simply seeking clarity regarding the wait time, I was accused of raising my voice upon entering the restaurant by one staff member. It was evident that the team was overwhelmed and stressed, potentially exacerbated by my inquiry for a precise timeframe. Ultimately, after paying for my order and requesting an estimated wait time, I was abruptly asked to leave by a staff member. At no point did I express an inability to wait; rather, I sought clarity regarding the expected wait time. This experience underscores systemic management issues that contribute to employee stress and operational inefficiencies. Once to try, once because of its convenience during an event, and once for lunch with co-workers. Each time, I've left with the same impression: it's alright, alright, alright. That's what the quote was. I remember now. I've only had their burgers. Twice, their cheeseburger, and yesterday, the Top Pick Burger. All things considered, it's a decent burger. There is nothing obscene or wrong with the burger. It's just a burger. The Top Pick Burger seems like it could be fun and special, but it's really just a worse burger compared to their cheeseburger. It's not bad, but I didn't find it a better replacement for a cheeseburger. Their menu has a lot more options than just their charcoal-broiled hamburgers. They have fried chicken, chicken sandwiches, seafood combos, and their Top Dog sandwich. Two hot dogs in a sandwich. Something I'd whip together if I was seeing stars off Benadryl. Their fries are pretty good, though pretty simple: skinny, crispy, and salty. Good fries. Their shakes are thick without it being a fight for my life to drink.
