    Tutti Frutti Oliver Square

Tutti Frutti Breakfast ~ I am a big fan. They are not all created equal. Where this location has exceptional service it's plating & food quality lacks in comparison to Tutti Frutti South or the now closed Tutti Frutti West. Things to try Eggs benni, poached eggs, Classic Waffle, Sides...Id like to tell you to try all of the Tutti Frutti stuffed crepes. Some are stuffed with black & raspberries, custard & Nutella ! They are my favourite at every other tutti frutti ~ something they do here is different, I cannot put my finger on it but I can say I don't care for it & it 100% happens w/ the crepes & custard topped waffles. THATS IT, I think it's the custard. I once ordered a Waffle topped with custard, strawberries & Nutella & the custard was not on par. It's a chain, I'm assuming for the most part ingredients are being ordered from the same place. Tutti Frutti Oliver Square if you are reading this something tastes different about your custard ;) A win is Tutti Frutti has their own Coffee blend & it is great !! TIP: Kids eat free ~ Check w/ locations for days. TIP: Have a coupon book ? Check it for TF deals TIP: Get their rewards program card & swipe your way to a free meal & other perks! TIP: There fresh squeezed OJ is amazing ! TIP: They will put NUTELLA ON ANYTHING! Just ask :) Gluten free options available

I ordered the "fresh fruit and English cream waffle" it was delicious. I was a little surprised by the choice of fruit chosen for the waffle. There was a few slices of strawberry, massive chunks of melon and pineapple as well as grapes. The English cream was served warm on the side (delicious) I added it to the waffle. The waffle itself, also delicious but like most places it was made with pancake batter vs a true waffle. They have free wifi here which is convenient for me as I am studying right now. The service was excellent and there is ample parking. The music is a calm modern jazz and very relaxing. Unfortunately they close early, at 3pm. They only serve breakfast and lunch.

I had two days off during the holidays so tried to make the most of it by meeting up with a friend who had come home from out of town. Unfortunately, it was freezing out, and not many places were open on Boxing Day, but we were happy to have stumbled upon this Tutti Frutti in Oliver Square. I had only been to their west end location once before. Atmosphere: 4/5 Overall nice decor, spacious and neat; appears more modern than I expected for a breakfast joint. Conveniently located in oliver square. It was not too busy when we arrived but not empty either, so it was a great environment to talk and catch up. Food: 3/5 I had my standard two eggs, fruit and toast. Overall good portion size. The poached eggs had a bit of a rougher texture than I expected; otherwise good. Service: 3/5 Overall friendly; we were missing some utensils though and had to find them ourselves Price: 3/5 Reasonable for portion size Overall: 3.5/5 A good standard breakfast and brunch restaurant - food is standard - cora's is a bit better, but it does have a nicer, more modern and comfortable atmosphere. Good for catching up with a friend over brunch!

Strawberry chocolate crepe along with bacon, eggs and potatoes & chorizo eggs Benedict with hash browns & fresh fruit!!

I've been here twice already, & both times I was really pleased! The staff are friendly & the food is strictly breakfast/brunch items so it isn't too difficult to decide what to eat. That being said within the categories they have, are many varieties of pancake combos & eggs Benedict options! Usually I've managed to go in either before or after the rush: both times the food came in a relatively reasonable wait time and the staff came around to check up on us! The food is well priced and is great for a nice, simple & uplifting breakfast! A nice change from Denny's... Would definitely recommend!

    Limited time only...

I love their cinnamon buns but this time I did not order one. My friend and I came here for supper. It was delicous. I loved my Red Curry Laksa. It was fresh and rich. Loved the red coconut curry sauce. The seafood was a decent portion. My friend liked her falafal but it definately wasn't the best she has had and was eyeing up my curry. Service was OK. I feel like because we didn't order alcoholic beverages, we didn't get service as much as the tables that did. That won't prevent me from coming here again.

The decor is very nice - brick walls and posters, and hand written beer menu, to name a few. Service was very good, professional, and friendly!! Overall good experience, and will return again in the future.

Brunch is offered on Saturday and Sunday, otherwise they open for lunch (closed Mondays). Epic Market is huge. This will be a very popular place for the Whyte Avenue crowd as there are so many options available depending on which floor you enter. We were on the second floor today for brunch but the first floor, which has a similar look and feel, has a Mexican menu. It opens for lunch at 11:30am. It's a unique concept for Edmonton. The server said that they've opened similar restaurants in larger cities like Toronto but Edmonton is their first venture into a "smaller market". The brunch menu was interesting with some unique features and some typical offerings. I had the Pork Bennie, for $18.00 in 2024. The prices are quite reasonable for the type and quantity of the food. My bennie was good. My only criticism is that a special house ketchup would have been a nice touch. The service was excellent and we had a nice view of Gateway Blvd out the window. The coffee includes endless refills which is good because the cups were not very large. I'm sure the vibe is much different for dinner than brunch, but based on our experience, I'll definitely return.

My wife and I both ordered the Chandru Special for $17.50. It's a crepe with bacon and eggs inside plus some cheese slices melted on top. There was a side of fresh fruit. The presentation was somewhat lacking as the cheese slices made it look like something you find at your children's birthday party. The dish definitely needed some sauce to help it down. At least the fruit was good. Our server was very skilled at tunnel vision as she didn't see us even when walking right by our table. Eventually we caught her and got a refill for our coffee. She was pleasent enough when she arrived but definitely didn't want to do refills. On a more positive note, my friend ordered an omelet which came with potatoes that looked like thick potato chips. They looked good and he liked them. If I return it will be because I am in the area and can't find a better place. In other words, three stars out of five.

The place definitely has an old school diner vibe going and that's not from clever decorating. This is an old school diner. Gotta love a classic diner breakfast, and here your eggs and bacon are served quickly, with a smile and with lots of fresh coffee, for about $10-12. And it's a good breakfast too, flavourful with a nice balance of ingredients. I had the scrambler special which comes with ham, onion and green pepper, with a choice of rye, white or brown toast. I appreciate that the jam/PB are name brand given the cost, these little things make a difference. Service is quick and attentive, the meals arrived within minutes, coffee rounds were regular, and tables are quickly cleared and sanitized. The diner has 14 tables, with 10 booths around the outside which are still separated by partitions. Not that they need to be, the booths are not squishy and there is enough room to manoeuvre around the tables. The place is also spotless, even the washroom, and one can see in to the kitchen. It's a wee gem of a breakfast spot! Thanks fellow Yelpers for a great recommendation!

We would go back in a heartbeat, just need to sleep off the food coma for a while. It's bright and airy in spite of the smallish space and the amount of booths and tables, oh and you can sit at the counter. The walls and ceiling are covered in memorabilia, concert banners and what not. The place was absolutely hopping at 12:45 PM, but we were sat in a booth right away. Waters dropped moments later, asked if we needed coffee, tea or whatever else you wanted to drink. Our server was fantastic, explaining and educating us as we were first timers. The food came out piping hot very quickly and our tea ordered after the food was dropped came in a large teapot and hot just like at home. The clubhouse, which I did not have, has house made ham and turkey according to our server. My corn beef had slices of corn beef that did not taste house made, but the sheer volume of meat I couldn't finish, the eggs were cooked perfectly. K's Mexicasa omelette was excellent with the Mexican meat the star. I know why the place is consistently full, it's that good. Definite redo when back in West Edmonton
