To make matters worse, several were rude and impatient with us on the phone. Then we found Jeanette. She was kind, warm, patient, and incredibly understanding from our very first conversation. She doesn't charge rush fees or consultation fees, which was such a blessing. She met with us that same week and completed all of the alterations in just eight days. The quality of her work was excellent, and she truly helped make a stressful situation so much easier. We are beyond grateful for her talent, professionalism, and genuine kindness. I would have much rather she told me that she just didn't want to do it, or didn't have the time, than to insult my intelligence by telling me all the reasons it couldn't be done. One time I took new clothes I recently had purchased from a department store because there was a slight mildew odor. I did not notice the odor when I purchased them, only after I arrived home and removed the tags. The dry cleaner deodorize the clothes so there was no smell at all. I was so happy and amazed it got the odor out without ruining the clothes. I have also had my clothing altered with very good results. During the wait, she would call numerous times with them saying they would get back to her but never doing so, on other calls saying they didn't know the status or where it was at. On her last call to them, the manager Chelsea openly laughed at her concerns and offered nothing for the trouble. After requesting that it shouldn't be paid for since it took four months, Chelsea said it wasn't really their problem since it's done by a third party. The manager showed no remorse and was even insulting when inquiring about the status of the item and it taking so long with little to no communication or explanation.

After contacting Tide through the website, David called me and began to argue that 100% silk Tommy Bahama shirts not only did NOT need to be dry cleaned, but he could stretch them back into shape. Wow, it is amazing to me that I had to "continually argue with a laundry expert" that 100% silk needed to be dry cleaned. I did not even attempt to argue with the stretching back into shape idiotic claim. I suggest you stay away from "expertise" like this! I for one will never use Tide again!!!

I would never recommend this place. They should not advertise that they re-tick feather pillows because they do not know what they are doing. They seem to be very disorganized. It took 2 months because they lost it and kept telling me they would call when it got to the right store in Meridian. I went in 3 times and finally have my flat pillow. I have had this pillow for 40 years and have had it re-ticked several times. I am pretty upset. They also "repaired" a pillow that my mother needlepointed and is is less than satisfactory. It needed a new back and they sewed on a piece of inferior material. DO NOT TAKE ANY ITEMS THAT YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS CLEANER.
