We went to turning point today after mass. It was a little crowded but there were many tables open. Our server, Hailey, was very friendly. There were 7 of us so can understand we would need to wait but our food came out very staggered. Everything was delicious. I enjoyed the GOAT. The seating was a bit crowded and it was loud but it is a lovely place so you should expect that. read more

I wanted to share some feedback about our lunch experience on August 5, 2026, at approximately 11:00 a.m. at your Marlton location, as it was very disappointing and not what I've come to expect from Turning Point. I ordered the avocado toast, but the bread wasn't actually toasted. It was simply soft bread, which made the dish feel unfinished. I also ordered the Lobster Benedict. Unfortunately, the bacon was burned and had to be sent back. Once the replacement arrived, the lobster itself was tough and rubbery, as though it had been sitting for quite some time before being served. It certainly didn't taste fresh. To make matters worse, the service was very slow and minimal. We waited a long time for assistance, and our server rarely checked on our table. I understand that every restaurant can have an off day, but this experience fell well below the quality I expected. As mentioned by other Yelpers, two constants at The Turning Point are a wait to be seated and a super friendly staff. I usually order the Avocado Toast, and my love will often choose a build-your-own omelet. I recently tried the Power Up Grains Bowl with vegan eggs as my protein. He said my dish looked "painfully healthy", knowing this was a compliment. I negated my clean eating by splitting the OMG French Toast with him. Batter dipped thick-cut multigrain French toast with layers of crispy bacon, candied walnuts, drizzled with caramel sauce and sweet vanilla cream frosting. WHAT? These bastards are fattening as hell, but you have all day to burn them off. OMG is right! This is a place where you're never searching for someone to refill your coffee nor bring you ketchup. Ordered breakfast through DoorDash on Mother's Day around 8 AM and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience with Turning Point. After multiple DoorDash drivers canceled due to prolonged wait times, I waited over 5 hours for my order. I called after waiting about 3.5 hours and was told the food would be ready in another 30 minutes. After waiting an additional hour, the order still was not ready, and I ultimately decided to cancel. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication or follow-up from Turning Point throughout the entire process. I understand holidays are busy, but communication and accountability matter. Moving forward, I'll continue supporting local mom-and-pop restaurants -- they consistently seem to get it right when it comes to customer service and valuing their customers. read more

They were well staffed, and we were seated right away. Our waitress was friendly and polite. My wife and I ordered coffee, and you get a pot for the table, so there is no need to ask for a refill. I had the shrimp and grits, which was excellent. 5/5 My son had eggs over medium, potatoes, and pancakes. We have never been to this location of the Turning Point, so we stopped by today. It was much busier than the Moorestown location, so we waited for 30 minutes. The wait time wasn't too bad seeing how many people were coming in. They have high ceilings inside and the restaurant was extremely loud. I could barely hear the person across from me. I ordered the chicken pesto panini which was good, however it was a little dry. The skillet we ordered was very filling and had great tasting ingredients. The waitress was very nice and the food didn't take long to come out. Overall, it was pretty good but we may go back to the Moorestown location when we go to brunch again. read more

I also ordered the pavo Cubano, and this was just okay. I wouldn't order this sandwich again. If you want a Cuban sandwich, don't order it from a brunch place that doesn't specialize in Cuban food. Upon entering I was greeted by the host; who made me feel welcomed; so, I thought okay this visit would be status quo; boy was I wrong. I was alone and there was a group of three that was seated after me, but for some reason they were served their food before I even received a cup of coffee. When I received water for the table in a large crafted container; I wasn't provided a glass to even drink it. I guess my server wanted me to just tap a straw into it and have at it. There were no extra napkins or silverware; so, as I was ready to leave i finally received my coffee. I continue to stay and have breakfast, and to say the least the experience left me questioning as to how there could be such a huge difference in service could be.
