Was out on Black Friday dreading the shopping crowds and trying to find somewhere to eat. After finishing our day at the Avenues in Vieira, we searched Yelp for dining suggestions. We saw Asian, Indian, Gastropubs, Fondue, and Italian. We decided Italian was what our palette was feeling on that night. We walked in to a bustling restaurant at around 6:05 pm and our hearts sank when we were asked if we had a reservation. We said no and then were told that the restaurant was fully booked however had a bar section with open seating with a few tables. We turned the corner and jackpot! We found a table, and just in time, within 15 minutes, the section of roughly 6 tables was full. We settled in and were greeted by our server promptly. We ordered our drinks and the lasagna bites appetizer. A delicious creation of pieces of lasagna coated in panko, fried and served with marinara. I ordered the Chicken ala Vincent, a Blackened chicken breast in a sundried tomato pesto cream sauce, topped with fresh basil and pistachios, served over penne. Really good with a nice crunch from the nuts. My wife ordered the Angel Hair Imperial with Shrimp, Fresh spinach sautéed with garlic and olive oil, then finished with a sherry cream sauce and served with angel hair pasta. She was pleased. My daughter ordered the Penne ala Vodka with Blackened Chicken, which was tomato cream sauce spiked with vodka and garlic tossed with penne pasta with fresh basil and parmesan. She liked it but tasted my meal and we ended up trading dishes, it was a little to tomato-y for her liking. Great food, great service, and what seemed like the manager checked up on us a few times. A really nice touch was them taking our food back an puttiing in to go boxes and then sealing the box in plastic wrap so it did not leak. read more

We had 3 different meals and varying opinions. 1st person had Mediterranean Grill and thought it was very good. Server had said one of their best sellers. 2nd person had lasagna and thought it was good but didn't really care for the sauce. Thought it was a bit thick. I had chicken ala Vincent and was totally put off by the mushiness of the penne. It was way overcooked pasta. Any beginner cook should know it should never be more than al dente. After eating the blackened chicken and most of the sun-dried tomatoes, I was done because the pasta texture was so off putting. The pistachios in the sauce offered little flavor or texture. Don't recommend this dish. The butter with the bread service was really good. My experience rates 2.5 stars. read more

I've eaten at Tuscany Grill for several years-ever since they opened-and the food and the service have almost always been top notch. Tonight was no different, except I went with my siblings, nieces and nephews, their spouses, and grand-nieces and nephews, all visiting from out of town. At least 25 or 30 of us. Since it was my idea to come here, I made sure to ask everyone how their food was, and literally everyone told me they enjoyed their meals! The service, too, was simply outstanding. First visit. We had a large party, about 20 people, in for lunch on a week day. We did call a few days ahead for accommodation. It was mostly empty. Wait staff for our group consisted of two, & neither were friendly & both were somewhat rude. Service was slow, & the place was so dark. Was hard to read the menu. Place seemed clean, including restroom. My meal; pasta primavera & side salad. Salad was mixed greens, one large slice of cucumber & two chunks of tomato. Garlic dressing was thin & barely had garlic flavor. Primavera was ok. Pasta wasn't drained causing water to sit in bottom of bowl which caused marinara to be diluted. A few large cuts of onion & broccoli were added. There was no bread brought out with salads. It cost $2 per person for bread! Everyone had to request water, which came in a small OJ glass, with no ice. A few of us sat for a while waiting on refills. My total, including a mocktail, tax & tip, was only $24 & change. A two star is more like what Tuscany Grill deserves, but it's way cheaper than most other Italian restaurants I've been to! We ate here tonight for the first time since Covid and new location. Won't do that again. We ordered a seafood dish with a pesto cream sauce and the chicken parmesan. The pesto cream sauce had no seasoning and had obviously broken. The chicken parm had no crispness and also obviously got its melt under a heat lamp - there was no bake. We ate the steak. We were starving and it was pouring outside. Paid for it and walked out. Would I give them more money? Nope. What a joke. The glasses were dirty. The bartender complained the whole time. The filet was the highlight w was cooked perfectly rare and with a really great tasting mushroom glaze. Great calamari. Not much else good to say. Weak drinks. I wish this was more authentic. Nothing is made from scratch. Not even the bread they bring you. We had a graduation party there with about 30 people. I ordered the crab cake appetizer which was phenomenal I also ordered Chicken Vincent and ate one fork full of pasta and pushed it away. I immediately let the waitress know that I didn't like it and she was adamant about me getting something else off the menu. After telling her at least twice no thanks I'm not interested in another entree, she took my plate and left. Mind you my meal came with soup or salad (which I ate the soup). She seemed to be annoyed at times and she also seemed as if she was in a hurry. When the bill came I was charged for my soup. I was a bit confused and left speechless that with such a big crowd and the money they made off of it, I was still charged for a bowl of soup that came with the meal I didn't like. Mgmt said that's their policy. I expressed my concerns and told her I have never heard of that in my 30 plus years as an adult. It was not a good experience for me... rushed to order by our waitress, not 1 drink refill for me the entire 2 hours, paid for a soup that I could have did without and not one apology from ANY of the staff (not even a visit to our table from the mgr, to see why I didn't like the dish)! Very Disappointed! Made dinner reservations for 5 people for 7pm. We got seated right away, but after repeatedly being told our dinners would be out shortly, our dinners did not arrive until 1 hour and 40 minutes later. As we had children with us, when our dinners (and salads) were finally served at 8:40, we requested they be put in to-go boxes. By 8:50 we were out the door, after not having dinner, and paying our $148 bill. Delays are expected, but waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes to be served does not make for a place looking for repeat business. read more

I love and support small business, but this is missing a few things: service and food quality. I liked them at their old Suntree location but it seems they are ill prepared for this volume in Viera. Dining solo at 5:30 on a Saturday I was happy to be get a seat at the bar...plenty seats open at that time. I started with the Clams Ala Kendall with the Chardonnay butter option, a glass of Seal Rock Chardonnay and Chicken Piccata entree sans fungus - not for me! Clams: a dozen small clams in butter, tasted like they were oven baked with a little butter and parsley flakes for decor. Bland. I asked for a house salad with vinaigrette and received approximately 15 lettuce leaves (spring mix) with a creamy garlic dressing which was tasty but not what I ordered. Why did I not say something, no one came round...later my entree arrived and it looked like 3 oz of chicken, over cooked, on a sauce that left a lot to be desired. It was a drop and run, no time to ask for cheese or red pepper. By the time the bartender came round, dish was cold. They're new and there are kinks to work out but my palate was wanting...for more flavor in the clams and the piccata dish. The amount of chicken was very disappointing especially for lack of flavor. I hope they work this out as I'm excited to see non-chain restaurants in Viera but this was lackluster to say the least! read more

This place just opened up and is reservation only due to staffing. Their food and ambience is their only saving grace. We weren't greeted for 10 min. We waited an hour for one entree and one appetizer. The food was great but unfortunately their staff is unable to handle the two table section that they had. When I brought it to the managers attention, they (not one but two) made excuses instead of apologies. It's unfortunate and in a prime location. I want to support local businesses but hard when they are not taking care of their guests. We still spent $50 and they didn't take anything off. The quality was great, very good flavors and the portions are gargantuan. Def take leftovers home.
