Wunderbar! Phenomenal! Absolutely friggen fantastic! I am a huge fan of this particular store! Well let me lay it down from you. First, great selection of auto parts. Two, employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. Three, an employee named Chris (seriously, if you ever end up at this store ask for him, he goes above & beyond). Let me give you an example of Chris' awesomeness. My bumper had become a hazard on 94 around the Snelling area, and it looked like it was going to completely detach and fly away. My left-side bumper was being held up by duck tape until I could get it into the mechanic. Needless to say, I was not going to make it to the mechanic. So what do I do? I went straight to O'Reilly's. I went inside, asked an employee, who happened to be Chris, to come out and help me figure out how to MacGyver the situation. I went in thinking cable ties, but Chris did one even better, we just removed that half of the bumper. Get this, I didn't buy anything from the store, and he still helped me use a wrench to unscrew the bolts holding the bumper in and remove the bumper. Talk about helpful and above & beyond. Thanks Chris at O'Reilly's!

I literally bought it 30 minutes prior. they finally agreed to exchange it. keep in mind the product i have was fresh out of the box brand new. the one they were trying to give me was obviously used. most of the paint was chipped off it was covered in oil and dirty. when I told them this was not an even exchange he said take it or leave. I don't have to help you in anyway.
