The bread that came with the house ricotta had so much flavor and they served a generous amount of ricotta. The carrots with the ricotta surprised me. It was so delicious that I ate them by itself. The alla lori pizza was my overall favorite. I never thought of adding honey to pizza. I will come back for the pizza alone. Perfect blend of sweet and savory. We ordered their chicken pesto pasta, but you're able to customize protein and the type of pasta. Pizzas are really solid with different flavors every month but they have a consistent 3-5 pizzas every night. Dessert was also very good. We got their gelato ice cream that was locally made. Overall great experience and looking forward to the next time I go here!

As soon as he BLATANTLY ignored a female customer who was trying to have a conversation with him but gave attention to her male counterpart, I was over it. Listen, I get it, he might have not wanted to entertain someone's story. But customer service means to acknowledge the customer and treat them with respect. I can't even count the amount of times I've divulged in conversation with people I didn't want to, but I still treated them like a human. The woman was visibility upset about how off putting he was. I packed my things, went over to the woman and told her feelings were valid because he had been dismissive towards others ever since he came in. I know you're not going to care about my review, I know you're not going to lose much money if I never come back. But people need to aware what kind of employees are here. As for the food and coffee - The ingredients no longer taste fresh on the breakfast pizza. It tastes cheap and rushed. The iced vanilla latte I had was mid at best, I forced myself to finish it. Which is disappointing because I have loved both for years. I think the young boys need some better training on how to make coffee, but at least they were personable. The young guy with long curly hair - keep up that positive energy. You're gonna go somewhere. Highly recommend bringing Quay back full time, maybe make him a manager or part owner because every time I've been there and he's makes the pizzas, everything is He's a staple, and is clearly loved by all the customers who were happy to see him when he walked in. Not a fan of over priced crappy Italian food. Hubby, kids and myself went here and ordered food that seemed steep in price, get home and none of us finished the food. It was overcooked and zero good flavor. What flavor was there tasted like it had been sitting all day under a heat lamp. The girl in the drive through was rude, and from the drive through Window the establishment was not very clean. I see some health code violations and didn't even want to try the food, but I had all ready paid for it. Never again. read more

Yesterday, I went to this wonderful restaurant and I tried the fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli, it's was cooked perfectly and very creamy, accompanied by a tasty garlic bread. Again it's unfortunate that I have to leave this review but it's honest. The woman was lovely and pleasant however the cleanliness was not acceptable inside and good customer service is not enough reason to pay for the food and experience here. It could be a really cute place but last night it just wasn't it.

Then they said they can't give any refunds but would pay for the delivery. The dinner went in the trash.... all of it. I hate to waste food and especially hate to waste our hard earned money, but this was a 1 star only dinner. If like to know who is leaving great reviews and why they think this is 5 stars. Their expectations must be low or they actually got a good experience, which is difficult to believe.

Full of flavor, everything hit right, and I was like okay... this might be the spot. But then came the crust. As I kept chewing, the dough got noticeably hard and dry. Not sure if it was overcooked or just how they make it, but it completely threw off the experience. I'm the type that actually looks forward to eating the crust, but this one turned into a jaw workout real quick. So now I'm conflicted. Flavor-wise, they're doing their thing. But texture matters, and the crust alone makes it hard for me to fully enjoy it. "Right now, it's a good pizza trapped under a bad crust."
