I got a new set of tires for the Saturn. The price was good and the service was even better.

I brought my car in for a tire rotation, oil change and to fix a leaky tire. After waiting 2 hours and a couple times being told that they were having difficulty with patching the leaky tire...I finally pd my bill and left. When I returned to my home I noticed early the next morning that the right rear tire had a silver mark on it indicating that it was the leaky tire and it was in the same exact place on my car that it was prior to bringing my car in which clearly indicates that my tires were not rotated. I had to run some errands that day and when I started my car the alarm notified me that my right rear tire was low. I checked the pressures myself and sure enough it was low. I called the store again and informed them that I was bringing my car back in bc the leak had not been fixed and proceeded to ask why my tires were not rotated and got a response of "I don't know". They got me in right away and when they said they were done I went about my way. when I returned back home I noticed that the tire marked with the silver mark was now on the front right but the tire cap was missing. I called to say that they didn't replace the cap but that I had one of my own and not to worry about it. On the 3rd day...I once again had some errands and noticed my front right tire was almost completely flat. I checked the pressure and it was at 15. I have a portable air compressor so I inflated the tire and called again saying I was bringing my car back for a third time to get it fixed. At this point I was frustrated and not impressed with the quality of service. My car was back at the shop and when they were done I requested a partial refund for the troubles of my 3rd attempt to get my tire fixed. The individual at the counter said he needed a moment to take care of some other things and seemed very distraught. I patiently went to go sit back down in the waiting area and he asked me what I wanted refunded to me. I said I wanted whatever they were willing to give to me and he asked for my bill from day one. I placed it on the counter and he looked at it and said he couldn't refund me for the price of that bill. He asked again what I wanted and before I could answer he pulled out his wallet from his pocket and gave me a $20 bill. I just wanted to leave and I accepted the $20 and stated I would be leaving a review about the services I received. He immediately told me he wanted his $20 back so I gave it to him as I walked out to my car and he followed me. I opened the door to get in my car and he stood in my doorway so that I could not close it. He was begging me not to leave a negative review. I told him I wanted to leave and asked him to move. He did not move so I told him that I would call the police bc he was not respecting my wishes of wanting to leave. He then backed away and I closed my door and as I was backing out he was tapping on my driver side window pleading for me not to leave a negative review. I was going to not leave this review however bc of his behavior and preventing me from closing my car door...I had no choice but to leave this review. His behavior was very unprofessional and the service I received was incompetent. Another day will tell if my tire was actually fixed but you get the picture. I will definitely not be returning back to this business even if my tire is low again in the morning. read more

I walked in today (9-9-21 in the AM) to get a quote on tires for my SUV. There was an older gent talking to the guy at the counter. The conversation shifted to Covid because manufacturing slowdown. I heard the employee say that covid is a hoax and that more people die from common flu than from covid virus'. Also that mask are worthless. At that point, I just walked out the door. This will be a little political, but I am replying to the employee's comments, which are based on his political beliefs. I also understand that Klamath Falls is a trump town I always find it comical that so many who believe in trump & conspiracy theories, (they go hand in hand), believe they know more than those who have spent their entire adult life studies medicine. More so those who study and work in the infectious disease field. I walked into this place of business, a place I've done business with in the past, with the idea of not only buying new tires, but also a tune-up, replaces hoses, and maybe other work. I'm in Klamath Falls Oregon traveling to be with my father and my tire light came on in my car. Not having a lot of experience being in the snow and not sure how it is different on the tire pressure I pulled into this place and asked how much they would charge me to make sure my tires are inflated properly and of course they said no charge which is awesome. They very graciously filled up my tires and now I am able to get on my way knowing that my tires are safe. Thank you for the great customer service. read more

Have not been here in years. Last time we bought tires here, my wife had to take the car back in because one of the tires kept losing air pressure. They gave her some crap and treated her as if she was an idiot. Its not difficult to know you have to keep putting air in a tire. Went to Basin tire. The valve wasn't installed correctly. Basin Tire fixed it for free. I asked my friends, especially females, on facebook about their experience with Turn Tom. Apparently not uncommon here. read more

Took my Jeep in for tires and tie rods. They did a decent job but they also disconnected the parking break.

This is by far one of the best tire shops I've ever done business with. I drive a giant sprinter van and I drive a lot so I'm always at a shop! On a road trip to Oregon I had a tire blow out going 65mph and came here to get a replacement. The owner not only fixed my tire but made sure my other tires were road worthy too. His mechanics managed to fix my suspension as well. They provide water and coffee for free, do work for competitive pricing and also make you feel understood. I would come back here in a second! Very unfortunate and disappointing - very slow service, they switched out my snow tires and put the wrong slugs on them without any apology. They kept trying to make me buy their tires and then was quoted double for them... no lie... here's the picture of the quote...now goggle the tires and see how much they cost.smh! Turn Thom Point S - Double the price is what I got quoted - Tires Near Me - Klamath Falls, Oregon

My previous car was stolen and I got it back in bad condition. Insurance totaled it. I found a car I thought might work for me but had my mechanic check it. One of things he said was it has a bald tire and, because the car is 4WD, I will need all new tires and an alignment. Got quotes but one was way overpriced, one I've had issues with in the past. Turn Thom gave me what I believe was a reasonable price that includes a 4WD warranty. That means, if one tire goes bad they will replace all four tires. This is important because you cannot just replace one tire on 4WD vehicles. I am disabled. They were very helpful in helping me get from the car to the shop, then even helped me up the stairs to the bathroom. Then found me a chair so I could sit outside cuz I got tired of sitting inside. (The whole thing took quite some time, what with alignment and all.) I really appreciated the way they were so helpful and that they were not overblown on the price. read more

**update** They were more than willing to fix the issues I had with the vehicle and are ordering the misplaced cap. They mounted both sets of my tires incorrectly on my wheels. The tires are directional and three of the eight tires were not facing the correct direction.They were not balanced correctly and they misplaced a cap for one of my wheels read more

Only giving a 1 star since zero is not an option. Long story short, had a bolt in my tire. Went here and they told me it was the change in weather making my TPMS to alert on one of my tires. Would not even take the tire off and look at it. Went to Les and they found the bolt and fixed the tire. Will never go back here again! read more

Be Careful and question the line item called 'Shop Supplies' ! $75, approximately 6% of the actual repair cost was added to one invoice and $50, approx. 8%, to another. Challenge this charge when paying. It's purely a management issue - - as the employees were cordial and professional. read more

Had my VW bug in there for a front end alignment and front brake adjustment. They had it 3 days with no communications. I went to pick it up and waited and waited, not to mention the angry people waiting and waiting at the front door for service. The front end alignment was still off and still no front brakes even though they tried to charge me for it. Jim at the front desk seem like he could care less...worst customer service ever experienced. I got the car home and no speedo working and a brake bleeder was snapped off. I called in to the main office in Portland and let them know what my experience was like and they said they will reach out to point S in kfalls and still hadn't contacted me. Stay away from these guys my step daughter went here to get a flat fixed for $20 and they didn't fix the tire all they did was aired it up. And then my other daughter bought new tires and wheels from them and they put the old tires on the new wheels after they paid for new tire s. My boyfriend and I went to Turn Thom to buy used rims for my car. The owners son, who is a teenager, picked out our rims. He checked my tires, said they would fit just fine, they didn't--surprise. Against my better judgement & experience, trusting a young man was not my first choice. I went with it because It was almost Xmas and I needed my car fixed. He seemed to be the only one working there at the time (besides the old secretary man that sits at the desk & stares at the computer). It is irresponsible of Turn Thom to have a kid making decisions with potentially disastrous life threatening consequences. They should always have at least one experienced professional there at all times if they want to run a successful business. After I bought the rims, I went to a professional mechanic (not turn tom) who offered a better price to have the rims put on, like most of us do. The guy who put them on didn't realize the hubcentric ring wouldn't fit my wheels, which other mechanics said is easy to overlook. It broke two rims. The other 2 were safe, because we caught it. The teenager never mentioned this hubcentric ring to me, which in hindsight is the ONE thing that needed to be talked about-- I know nothing about cars. The mechanic I went to refunded my money for the work he did. I went back to Turn Thom to figure out why they would sell me rims with hubcentric rings that wouldn't fit my wheel. To try to make a very long story short: they blamed me for not using them as a mechanic, took no responsibility in needing to tell me any information about the products(rims) they sold me. They only wanted to refund me If was going to buy more rims from them. At the very least, didn't even apologize about the kid after I told them they needed to train him better. They talked down to me saying, giving people warnings of their product was not their responsibility. They asked me, 'if you gave out something to someone, would you tell that person the dangers of what you gave them?' And my response was, 'f*** yes I would because the jobs I've worked for actually have integrity, we're required to keep our customers safe.' This is America, even peanut snacks have a warning labels saying they contain peanuts. They had the audacity to lecture me about my car being a danger on the road because of what I did, even though I bought the wheels FROM THEM. My boyfriend tried to talk to the guy, who by the way, wasnt even apart of the incident, wasnt listening, had generic responses, & obviously didn't care. My boyfriend originally talked to the great and wonderful Chris who busted out the halo/ angel wings, made us all these promises and then took it all back. (Also went hiding in that back at one point--sorry trying to keep this short). My bf gave examples of when he managed a computer shop. He explained he would be held responsible for selling a dangerous item that could destroy expensive electronic equipment whether he installed it or someone else did. He refused to do anymore business with them, calling them UNETHICAL. I warned my friends/ coworkers about this place, they were grateful. One of them said they had 2 incidents with Turn Thom and was also blamed for Turn Thoms mistakes. Thank God I didn't use them as my mechanic from what he told me! Eventually they offered me some "f*** off" money in the form of $20. I didn't take it & I didn't want my $86.00 bucks back anymore. I want to warn people: don't get screwed over by these jokers, stay safe on the road by seeking out a professional car business. I'm working on reporting them to the BBB. These guys absolutely saved me. While moving from California to Washington with a trailer/home in tow, my radiator blew on a Friday night between Klamath Falls and Weed. Not only was Point S one of the only places open on a Saturday within about 100 miles, but Chris and the guys at the shop installed a brand new radiator for me before lunch time and charged me a fraction of what I was expecting to pay. I went in to have my Firestone studded tiers taken of March 30 went to pick my car up I only live mile away got home and the tieres in my bags were not mine they were handkook tiers look to be 3 to 4 years old called them went down and they refuse to make it right they stole my $600 fire stone tiers.I showed the owner proof of the tiers I bought from Basin Tiers and he still didnt care to make things right I'm a senior citizen of klamath falls lived here for 62 years never have I been treated so bad. The owner said he would be there when I went back after work he wasn't there he left his teenage son in charge Some reason he didnt want to see me.Come on camras showed the work but they cant explained what happened as my car was in there lot they had my keys then they tride to blame Basin tiers for not putting the tiers i bought on my car then they said someone stole your tiers not us. Woe is going to still my tiers take them off my rims put old ones back on the rims then back on my car while my car sits in my drive way? I only drive my car to work and back home I have a 2012 Dodge Charger I made sure I had good studded tiers to drive in the snow the tiers Turn Tom gave back to me I wouldn't even be able to get out of my drive way. They are friendly and helpful but always take waaaaay longer than they quote. If it is going to take 2 hours, don't say it will take 1 hour. Just be honest so people can plan accordingly. It seems like they don't want to turn away business but this is frustrating. read more

Came in for a simple change of snow tires. We were told 45 minutes to an hour wait. After almost 2 hours our car was STILL not done.

The best service ever. We were greeted at the door by Chris with handshakes and desire to help. As it turned out, our rear tire was shredded, previous mechanic had missed that. He sold us a front tire not rear! Aaron went out of his way to help us obtain a tire and take us to a motorcycle shop to install. In a day where lack of service can be the standard this company is above all! We can't thank you enough for your excellent service and concern for our safety! read more

If I could, I would give them a 100 stars!!! I was traveling from AZ to Klamath Falls for my sisters graduation. I ended up with a dead battery. I called over 10 places and no one was helpful in the least. When frustration was a my peak, I came upon Turn Thom! They answered and were immediately helping. Opening to come to me to jump start. (I was staying over 30 mins away) I got my car to them, and they were honest and affordable. For this out of town traveler, I highly recommend!!!! i am so dissatisfied i took my vehicle in on 10/12/2017 at 12 for a diagnostic. after the entire day i call at 4 to find out whats wrong. ok well had to go to dealer for updates they cant due. ok took it it sat over night. returned vehicle at 10:30 on 10/13/2017. at 4 pm again i had to call because no one still had not called me. well i'm not sure, let me check i will be back. i inform them i am going to dinner. they call back at 4:50 well its ready. great. now nearly 500.00 dollar to them alone not the dealer amount. i think i am happy. i drive out of the parking lot do not get 10 feet and the issue come up again. i call back a very extermely rude agent informs me i can bring it back in 5 mins before they close or bring back on saturday 10/14/2017. no happy but ok. take it back at 8 am all the lights are still coming on and off which is why it was there. well the really fun part. my 4x4 kicked in on its own at 55 miles in hour. no this was not happening before service. ok so i let it sit until i can take it in on saturday. well then i am informed sorry it was not noted on the account. sorry the guy to do your repair does not work weekends. please return on monday 10/16/2017 well will start over. not an sorry about the inconvienances. and further more i had to ask if it was safe to even drive. "no with the 4x4 enabling on it own it can harm your rear end. ok what do i do with it right now. well you can leave it. (no info regarding where it will be kept for 2 days.) or you can just take it home and bring back. "so is it dangerious to drive? that is up too you." well if i kill your family its ok because is saturday, my last agent was rude lied. and now you dont care about it because i already paid. no i have no choice but to have them do it again. but i can tell you. i will pay more to go to les swab because in 15 years i have never been encouraged or ignored about an unsafe vechical. and furthermore if it not done correctly this time. best business department and maybe an attorney is needed. done will never use this company again. only reason i use them was because my room mate talked about how great the service and price. well if it nearly closing you can bet that agent is rude and will lie just to get you off the phone. read more
