She called AAA, and they were also unable to fill it, so they towed it to Meineke in Beverly. It was near the end of the business day, so she figured they'd get to it the following day. What she didn't know was that the shop would be closed for the following four days. The next morning (before we knew that Meineke was closed), I had called and left a message on their voicemail. Then we learned about the closure, so my daughter started to figure out how to get her car towed elsewhere. However, to my very pleasant surprise, Chris from Meineke called me back. Apparently, he was catching up on some work during the closure, and had a mechanic on emergency standby. I described the situation to him, and he said he'd see what he could do. The next thing we knew, Chris and the mechanic, Paul, had thoroughly checked the bad tire for leaks, checked the valves on all four tires, fixed the valves on two of them, topped off the fluids, and checked and inflated the spare tire in preparation for the long drive ahead. All without requesting any compensation at all, on a day that they weren't even open! This saved my daughter considerable aggravation, time, and money. It was truly above-and-beyond. A heartfelt thank-you to Chris and Paul for helping us out of what was shaping up to be an all-day stress event, and for reminding us that there are such wonderful examples of professionalism and kindness out there.

Robert and Jason looked over everything in my car and were able to quickly check my fluids, lights, tip everything off, change my air filters and they even helped with my wipers which had been set wrong by the windshield company. They answer questions completely unrelated, give advice for where I can get my starter checked, they know cars and they know the local body shops for things Valvoline doesn't cover. Andrew took care of my Oil change while the guys were taking care of the rest of the car and helping to tighten a lightbulb that loosened. All in all, I was out of there in 22 minutes including the wait time, two biscuits for my dogs and a coloring pack+ crayons for my toddler. We don't go anywhere else!

First off: for car inspections it is first come first serve. The minute they open, anyone can come in for a car inspection. I think this is a good and bad thing. Good thing if you can get in their early but bad if you want to be in and out. Second, the space itself is VERY tight. Last year when I went they had a gas station which made things difficult when bringing your car for appointments. They have now gotten rid of that which is great! This leaves more room for cars when they ask you to leave them. I will say, today I was in an weird scenario where I arrived to have them check something about my tail light (they were very kind and just looked at it to verify it was working but, that is a different story though lol) and I was ready to leave after being told it was fine. Unfortunately, my car was trapped between the cars that were parked in front of me and the cars parked behind their garage. There was literally no room for me to move my car. Luckily I still needed to get my car inspected (I was planning on leaving and coming back) so I just told them I'll leave my car here and I walked back home. I'm fortunate to live close enough to do this but if you live any farther I'm sure this would have been annoying. Outside of the space issues, their staff is friendly and their services are a great value. They are quick and communicative. Highly recommend going here! They clearly explained the work needed..in my case a ck engine light was flashing on my daughters 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and while suspecting the catalytic converter they suggested a tuneup first hoping that would solve the problem w/o having to replace the converter. A week, 6 spark plugs, 6 ignition coils & $2200 later the ck engine light came back on (something they told me could happen) and I had to have the cat. converter replaced anyway... which I had done @ another shop closer to home that specializes in that type work. No doubt the plugs & coils needed replacing but I just thought $2200 for a tuneup was way too expensive...the garage that ultimately replaced the converter confirmed my thinking telling me I overpaid by about $500 for the tuneup. In summary if you're in a pinch like I was and can't shop around, Two Guys Garage can certainly be trusted to do quality and timely work... just be sure to bring your checkbook cause it's gonna cost ya.

I told the guy behind the counter (whose name I wish I could remember) why I was there, and told him that I wanted a good tire, but not a super-top-of-the-line one. He could have just kept his mouth shut and let me spend money on a new tire, but instead he said that they'd check it first and see whether or not that was necessary. A short time later, he let me know that they'd found a nail in the tire, and that they'd removed it and patched it up. I was out of there quickly, and on the cheap (under $40). Can't ask for much more than that. I know where I'll be going next time I need tire service.

Put oil in the cars…read more went for an oil change At this location and within 10 minutes, they said they were finished. It was the quickest oil change I've ever had. As I was driving away, I got a check oil light in my car. My car is very electronic so I thought maybe the oil change triggered Something! I believe they did not put oil in my car. Maybe a quarter two but I was charged of course for a full synthetic oil change. I have been driving with the check oil light on until I hit the desired miles to get a new oil change. I just took my car to the Volkswagen dealership --- and I have no oil in my car. My engine was about to sieze. There was no leak and yes, I know I was not smart to get this checked sooner, but I trusted that they had put oil in my car!!!! There is no way they know what they're doing at this location! I'm actually never going to go to a Jiffy Lube again !!! I came Extremely close to needing to buy a new engine for my car. By the way, I've never had one issue with my car.
