So I arranged to have two TVs mounted, one on a wall and one on my bedroom ceiling. I want to be able to watch a screen while laying in my bed. What a big difference from big box store techs who have had a brief training session before coming to your home. I called and described what I needed and got a quote the same day. We needed to upgrade an old TV that finally died, so it was off to Costco. My husband bought a great 50" Roku TV and bracket because we wanted to mount it on the wall (the previous one was just sitting on a dresser). Pro tip: don't bother with Costco's subcontracting services for installation - call John! I got John's info from a friend, called him on a Monday morning, and by that afternoon he was able to text me with his availability, and the TV was mounted on the wall a day later. John communicates when he's on his way and is friendly and professional. I appreciated the work he did and the way he described what needed doing. He ended up having to go under the house in order to pull some wires, and communicated this fact to us as soon as he could potentially see it would be necessary.
