Neutral colors, cool lighting and soothing music. Path to the bathroom was surrounded with boxes on both sides and all kinds of mess. Bathroom itself was nice and big. Service 3/5 The first time I had a walk in with Heidi. She was personable, provided good recommendations. One downside: I later discovered some nails were uneven to the touch; not so much the appearance. For my fill, it was 10 mins. over my appointment time. No biggie however unacknowledged as well. Tou completed my fill. I preferred her gel building technique, the nails were equally layered and smooth. There was a language barrier which made it awkward at times. She was a bit rough w/the filer which she apologized yet continued to file just as rough. I had to redirect her again and my skin was red and bruised afterwards. Price 3/5 To my surprise, the fill cost was the cost of my first set $70. Fills are typically cheaper. I went to double check on their services form, the cost of a fill wasn't advertised. Leaving me to question whether they were charging as they saw fit. I base this off overhearing another interaction as well. Overall 3/5 I value personable, professionalism with transparent prices. My second nail set is beautiful and even however I don't see myself returning.

During my most recent appointment, the nail technician cut my toe. I had to leave early because of the pain and I was bleeding throughout the rest of the day.

Never once did they compare the fingers to each other. The nail shaping was done by one man and the other man did the design. They both did a poor job and shouldn't agree to shape/designs they can't do like a simple french tip on a coffin shape. I ended up with thick, heavy nails that were crooked and horrible looking. A total waste of my money. I came to Tams and got three nails totally redone, the thick, heavy acrylic sanded down, a fill, gel polish, a pedicure AND gave a tip and it was still significantly less than Coles. My nails look beautiful! I won't go anywhere else. Tams is a wonderful salon.
