I recently purchased a TV online and there was an option to add on a mounting service during checkout. I prefer to read reviews before hiring someone, so I turned to yelp instead. After doing some research, I decided to contact John to see if he could mount two TVs. It was quick and easy to set up an appointment via phone and text. He walked me through the different options he carried. I decided to do a full motion mount with hidden wires in my living room, and a tilt mount with exposed wires in the spare bedroom. There was a small discount for adding on a second service. John arrived on time for my appointment. He was very friendly and personable. I appreciated that he wore a mask the entire time and removed his shoes before entering my apartment. He walked me through the steps and made sure that I liked the location of the mount before proceeding. After the installation, he showed me how to change the TV angle and how to remove the hardware when I move out. He also made sure to clean up any debris that had fallen. The next day, John followed up with me to see if I was happy with the service and provided more tips on how to adjust the viewing angle to my liking. I used John's services 2 years ago to mount a 55". The work was FANTASTIC. Mounting was clean and wires were hidden perfectly. He walked me through the process and told me step by step what he was doing. I was very happy. 2 years later I bought a 75" to replace the 55". Costco provided a 1-stop shop experience and provided an installer to mount it. He arrived and I immediately became skeptical as he didn't have the right tools and looked more of a handy-man. After taking off the old tv and brackets, he told me he can mount it but it may fall as the wall looked too weak for the heavy tv and he even had trouble finding the studs!!.. Luckily I still had John's text messeges on my fone. He came and did just as a magnificent job as he did the first time! He went as far as making me comfortable by hanging and swinging onto the frame with his body weight!!! This review is long overdue, as I have used John for my TV installations for the past several years. I have used him to do installations at both my home and office, and he has always done a fantastic job. The first thing that grabbed my attention is that he is very responsive, and always answers his phone. I have used him like 5 times, and all those times he has always answered my call right away. He has also always been able to schedule me right away for any job I request. He has always arrived on time for every job. He has always done a detailed, accurate, and professional installation each time, and always makes sure that everything is working properly before he leaves. After he finishes a job, he also makes sure that the area is clean and everything is back in place, which has not been my experience in the past with other companies I have used. A few years ago, we had a difficult TV installation in the kitchen, but John was able to figure it out as he always does! He is very knowledgeable and effective. Jon installed a 50 and 55" TV for us and hid the cables. He responded to phone calls right away, gave us an estimate over the phone, was able to schedule us within a couple days and arrived promptly. He was able to offer practical advice, explained his recommendations and had a better TV mount available in his truck for a more practical mounting for our second TV which would be on a wall with a pocket door. I called John up again to replace one of the mounts he installed last year with a motorized one from Dynamic Mounting. Nothing wrong with the original one, I just wanted an upgrade. The manufacturer's instructions weren't the easiest to make heads or tails out of, but John's experience helped answer a lot of those questions and he got everything put together along with a soundbar to hang the center speaker, no problem. My biggest concern was making sure the TV and mount were solidly secured since now it articulates out before it moves down, and seeing how John mounted everything along with how he explained it took that worry away.
