Been there couple of days ago, guy tried to push me to get a suit with a stain he said he will remove it no problem, when I wasn't sure yet if it's exactly what I want and told him I'd like to come back with my wife to confirm it. Today calling him verifying with him I'm coming to get the suit and just to make sure he can get rid of the stain he promised he will. Owner has great deals but a bad attitude. When we had a discrepancy about the price, simply out of confusion, he accused my family member of being a drunk and that's why he forgot. Said family never doesn't even drink. I'm literally appalled that any grown man would act like this especially when I'm trying to rent 6 suits from him, if not 10. I'll pay the extra $20 to not deal with his attitude. Plus his selection of sizes is mediocre at best. Thank you sir for helping a smooth wedding process, when I said those words to him, his response was "that's why I'm quitting". I Rented a Tuxedo from Tux One last week for a Prom Themed party. I found Tux One online and called to see how much it was and what kind of headache it was going to be getting fitted. I was told that as long as I made an appointment, which I did, that I could get the alterations done same day. Potentially while I was still there. That's exactly what happened. Similar reviews on Amazon are all crossed out: "fulfillment issues associated w/this order were not due to the seller" - these are FILLED & SHIPPED by SELLER. Not Amazon. Shady business. This seller is knowingly sending out damaged items so they get returned and he gets 20-50% of the sale. DO NOT BUY! Local buyers are probably getting Amazon Returns. Edited to add- now they LIE (see response comment below from "Tux One".) This is the same company that is selling on Amazon. Return was sent to and received at "2988 S. Durango Drive #108 Las Vegas, NV 89117". Same address. NICE TRY. We went to Tux One because we had a very formal event to go to and my husband needed a tux. Mike is the owner, who runs the shop. He gave us many pant and jacket options, picking the best one for my husband's body type. He took my husband's measurements and did the alterations on the spot. We were able to pick up the tux on a Friday {event was on a Saturday} and return it on a Monday. There was no additional charge for actually having the tux for 4 days, which was nice. It meant I didn't have to stress out about returning the tux. Mike was wonderful and very personable. If we need a tux again, I will definitely go to Tux One again! read more
