If I could give a 0 star I would. DO NOT COME HERE. They are scammers. We took our mustang here because it wasn't running. So they said "they changed the battery". We never got a call back, we always had to call to check for our car just for them to say they can't do anything and it's still not running which was okay. Overall, we got charged for a NEW BATTERY AND LABOR. So we got our car ship from the auto shop to Alabama. We found out that they DID NOT CHANGE THE BATTERY. It was still the same old battery we had. We couldnt be there in person to check our car since we're in the military and stationed somewhere else so we had one of our friends to go drop it off and pay for the charges. The car was running and driving just fine before I took it in, I drove it everyday from Hampton to sandbridge without a problem. My boyfriend needed go get his car inspected. I called ahead to make sure the wait wouldn't be long and I was told they only had one car in the shop. By the time we got there he was told it would be about a two hour wait which was fine. After almost three hours we went back and they hadn't even started his inspection yet and the guy at the front desk had the nerve to say he told me boyfriend there were five people ahead of him, which was a lie. My boyfriend had not been told that, and the wait would have been fine as long as we had known ahead of time. We had somewhere to be, and if we had known the wait was that long we could have left earlier instead of waiting for my boyfriend's car. We didn't get an apology or anything. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Would give ZERO stars if I could. Let me start by saying that in my opinion I am a good mechanic and know a lot about cars and normally do all my own work. I debated whether to buy a new floor jack or pay someone to change my oil. I've been super busy and didn't have the time to do it myself before moving so I made the decision to buy a Groupon for a semi-synthetic oil change and tire rotation for $29 (normal price $69.90). I figured this was a good deal and would save me some time and money. I regret not paying the $300 for a new jack and just doing the service myself. This was at the Hampton location and I can't speak to the service at other locations. First, I tried to walk in to get service and was told they only do Groupons on certain days and times (my bad for not seeing by appointment only). The bay was empty and I said, "So noone is here right now, if I paid full price you could do the service now?" And the guy said "Yes". Fine, I'm a reasonable man, so I went ahead and made an appointment. The day of the appointment I asked if I could bring it in early and was told "No". When I arrived I already knew my manufacturer recommended synthetic oil so I asked to upgrade to a full synthetic. We didn't discuss final price until he had already redeemed my Groupon. A normal full synthetic oil change and tire rotation would have been $99.90. He wanted to charge me an additional $50 even though the difference in normal service was $30 ($99.90-$69.90), they said the Groupon value is $49.95 even though that isn't stated anywhere (I read all the fine print). After arguing with the guy at the desk for awhile that I wasn't going to pay $50 for what normally would be $30 of extra service I told him to just do the service I paid for. He refused saying that he wouldn't put anything other than synthetic oil in the car because the manufacturer required it. Basically he was holding my car hostage, either I paid for the synthetic or I didn't get any service. I understand that it's probably company policy to only use the manufacturer recommendation, however it's only a manufacturer recommendation, not a requirement. I worked in the auto service industry for several years and you can Google that it is not mandatory. I even offered to put the oil in myself so the company couldn't be held liable but was told No. Eventually I just agreed to pay the extra $50 because I figured if I was going to get screwed I might as well get the service I actually wanted. The technician, who I assume was the desk guys senior, said not to worry about it and that he had already drained the oil and he would take care of it. I don't even know what kind of oil they put in the car and THEY DIDNT EVEN ROTATE MY TIRES (I marked them beforehand). I told the technician that I marked the tires and I knew they didn't rotate them and that I would just take my car somewhere else. read more

I am writing because I have been waiting for several weeks for the District Manager Elmer to respond to my call based off my vehicle going into this establishment and now has blue smoke coming from the engine. After been told by 3 employees that he was the Only one that could help with my situation I have still had no contact from him!! This is very disappointing and will be going into details to get fellow Yelpers outtake of situation after speaking with supervisor. If I could leave a zero I would. Went in for a state inspection was told my break pads needed to fixed. although my car has shown no signs of wear on the breaks no noise or anything I get my car serviced on a regular and my pads have never been mentioned. my car was last serviced a month prior. i was told my rotors and brake fluid were bad as well. I didn't trust their assessment so I told them i would take the failed inspection and go somewhere else. they quoted me 125 to put everything back on but when it came time to cash out the total was magically 155 with out any explanation for the up charge. When my car was returned to me I was told "be safe" as if you imply something was drastically wrong with my vehicle that I drove there with out incident. i checked my breaks after getting the car back and nothing sounds or feels wrong with them. I am a single female and feel like I was taken advantage of. I am very disappointed with the customer service and my biggest regret is having not checked the reviews as it appears I'm not the only one who has been ripped off by this company. read more

I tool my car in at 8am for a tune up(had an appointment) Several other people came in after me and came and went.The price listed was not the price I was quoted.I paid 400 dollars for a tune-up! Twice as much as another place!Then they tried to find other problems which would cost the same as the tune up. After waiting 7 hours my car was done but they are very unprofessional.
