Sent texts to the installer, no answer. Called them finally answered, tried to share the details of the job, and could not so when they showed up they were unable to install the TV. Rescheduled and they sent an assistant without an installer. Found out the installer and the assistant never know each other. On both occasions, the installer and assistants barely spoke English. WHICH leads me to calling Jag. He answered the phone right away, after landing on a international travel. He then gave me a 11am availability the next day, booked it. He went above and beyond.
