Five of us went last night. Awful service. I had to ask for water for the table TWICE! They gave us these tiny glasses and were no where to be found for help. Bread took abt 30 minutes to get to table being asked twice and soup was cold. Husband wanted bread WITH his soup. No one EVER came to the table to offer cheese and believe me, the food needed it! The meatballs had a weird smell and we left so much food on the table. Didn't take it home. Unheard of for us!We will not be back and we liked eating there. So many times during our meal there was not one waiter on the floor! The bad service ruined our meal. read more

My husband and I are in town looking to possibly relocating to the area. We went to Tuscany Grill based on the reviews. Ordered a common beer, which they were out of. Ordered a bottle of wine from the menu. Did not have. My husband ordered the special, fish and pasta. Some of the pasta was so overcooked it fell apart on his fork. The other half was stuck together in a lump. My Mediterranean pasta dish was very tasty! However, the pasta must have been cooked previously. It was heated under the broiler and was as crunchy as if it weren't cooked at all. I hope they get their act together. read more

The manager stopped by the table and offered some recommendations on specials and dinner choices. Appreciated that. The wine list was good with a variety of selections. Four of the five meals were very good and just a bit of "miss" on the fifth entree. Between service and quality food will return and recommend. read more

Very disappointed with the service and the food. I recommend you go elsewhere if you have an Italian family who knows how the food should taste like. The meatballs barely had garlic and genuinely did not task like they were seasoned. The sampler also lacked in flavor. Not happy!! We went to their new location and were disappointed. The service was as slow as we remembered, but what really bothered me was the food. I ordered a meat stromboli which was just a bunch of stuff wrapped in a flour tortilla. I have never known a flour tortilla as being a staple in Italian cuisine. Even Bizarro's Pizza makes it with pizza dough and quality fillings. Tuscany Grill put large chunks of ham in it plus the obligatory ricotta and salami, but nothing much else that would resemble a real stromboli. Plus, the minestrone was thin and watery and the calamari was greasy. We will not go back again!! I really wanted this place to be great (since I love supporting local businesses), but I really think Tuscany Grill misses the mark a bit. I ordered the house merlot to drink (which was actually pretty good) and also decided on the chicken parmesan with a caesar side salad. While the wine was good (and I ended up ordering a couple of glasses) the chicken parmesan was uninspired. The chicken itself was bland and a little dry, and the sauce was reminiscent of Ragu. This was surprising to me as I thought it would be much more fresh tasting. Also, the pasta seemed kind of wet like they hadn't properly strained it after cooking it. The Caesar salad was good, as was the bread that was brought out before our meal. I also had a chocolate chip cannoli, which was good. Overall, I would really give the whole experience 2.5 stars. Not great, but also not completely terrible. If they can get the entree quality up to that of the rest of my meal, I would consider coming back. read more

We are visiting from out of town on Super Bowl Sunday and placed a pick up order. The food was ready very quickly, was hot, fresh and delicious. We don't eat meat and the lady that took our order made sure we weren't charged for substituting veggies for meats and we appreciate that so so much. Our salads were INCREDIBLY delicious and I only wish we would have ordered a larger size. All of our pasta dishes were hot and delicious with an excellent amount of sauce. The portion size is LARGE and I will probably be finishing mine for breakfast tomorrow. lol. Whoever packed our meals even made a small tray to hold the food so it would not spill in our car. Dined at Tuscany for the first time. It was a special day for me so wanted to share the experience. First the service was impeccable. Server had good working knowledge of menu and bartender made the best martini ever!!! Shared appetizer was fun and my beet salad was excellent. I wavered between 2 entrees and the one I chose did not meet my expectations. The server recognized my displeasure and the owner was at the table in minutes. There was no debate just a sincere apology and I ordered my second choice. It was delivered quickly as was my birthday cannoli. So often a restaurant will cop the attitude when a guest is displeased. Not here. The attitude was to make sure I was satisfied. And the cutest and most efficient busser wrapped my leftovers so no sauce escaped-Go Luke. read more

Having relocated from NYC i was a little hesitant about the Italian food I'd find around here. This place is AMAZING. The food was great and reasonably priced and the staff were so pleasant. We started with calamari which was perfectly cooked and breaded. I had the Pescatore with the fra diabolo sauce and it was perfect. The sauce had the right amount of spice and they were generous with the amount of seafood in the dish. The portion was big enough for me to have a solid lunch the next day as well. This place is a poor excuse for Italian food. Food is very bland. Tried it when they first opened and thought they might be having growing pains. Went one more time and found the food awful. The restaurant is all show and no go. Tomato sauce was watery. My 10 year old said her spaghetti was gross, especially the sauce. Olive Garden has better food then Tuscany Grill. You would think with all the Northerners moving down here we'd be able to get good Italian food. A great disappointment read more

This place is terrible. I should've known when my family and I walked in and there was three other people in the whole restaurant. They serve some of the worst pasta I've ever had. Flavorless and dull. The portions are big but if you want to split that'll be $4. Oh and $1 per small loaf of bread served with a tangy pesto "butter". I tried the pesto butter four different times because I just couldn't believe they made pesto butter taste so unappetizing. read more

For the price and wait time on food I was expecting it to be better than what it was. We went on a Saturday night and it wasn't overly busy, just your average crowds on the weekend. It took a while to get a waitress to greet us at the table and when she did she assumed we knew what we wanted already, which was strange. You're cheapest dinner entree is about 14 and averaged around 17 so for the price I'm assuming quality. We waited a little over 35 minutes for our meals and the food was average at best. Not what it used to be. Minestrone was full of gristle. Pasta wasn't salted and sauce was flavorless. "Grilled chicken" was obviously boiled, canned chunks. This restaurant used to be so good. Please go back to the way it used to be. read more

So good. Currently offering a 4 course meal for 30. Shrimp risotto was devine. Why was the pesto and bread so delicious. Had to take the desserts home, oh darn. I'm certain the tiramisu will be equally great, will change review if my midnight indulgence doesn't satisfy expectation. Atmosphere is wonderful. Well decorated and not so bright, yet I could read my menu and see my dinner. Staff was very attentive and all were personable. Great experience. Have been wanting to try since they moved to the new location. Atmosphere is warm, great decor. Sat in the lounge area across from the bar. Bread with pesto butter was very tasty and different. Salad good. Entrees unfortunately we're bland. No flavor and for Marsala to not have any taste is something. Added red pepper flakes and both pesto butters to make it better. Husbands shrimp scampi was the same. No flavor at all, just bland. Loads of pasta compared to protein. Overall I would pop in for HH and maybe an appetizer but at the entree prices I would not waste my time. Really unfortunate. read more

I so hate to give Tuscany only 2 stars as this has been my favorite restaurant, hands down for many years. I went to the new location not long after the move. I can only hope that they are still getting settled because this was not the Tuscany of old. No more oil and herbs with the bread. Now it's more of a dip, which was good but not oil and herbs. Veal was over cooked and tough and didn't have the same bang of flavor. Fettuccine Alfredo was just plain bad. Not rich and cheesy, more of a butter tasting sauce with a little cheese. The scallop appetizer was kind of shocking. The scallops were good but soooo small. All in all, it was not a good experience. I will go back for sure as I'm not giving up on them but I think I'll wait a while. read more

Tuscany is a family owned Italian restaurant. It isn't a chain and it isn't fast food. It is all carefully prepared, you get very generous portions and as far as we are concerned it is the Italian restaurant of choice. It has a lovely outdoor dining area - just request they drop the shades and keep the fans going. Their wine list is very nice and most of the waiters can help you pair the meal to the wine. We will continue to support local, family owned restaurants v chains. If you have an occasion they have a nice banquet room. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet place to dine with very good food. read more

We arrived at our table at 7. A waiter arrived at our table at 7:40. We asked if he knew who our server was and he said he would find out. He came back and said he would be our server. He, Paul, was excellent and filled in for whomever was supposed to have been our server. Paul is the only reason for the two stars. The food was not very good at all. We had a party of eight and everyone had a different dish. All agreed that it was nothing special. The salads that come with the entrees are tiny. My $17.00 lasagna was literally smaller then a pop tart and the sauce tasted like Ragu from a can. I don't know what the pre-sliced processed piece of cheese was they put on top but it definitely did not add to the taste or the presentation. I do not recommend this place. By far the best place for a romantic dinner or to host an event. I hosted my parents 50th anniversary here and it was nothing short of spectacular. The food is very good and the staff is so accommodating and extremely pleasant. Christine was our waitress and Gary was one of the coordinators that helped finalize all the details. When the meal did arrive it was delicious - but the wait and inattentiveness of the staff unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth.
