Avoid at all cost. Terrible service and there was plenty of help. Mgr/hostess spent time on phone. We had no placemats, no silverware, no napkins & had to ask multiple times for booster seat. No boxes were given for extra food. The bill was thrown on the table. When I went to counter to pay I had to wait as no one was there. She was busy running out the door after my husband to pay. And the Shaksuka is nothing more than salsa or chili with eggs & sour cream on top. Yuk. Nothing like the real thing. Don't waste ur time or money. read more

Love this restaurant;however, the chicken and waffles used to be the best dish on the menu. After the last time I had gone to this restaurant I found out that the recipe had changed for this dish. This dish was the reason why I continued coming here. Been here 3 times since open. Went on Mother's Day and sat right down. Waited over an hour for our breakfast to come out and when it did it was warm to cool. It must've been sitting for a while. Waitress was very nice , but I'm just not a fan of the food. Need better cooks I believe. I know they get great reviews but I'm sorry, I just don't see it. Review for the VEGAN PANCAKES ONLY. Best vegan pancakes!!!!!! I bring them home and put maple syrup and earth balance vegan butter. I wish the restaurant had it... however.... I have made and eaten pancakes for decades and these are those chewy, yummy "buttermilk" style giant diner pancakes that I never thought I'd taste again. They're a soooooo good. They come w banana and strawberry, and I get extra banana and berries. Not going to lie, the other "omnivore" options look very plain and the potatoes are literally plain, dry, cubed potatoes. Boyfriends eggs were burnt so he doesn't like it there. But the VEGAN PANCAKES ARE A MUST HAVE!!! read more

The food here is great but the service isnt always good. Today it took five minutes for someone to ask us if we needed to be seated. When finally seated, we waited 10 minutes and no server ever came to our table so we ended up leaving. Even with a ton of staff and most of the restaurant empty, they just don't seem to have it together... Also, a bunch of servers were walking with their masks under their noses which bothered us. We were seated about 12:30 after waiting about a half hour. I thought this was a good sign, if people were willing to wait, it must be worth it. Here are the items we asked for that they were out of: iced coffee, tomato juice, V8, English muffins and half & half. It is kind of tight in there and they bring a slop cart around - near surrounding tables while customers are eating - to clear vacated tables. Overall the food was so so at best. I know I sound like a giant complainer but the breakfast potatoes were way too salty- and I like salt. When I was getting up to leave I saw someone at the counter with half & half single serves and pointed it out to the waitress. She said she couldn't get them for me because the people who work the counter get mad if she would take them, I had to use milk for my coffee. For three people with tip it cost $60. I feel like you can get a much better tasting breakfast and overall experience at the Springfield Diner. I wouldn't recommend Turning Point Media. read more

Not handling things too well during the pandemic. At 50% capacity we waited 35 minutes for avocado toast and pancakes. I would hate to see how they operate at 100% capacity. Presentation was nice and the food tasted ok but seriously the wait wasn't worth it. read more

My boyfriend and I have made this our staple brunch spot the past couple Sundays! Food is always really good and great lattes. We were both off on a Friday and decided to have lunch there. Long story short I was sat at my table but told my waitress I was waiting for someone and they would be there in a few minutes. When he got there she said she would be right over and we said no problem. We had water and we were not in any kind of rush. 5,10,15,20 mins go by and we decided we weren't going to wait any longer. Tables that had gotten there after us were getting their food and nobody had come back over to even get our drink order. Granted, it was busy and I get that. But 20 mins for even a drink order seems unacceptable to me. We ended up going across the street to Panera. Other than last time we have had good experiences here. read more

This place completely missed the mark with customer service. You walk in and no-one greets you and pays you any attention. I decided to order to go when I noticed this and while sitting and waiting , I noticed the same exact thing with multiple customers walking in. My colleagues have had the same experience on different occasions as well. Very disappointing since the food is good and the ambiance is great! We were looking for a good brunch spot and landed at Turning point in Media. It's a local chain but was delicious. They have a vast menu with a kids menu. The kids meals were larger than expected so we would probably have the kids share one meal next time. I had the western omelette which was amazing. My wife had a skillet meal which looked delicious. The kids had pancakes and a waffle. We would definitely come here again. read more

Super impressed! Put in our name online, showed up at the recommended time and were seated right away (which is a rarity anywhere during Sunday Brunch.) Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly and they were super accommodating when it came to making customizations to our orders. Food was great! All four in our party finished their meals...it was the perfect amount! We were checked in on frequently, even by the manager. When most people think of a breakfast place they might envision a diner-like atmosphere with the usual fare of pancakes eggs and home fries. This is not a typical breakfast place. The restaurant was tastefully decorated and inviting. The menu was comprehensive and creative. While you can certainly order basics, there is variety as well. We ordered the seasonal pancakes (topped with baked apples) and the seasonal eggs and hash (made with squash and leafy veggies). It was something I had never tried before and was very tasty! The meal was interesting, delicious, and not too heavy. That was the other surprising thing. I expected the food to be weighed down by fat and sugar (like typical breakfast fare) but that did not apply to our order. The coffee was really good too. Speaking of which, there were a lot of options for different types of coffees on the menu that I want to check out. We will definitely be back. read more
