Was advised by another mechanic shop that the noise was from the tranny. Had the pan dropped and found metal shavings in the tranny fluid. Noise still there after rebuild so I took the car to another mechanic to check it out. The mechanic did not find what was causing the noise but found two suspension bolts removed to fix the tranny that were not tightened properly and two bolts that supported part of the engine were missing and were left out when the tranny was rebuilt. Will not be taking our vehicles to this place for work.

A different repair shop in Hemet with very good ratings told me (after they did a basic oil change) that my 2 serpentine belts, both of my radiator hoses and the front sway bar links all needed to be replaced. Total bill would be just over $1,100. Quality Auto Repair examined the car, showed me how flexible the radiator hoses were and advised that only the serpentine belts needed to be replaced.
