Without any previous knowledge of this place, unable to find a menu for them, we called in a few of our usual items on our way through town for a take out order. A couple spicy scallop hand rolls, a crunchy dragon roll & some salmon sashimi. We wanted some albacore sashimi but were told they didn't have any. It was ready promptly when we arrived for pick up. Drove home & dug in. Everything was fresh & flavorful. The portions were good on the sashimi & we were pleasantly surprised with the items we received. We will be happy to get take out again from them until the restrictions are lifted & then we are looking forward to trying a dine-in experience.

Our waitress sat down at the table while taking our order, which felt very unprofessional. She also repeatedly forgot who had ordered what and, when the food came out, simply placed the dishes in the middle of the table for us to figure out and pass around ourselves. Things got worse when we received the bill. We were a party of 7, but they attempted to charge us an 18% gratuity that, according to the menu we were given, applied to parties of 8 or more. When we pointed this out, we were told that the menus were "old." If the restaurant has changed its policy, the menus being provided to customers should reflect that. We were also charged separately for steamed rice even though we ordered orange chicken. That was another unexpected charge that we had to question. Finally, the bathroom was absolutely unacceptable. One stall was completely unusable, and the other stall's door would not close. The overall condition was extremely dirty and unpleasant. Overall, between the poor service, incorrect/extra charges, and unacceptable bathroom conditions, this was a very disappointing dining experience. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

I wish that at the Grants Pass Porchfest when I asked for my tuna poke salad to be with no sauce the order taking person didn't spend as much time telling me what "no sauce" means and instead wrote down my order correctly and didn't give me a bowl (included rice I ended up giving away and didn't get the salad amount I really wanted). PS the salmon hand roll name is misleading - it's spicy; it's finely chopped salmon that is marinated in something so spicy other places would definitely list it as a spicy item. Just really wish on a super busy event day when I tried to make it easier by saying I want no sauce they'd just take my order correctly and it would have saved them a serving of rice and I'd be a much happier customer.
