The job was completed a day early and the workmanship is top class. Looks great. In addition, the car was spotless inside and received a car wash before I left. Looks like it has been detailed. I had it "fixed" by a Jeep body shop at Brigham Gill Jeep in Natick which took the situation from bad to worse. Mismatching panels, over spray on the inside of the doors, chipped torque screws, and just a shabby experience all around....oh! And the bubbling of the paint returned in less than a year. Great stuff... Anyway, decided to try a different dealer that had an amazing collision center...Herb Chambers of Millbury. Unfortunately I was not allowed to use their Collision Center as I wasn't in an accident, but was sent to Audette's Auto Body. Divine Intervention. Norman and team are outstanding! The phone is always answered politely and coherently...you can hear the smile on the other end. Norman is informative, and completely honest with what he expects out of the repair. I picked up my Jeep today and it's better than new. The highest recommendation I can give is that even if I were to have work which required me to pay out of pocket, I would go there in a heartbeat, and I live nowhere near!!!

Over $6000.00 in repairs, a $1000.00 deductible out of my pocket, but Fuller refuses to replace a part damaged on their site that appears to have been caused by a round metal object. Thankfully, I had taken detailed photos before drop off and then upon my attempted pick up to demonstrate the new damage. (Two photos before, two photos at "pick up." 14 steps on my part interact with this business; Go somewhere else where you will be valued as a customer. FULLER- Unfair business practices and I am a very unhappy consumer. Stay away from this Fuller-centric experience.
