Wait was over 30 minutes for two sandwiches and then ran out of bacon on a bacon sandwich? Gave us a side to make up for it but the fries and the food just weren't good. Chicken is bland and dry. The sauces help but nothing stands out about them. The fries are under-seasoned. For this price point there's a lot better in restaurants and other fast food places. You can see by the cross section how dry the chicken is. Place is made to look great but they miss on the food itself. read more

This place is okay - the chicken sandwiches are huge like the size of your head but to me that's too much and means hormone infused chicken - which is why the chicken had a stringy texture. The ranch they use is awful - it tastes so processed. The fries are basic and too seasoned. You had to order on a kiosk - no human to talk to but since they moved locations that might be different now and honestly the amount of locations this place has had is a red flag to me as well - first Deer Park, than Norwood and now Element Eatery - pick a place and stay there and please have normal hours. read more

No surprise to find lots of 1 star reviews here. The cheesesteak burger was a pretty good, unique take on a traditional burger. Everything else about this place was 1 star. Zero service - had to order on a kiosk and there wasn't anyone around to even ask questions. The kiosk said my name would be called when my order was ready, so I hung around close. The staff was more concerned with trading free food with the booth next door than actually doing their job. After what seemed like a long time I went up to ask about my order, and they reached behind the wall and handed me my food that apparently was sitting there for some time. My name was never called (no names were). The tiny $4 order of fries were completely cold, and the burger buns were so soggy it was impossible to eat without a fork and knife. I reached out to them through their feedback form, and received no response. No wonder the employees don't care if the management doesn't care. I'll be surprised if this place is still here in a year. It won't be missed. read more

Good place if you want a bland tasteless burger on a lame plain bun. Put some spices on your beef! I ordered grilled onions on the burger and they only resembled onions. They also have salmon burgers if you don't want beef. Cheese options were Swiss, American or pepper jack. I wanted Colby jack or cheddar. The lettuce and tomato were sogged together. Only burger place here. Onion rings were acceptable. Sauce was good. Not worth a visit. read more

I recently ate at the Tweedys in Cincinnati that is in some sort of food court. We were visiting, and were taken there by the people we were staying with. I don't know the name of the facility. The food was pretty good, but it took so long for the food to come out, that the other people in my party were literally done with their meals, which they had ordered from other establishments in the food court, so define they that I ended up eating by myself. At one point, I thought they had lost my order, but I checked with the young man working there, and he assured me they had not, and he was right. I was in the system, but they are so very, very, very slow that I would absolutely not recommend ordering from that particular establishment. Other locations of Tweedys may be fine, and if you have a lot of time and are not hungry, it may not matter either. The food is good, but they are crazy slow. read more

It's burger week so I came to try the Philly cheesesteak burger and it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. It was cheesy and bursting with flavor! The bun was soft and the beef was juicy. No complaints here. I will be back for sure! read more

All three of the stars go towards their delicious food! If I could give them a rating solely based on their food I would rate them 5 stars for their food and 1 star for the service. I tried their bacon cheeseburger sliders and I was impressed! It is bigger than your typical slider, and full of toppings. I'm not typically a huge fan of burgers, but if I have time to wait, I will order from here again. On two separate occasions, I have waited an extended amount of time for my food. The first time was for a carry out order, and after waiting almost an hour we didn't even receive all of our food. Popped in because everyone's been talking about Tweedys chicken. The OMG chicken was a bit messy and too much sauce for me to tell how the chicken actually tasted. It was hot and done that's a plus. It did taste pretty good with the sauce but it had coleslaw on it and I couldn't taste it due to the sauce. The onion rings sorry but cooked well but no flavor. Also had their fries but no picture they also were just basic. The price I think was fair for the size of sandwich you get but you actually can't eat it like a sandwich. The day I went was on a Wednesday it was steadily busy but I waited 47 minutes for my order and had to go back for my fries. Over all everything was good just had to wait so long. read more

It took 50 minutes for a chicken sandwich and onion rings. They forgot to give me the fries I ordered. They ran out of napkins. There so much sauce, breading, and grease on this meal. I didn't enjoy this meal at all and felt sick after. The place is so busy and so loud.! read more

Amazing, HANDMADE smash-style burgers. I got the double and it was almost TOO much. The bun was fantastic, would love to see it toasted to take it over the top. The onion rings, these HAVE to be house made. Some of the best I've had. Would like to possibly see more topping options besides the standard LTO. read more

I approached the booth and the lady behind the counter didn't even look at me. I stood there for about 30 seconds waiting for her to take my order - but then went ahead and placed it myself on the screen she was standing behind. I asked a question about one of the menu items and she looked up, shook her head, and looked back down at her phone. Ended up getting the vegan Beyond burger (which I've gotten too many times to count at other restaurants, as well as cooked myself - and it is pretty hard to mess up) and it was absolutely disgusting. This is for the big-backs, fattest chicken sandwich I've discovered in Cincinnati. Not only was it a Largee portion but it was delicioussss as well. I also got the burger split with a friend and it was also delicious. I will be back. If you want a cutesie chicken sandwich this is not for you, if you want a honking tonking fire walking sandwich then welcome home. Fries were good too! Service wasn't bad, at spots like these I can understand a few people are in the back and catering these large plates for many for with a crowd I can imagine you'd be waiting. But they get a full pass for the chicken sandwich and burger presented to me. I will gladly be back with more people to split this with lol Update: I came back again and had a fatter sandwich. Situated in a noisy ass food court don't plan on getting the chicken sandwich anytime after 4pm because apparently the only have a certain amount of chicken to sell oer day and once they sell out, that's it for the day. What a wasted drive to the middle of a crappy part of town to end up searching for something else within the food court area. Everything is over priced and the parking next to the building is a complete pain in the ass. Won't be back, not worth the aggravation. read more

My husband ate here today and like other reviewer he waited about 30 minutes for his food as well and to make it worse they gave him a double which was way too much meat. I fortunately didn't order there but after his long wait and seeing another reviewer complain about the wait I am not going to try it or recommend them. Not to mention I doubt they have gluten free offerings and even if they did I would not eat here. To have customers wait that long is ridiculous.
