Had amazing experience here with my family tonight! Food was out super fast, the atmosphere was great, the owner Sunny had tons of great recommendations and suggestions from the menu. I was skeptical at first about the nest basket only having two tenders, but when they arrived at the table they were HUGE. Tuxon Chix is okay. Currently, a lot of restaurants are jumping on the trend of unique or spicy chicken sandwiches and Tuxon Chix expands on that concept. Their food is okay, but what it comes down to is cost. A meal of a small sandwich, with fries and a small drink runs you 13.50. This is quite expensive when you compare competitors like Dave's Hot Chicken, who have bigger chicken, at a lower price. The chicken was very dry, but the spice level was adequate. Give it a try if you're curious, but the portions aren't equitable to the cost, and neither is the food taste. read more

I came in picking up an order and i just had to order. The place was clean and the food smelled so good!! Plus the food was a great price... I Ordered just a chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce and the man asked if I'd ever had the fries? I said no. And it only took less than 2 mins for my order. Drive by here often and have been wanting to try. The place looks very similar to what it did when it was the chicken and waffle place. It had an odd odor upon walking in the door, I honestly almost turned around and left but the rest of my party wanted to stay. The person at the front counter was very quiet and hard to understand what she was saying. I had the buffalo chicken salad. It was good but if I go again I would ask for the buffalo sauce on the side as it was swimming in the sauce. The others had sandwiches, one the Asiago and the other the tika masala. They were good and the french fries were nicely seasoned and crispy. The food took about 8-10 minutes and was delivered to our table one meal at a time. If a tray was used, she could have brought it all out in one trip. It was very pricey for 3 people for lunch, $59 with tip, for a soda and salad, and two sandwich meals. Overpriced, chicken does not taste good, and it took a long time. I had high hopes for this new place but it came with such disappointment. I had the Tikka Masala mac and cheese. It was $9. My first visit to Tuxon Chix, I'm really impressed with this new restaurant. Service was courteous and friendly, my order arrived quickly, and the food was good. I ordered the asiago Parmesan sandwich meal , the chicken was amazing, fried to perfection, and the fries were delicious. I also tried the Belgian waffle topped with ice cream and chocolate sauce.The waffle was warm and crispy with those sugar pearls they add to Belgian waffles, yum. First walking in, the atmosphere is modern and very welcoming! As my first order I got the lemon pepper nest combo, which came with a side of fries, and coleslaw. Wings were juicy and fresh. Truffle fries were fluffy in the inside and super crispy on the outside. Grilled chicken salad was super fresh. Just a very off putting smell inside that restaurants unfortunately often have but usually on the outside. Plumbing issue. read more

First time here. Amazing!! Starting with their customer service they are super nice and attentive. We ordered a lot of food to try as much as possible and everything came out super fresh and fast. The food was all delicious, the juice drinks are great as well. The dining room is nice and spaced out so you don't feel super cramped up against people and the music wasn't blaring loud so you felt nice and comfy. The boneless wings are big, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside! The fries were delicious. I'll pick this local spot over the bigger "chicken chains" any day. Also the sweet tea was delicious!! So if you're going to chick fil a for the tea, skip it and head here instead. The sauces were yummy and the ranch was homemade.
