We found ourselves at Twin Peaks last year on Mother's Day after our initial plans fell through. Since that day, we have been back several times as we are a sports loving family and they have all the sports. I don't drink so the ice cold beer does nothing for me, however, my husband says it is great and icy. Every meal and app we have ordered has been great. Service was great but I feel luke the aeever needs to taste the menu and k ow what to recommend. I asked which part of the chicken is this? Is it a breast she answered yes is it a thigh she answered yes so I don't think she was really knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered a bunch of stuff we ordered the wings which is the smoke and Grill but I usually have my wings plain and have the sauce on the side the garlic Parmesan sauce doesn't really seem like a garlic parmesan and without the sauce the wings were Bland the fries were too salty and my friend ordered a chicken steak yes it was ground chicken that had like a creamy gravy on top of it but without the gravy there was some sort of aftertaste with the chicken the mashed potato was okay the rice I think it was a lemon garlic pilaf she stated that it was a bit salty as well. The only thing that we really liked and love was the Stacked nachos with the chicken that no complaints the chips on the nachos was like thin and crispy and was really good that was the best the place was big it was nice it's a good place to hang out parking is not an issue I just wish the food was a bit better. We came into the restaurant to celebrate birthdays and had a terrible experience. Beer draft lines and glasses were dirty. The service by the bartenders was awful. When the food runners deliver food they don't know how to hold plates as their fingers were in the inside or the plate rim. Therefore their dirty fingers touching the food. Twin Peaks or Twin Cheeks? I was happy to hear an establishment would be going into the old Bulldog's space and had not previously heard the name Twin Peaks. The double entendre of the name did not immediately strike me; however, at some point, I came to understand the bar/restaurant would be similar to Hooters or The Tilted Kilt, in that the all-female waitstaff would be dressed in skimpy uniforms - in other words, a "breasturant". Having been to both Hooters and The Tilted Kilt, I had no reservations about recently visiting Twin Peaks with a friend. Upon entering the business, we were pleasantly greeted by the host staff and we advised our intention to sit at the bar. Once seated, we both commented to each other that Twin Peaks seemed to take the term breasturant to another level as most of the female staff were in dressed in full blown lingerie, complete with totally bare bottoms. Had we been at a strip club, this would not have seemed at all odd; however, it felt more than cringy at a sports bar and restaurant within a suburban shopping mall / lifestyle center. I'm no prude, but in this setting the so-called uniforms were a turn off! We sat at the bar for an extended period of time hoping to receive service or even be acknowledged by one of the numerous bartenders who passed by us. At one point, we gave serious thought to exiting and walking over to Biaggi's but decided to wait it out. Eventually, we were waited on and order beers. Sometime later, we ordered dinner and it was served by a runner in a timely manner; however, as another reviewer noted, we were not provided napkins or utensils and looked for a bartender to ask for some. When one didn't seem readily available, I looked and observed a bin of the rolled up utensils behind the bar and helped myself. I believe most establishments avoid this dilemma by immediately providing utensils and condiments upon food being ordered. To my surprise, the burger (Avocado Smash) I ordered was cooked well and tasted good, as did the French fries. Another positive aspect is the addition of many more TV displays and it likely goes without saying that these will enhance sporting event viewing. So given that the food was good and the service issues can be resolved with staff training and increased experience, that would then just leave awkward staff uniforms. As this appears to be Twin Peaks' primary differentiator, I don't see them changing it; although, I'd strongly encourage management to rethink this - if not, I have absolutely no doubt that this establishment will do no better than those before it (Claddagh, Barley House, Niko's Lodge, and Bulldog's), as they're clearly going to turn off a great many of initial, and for sure return, customers. In fact, I'm already wondering what the next place will be to occupy the space...because I just cannot see this place lasting very long. read more

The beer is cold. Service is slow unless you remember to tip the ladies. They are not servers they are entertainers according to Twin Peaks. Most of the ladies are very decent people. Do not date the ladies, I made the mistake of going out with one for a few months treated her well. I found out she wasn't my type, a stoner. She had me ban from bar for dumping her. We didn't argue or fight on site or at any time anywhere did we argue. I just texted her what I thought. No cussing or anything just adios, and she came back with, I'll have them kick you out of the bar. And she did. I was a big tipper to other ladies there too. When we asked for the game we were watching to be put back on because they repeatedly changed the channel, we were berated and told by the manager or whoever he was at the reception desk the "game was over long ago" and the security staff told us we were out of line for asking for the game to be put on. Having a shirt on that says security doesn't make them qualified for the job! Both guys were absolutely rude. Call me daft, but I didn't know the double entendre of "Twin Peaks" until I got to the door and saw how the waitresses were dressed. This is a "breasterant" on par with Hooters. As a woman, I've heard all about how good "the wings" are at those places and I've never gone myself. I was just taken aback when our waitress got to our table and she was wearing a very low-cut top. The food is actually somewhat decent and reasonably priced as compared to similar establishments. Menus are accessed via QR code, they might bring you a real menu if you beg for it. Now, on to the service. It's slow. Even during non-peak (no pun intended) times. Too much standing around talking, hiding in the back, or on their phones in terms of waitstaff. Also, we know what type of place this is, however, some of the servers literally have ass hanging out...just seems unsanitary and extreme, but I guess some are comfortable with it. Service was below average as our sever was not knowledgeable with the menu. Even when asked for additional limes for my tacos she seemed lost and confused. How long does that take. Food was meh, server didn't give us napkins, silverware or even water. Came back to ask if we wanted the check- never offered for us to take leftovers home. I recently had a disappointing experience at this establishment. My order of nine tacos arrived cold, and upon expressing my dissatisfaction, the tacos were returned to me after being microwaved. This resulted in the sour cream and pico de gallo being served warm, which is not only unappetizing but also raises concerns about food safety. Furthermore, the staff member I interacted with displayed a dismissive attitude. Given these issues, I would recommend other dining options like McDonald or Taco Bell. Stopped to try the cold (29 degree) beers and order food to take home. The bartenders Jade and Faith were polite and jovial despite having to deal with a few "Karens" right before serving us. I am a Regional Manager for a large retail chain, and during my visit to this city I stopped at this location for lunch. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered three items and a drink, and all three food items were incorrect. I asked to speak with the manager, Abel, to address the issue. From the start, I made it clear that I did not blame the waitress -- she was polite, attentive, and clearly new. However, instead of acknowledging the mistake, Abel was argumentative and dismissive, trying to debate what happened rather than taking responsibility. His solution was to comp just one item, but his attitude and demeanor came across as "I don't care." Because of this, I chose to send all of the food back. I did not do this for a free meal -- I simply no longer wanted to dine there after such poor customer service. I still tipped the waitress above my total bill, as she was not at fault. As someone with years of experience in customer service and retail management, I can say confidently that Abel needs additional training in how to handle guest concerns. A manager sets the tone for the team, and in this case, the lack of accountability and care from leadership ruined the entire experience. read more

After going here for a while, I have noticed the number of patrons dwindling. Haven't had a problem until tonight. It was a Monday night and they were extremely light with customers. Just came in for some 22z drafts. All was good until the end when I checked out and a new bartender cashed me out. Her name was J.Me. I had four beers at $4 each and with tax it was $17.40 on my bill. I wanted to pay cash and all I had was $20 bills. I gave J.Me two $20 bills and asked for $19 in change so the bartenders could have a 20%+ tip. She gave me back $22 in change. First off it should have been $22.60 in change. Second I asked why I did not get back $19 in change and she explained the Mangers would not be happy giving back that amount. (Why would Managers be upset for giving back a patron exact change???) So I see that J.Me wanted to increase her tip because of a slow night. I should have asked for a Manager at the point but I was tired and wanted to get out of there. If I ever go back and I will make sure not to be waited on by her. Poor decision on her part as I will not recommend her to anyone. All other staff there up and to this point are great workers. I hope Management and the owners of this establishment are reading this post along with other potential patrons who want to visit here. I was very excited to try a new restaurant that just opened up in the Algonquin Commons however, once I got inside, I realized that despite being a red blooded heterosexual male appealing to that is apparently their claim to fame. Twin Peaks is basically Hooters. But the adult version all the servers had 30 to 40% of their breast exposed in tight fitting tops and tiny shorts. I felt bad for these women to think about how much do you need a job in order to walk around in that outfit and serve people food.
