Woodhouse is so good. I love the vibe here, great music, a relaxed atmosphere, and even games to play. It works perfectly as a date spot, a casual hangout, or even a family-friendly place. It's just one of those spots you can genuinely enjoy no matter who you're with. They serve wood-fired pizzas, and they're delicious. Service is also on point, really quick turnaround for the orders. My go-to is the Margherita, usually with pepperoni added, but today I tried the sausage pizza with my brother (he added jalapeños), and it was so good. Definitely ordering that again. The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are solid. The three of us shared three pizzas, and we still had a couple slices left over. It's a great option if you're dining on a budget but still want a fun place to hang out. You can also grab your pizza to go and head next door to the wine bar, which makes for a really fun and social night out. Highly recommend Woodhouse, I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Finally got to give this place a try and we liked it. They're located next door to the Uptown Wine Merchant ("UWM") and provide wood-fired, hand stretched 10" pizzas (cheese, pepperoni, sausage, margherita, and mushroom), as well as cheesy bread, orange salad, burrata and roasted broccoli. There are a few indoor dining tables, as well as patio tables outside. Many people order pizzas to take next door while they're enjoying the wines and beer at UWM. The owners/staff are super friendly, and the food came out quickly. We ordered a Pepperoni ($14) and a Sausage ($16) and both pizzas were delicious. There's on street parking in the front, as well as a small parking lot in the rear. Give them a try next time you're hankering for pizza. read more

Seating is decent, not too generous, but there's indoor and outdoor dining. There's a small little hallway inside on the side for you to grab water, utensils, and napkins. Want some seasoning to sprinkle on your pizza? Don't hesitate to ask the staff. Pizzas here are cooked in the open oven roasted fire kind of way (apologies, not too familiar with the correct terminology). We ordered 3 - my favorite was the margarita pizza! We go here at least once per month. The family that owns and operates is really nice. I'm vegetarian so we always get pizza margherita or a plain cheese pizza, both are solid options. The citrus salad is also really good. You'd think a maple vinaigrette would be too sweet, but it's perfect. We're always taking out or eating it at the wine place next door. This is a pretty good wood fire thin pizza. I wish the mushrooms had more different mushrooms other than just one type. The onions also felt like an after thought. Had some family visiting from Texas and they said that they really liked the food and drinks!

Just recently having vacationed in Italy, I have the say, the pizza here is superb, so delicious and authentic! The dough is excellent, served super hot with the pepperonis nice and greasy! (Chef's kiss) Although the place is small, they do have a few 6seat tables and on a Saturday night the place was filled with couples and families. I have to give a special shout out to the friendly, hardworking family behind the counter. Not only was our pizza delicious and quickly made, but my 9mo old knocked over a glass Sprite bottle that shattered right under our table. The staff quickly came to sweep and mop the area, going above and beyond even giving me a few bandaids! I will definitely be back! read more

I had high expectations for the sausage with menu saying pizza sprinkled with Italian sausage sounding as if homemade or authentic sausage is used. What we got was ordinary generic sausage balls. The crust was good but all I really tasted was the tomato sauce. I could barely taste the mozzarella or basil. I actually thought the Roasted Broccoli appetizer was better.
