Recently I needed a belt went inside the store for the first time--what a nicely laid out space! I found a nice belt for a reasonable price and came away very impressed with the merchandise, the organization, and the friendly volunteer personnel.

It's near the Blue Anchor Pub, just before you go over the Intracoastal on your way to the beach. A Blast From the Past is owned by Dee Ziemba and it is made up of two boutiques, a couture boutique in front of the store selling designer handbags, shoes, clothing, and accessories, and a vintage boutique in the back with costume jewelry, hats, and collectibles. There was so much interesting art and beautiful porcelain but my favorite part of the store was the costume jewelry. It reminded me of all the time I spent looking through my grandmas jewelry box. I loved examining all of the gorgeous enamel pins and earrings that used to adorn the classiest of ladies. I also loved a Chanel bag and a really cool pair of Gucci sunglasses. There is a scavenger hunt with a prize if you find all the items. You can even buy your beer as you browse. I am sure some people spend hours here. There was a lot to look and sift through.. they also had a really good deal where all red tag items were $1.49 and orange items were 20% off. I came in for a blazer or cardigan and ended up with 13 items at checkout lol.. one of the male staff members who were putting things up, saw that I was looking at sweaters and he found a really cute one for me and I tried it on and it was a perfect fit ,in total I paid 40 bucks and got some really cute pieces for work. Definitely will be back. This location is great.

They have some inventory that will appeal depending on what you're looking for... they don't have much furniture wise. There's a bit of a bunch of different things --linens, housewares, silverware, electronics, books, clothing etc., etc. Most things are organized together by category. Price wise, it's a mix of decent prices and high prices. They have some of the more expensive items near the counter. We didn't love something enough to buy anything here. But we are still glad we came to check them out.
