I had a day off today so I decided to pop in for a few brews before I took my Harley out on the road. I walked in it was pretty slow. I was greeted by the hosts. I told them I was going to the bathroom then I'll take a seat at the bar. The restroom is located past the bar on the right handside of the restaurant. After leaving the restroom, I found an open seat at the bar. This is where it gets interesting. So there are two bartenders servicing the bar. One white young lady and a black young lady who looked to be 5-6 months pregnant. Needless to say, I sat at the bar for 20 minutes and neither acknowledged I was there. Afterwhile, I just decided to get up and leave. I guess my business isnt wanted at this place‍. Even though in a months spand, I've spent well over $500.00 of my hard earned money. I've come to this place before and I have to say I've had mixed experience. My first and second visit was ok. Nothing to really brag about. The third time was a Sunday night. I was picking up food at the bar. While waiting for my order I decided to have a drink. I notice that there where a lot of girls surrounding the pick up area of the bar. I assume they were closing out for the evening. Of course if you come to this place, it's for the drinks, eats and the scenic view(the girls). I guess two of the girls(black) felt I was looking to hard despite the fact that they work for an establishment that allows there guest to admire the girls and their appearance ‍. 5 minutes after they went into the back a security guard posted up directly in my view. I felt uncomfortable and decided to migrate out to the patio area to finish my beer. While outside and talking on the phone I notice the security guard escorting the two girls mentioned earlier outside as if they were in danger. I put two and two together and I'm not sure what they said to him, but it was certainly a misunderstanding. I have never stalked or harassed any women in my life and never done so based on her appearance. The fourth time I was served food that was extremely salty. The times I've spent here, I notice that you all have alot of black and white customers, but not many mixed (Black/Hispanic). I'm not saying this place is racist, but it definitely is bias and prejudice towards my kind. I based this observation on how I see the staff and management treat others vs. my experience when I walk in. Needless to say my experience with this Twin Peaks lack the quality of service that I'm used to when I walk into other restaurants similar to this one. I wish help had a 0 stars option for cases just like this one.This place is racist. They treat their white customers better than any other race that steps foot in here. The girls here cater to the white customers quicker than any other race. The food sucks. It's to damn salty. The girls here act snobbish towards ppl with an ethnic background. White virgility, privilege, and hold ethnic people responsible for the feelings of white people. The black girls that work here are brains washed to be nicer to white ppl and treat Blacks and Latinos as if they are criminals. Your supervisors and staff need to stop racially profiling read more

I always say that I wish I knew of someplace that had food as good as Twin Peaks but with better service because I'd definitely eat there instead. 1) The waitresses seem to be some real airheads. Their minds are always somewhere else- not on doing their job. I saw one just staring off in the distance with a blank expression for a good while. Aside from that, they seem to be incapable of doing something as simple as bringing me a water without ice. Or any correct drink, for that matter. Y'know, the first time I went here, the waitress brought my mom a sweet tea when she ordered a Dr. Pepper. So when my mom said she ordered a Dr Pepper and not sweet tea, the girl gave me the tea, left, and came back with another drink for my mother. She handed it to her and said "It's a DIET Dr. Pepper..." as if to call my mother overweight. Anyways, the point is that the service here is pretty and I hate that the food is good because if it weren't, I wouldn't have a reason to eat here. read more

Twin Peaks' service my first time was slow. The fire alarm went off three times, our waitress was hardly at our table and we only got one refill on our drinks. It was busy, however the speed of the service was still slow considering this. Food was good for the price. Yesterday, however, was worse. In fact, my table of 9 had sat at our table watching waitresses walk right by our table. They were not the least bit busy with well over half the tables being empty. After 15 minutes we decided to leave. As we were leaving the manager made no attempt to stop us or ask why we were leaving he just stared at us. Don't bother going to Twin Peaks in Augusta. Our favorite family restaurant. They know the kids by sight. They remember the mil discount. They're friendly and attentive. The only time we've waited is when we made the mistake of showing up during a sports play off game. Watching that team get the ball past the line is riveting tv. Go team! Also, the free wifi allows us to play Bob's Burgers for the kids. We recommend the ice cold beer and the wings. My wife's favorite time to visit is lingerie week. read more

Worst Experience Ever! The manager's ASSistant said that he was going to call the police on me because I didn't want to pay for the food I chose to not eat because we found HAIR in the food! They don't deserve any stars at ALL' The one star is for the high expectation I had for Twin Peaks! I really wanted to like the place. Everything was fine until we found HAIR in the white paper wrapper they encase the Sandwiches in. Even after that we tried to enjoy the night. But after rethinking it I decided to leave because I knew we wouldn't really be happy after all that happened. Outside of the fact that I asked for lemons twice and my server completely ignored me. She also scratched her nose several times and seemed spaced out. The burger I ordered looked so good but all I could think about was eating HAIR. The management handled the situation poorly and my usual mild-mannered temperament flew out the window. He then told me to not come back! I gave him a few choice words and let him know that me going back there would be the LAST of his worries. I informed him that I would contact corporate and he said something like my name is Garry. As if he didn't care about what his corporate headquarters would think or that they wouldn't care about what a customer would think.I knew his name wasn't Harry because he had none except his ragged beard. To be honest, I would have never even considered coming to Twin Peaks (chain restaurants aren't my preference), but a guy my husband worked with was having a little going-away gathering there so we went. I wasn't overly impressed with the decor or uniforms (trashier/redneck version of Hooter's I guess - there was a lot of butt cheek hanging out and not in a cute way). I think I would like the uniforms if they were so ill-fitting. On the other hand, there were more positives than I expected. The beer selection was great, including lots of craft beer. The waitstaff was fairly efficient considering it was a busy night and we were a larger group. I hadn't planned to eat, but after being there awhile I decided to give the blackened fish tacos a try. There were three soft tacos with white fish filled with crisp slaw, pico de gallo and ranch mayo served with chips and salsa. The tacos were light but filling and the toppings were refreshing. Not bad. I think the concept is genius, but the girls really wear very little so there bodies have to be on point. Some were some weren't but I came for the food. Anyway I had a chicken Cobb salad with ranch and it was huge. It was your standard Cobb nothing off the charts but good. My buddy had the hangover burger which was legit, super yummy. I wish I had gotten a burger, or wings or something fried cause I think that's what this place is about. But the beer is super yummy I had the blonde and it was so cold it had iced...which I enjoyed. As far as "breastaurants" go this place is certainly higher on the scale. The menu isn't very gluten allergy friendly but the drinks are strong, albeit way over priced! I've been here several other times and when USED to be able to eat bread their food was certainly delicious! Not a bad place to eat if you are after a gimmick with a "view". read more

Twin Peaks! The new breasturant in Augusta! It's decor is straight Bass Pro Shop with Bullwinkle on the wall. The bar is huge and there are flatscreens everywhere with no closed captions and various rock songs blaring. The beers come in ladies and mans sizes (an feeble attempt at emasculating men into fitting the larger size) The menu is ok, I got fried chicken and shrimp for $12.59 (steep) the portion size was good but the shrimp were very bland. When a manager asked how was everything we complained about the food and we was like "oh, sorry to hear that" then walked away...unsatisfactory! Now on to the girls!! If 5'4 100 pounds is your thing, then you're in heaven. If you are expecting curvy voluptuousness, then you will be disappointed (as I was). This is Georgia after all, we like our women think like grits and cornbread! These girls all look pubescent like they are playing dress up. They use the Hooters method of acting overly friendly and even sitting down at your table for extended lengths (ignoring other customers) there were about 20 staff members running around at one point, with several little altercations popping up throughout my 2 hour stay (I went solo, and met two cool girls who allowed me to join their table) we laughed at all the girls we didn't find attractive and watched as the short balding manager berated a customer for either being too drunk (we couldn't tell) or allegedly harassing a girl. He told the guy to get out and made a big spectacle about it. The girls would change their clothes and get escorted to the cars by male employees (very strip clubish) All and all, I'm sure this place would be great for watching football, but it's backwoods hunting decor makes me feel like "Buggin out" from Do the Right thing. I didn't realize that this was a tilted kilt/hooters type of place with the waitress women in tight tops with exposed mid-drifts. Everyone was really nice and friendly and there were lots of families. We got the jam burger sliders, wings, and BBQ burger. All the food was really great and above average for a bar and grill/sports bar restaurant. The sliders were very well balanced with a crisp thick pickle and soft bread. The sliders held together well and had the perfect amount of bacon jam! The wings were also good, could've been a little more crisp but I wouldn't mind having them again. The BBQ burger was also very good. They give you a small amount of fries wth the burger butnit was really the perfect amount of food and well priced! The food was good but we probably won't be back bc of the atmosphere, it's not aweful but not really my thing :) read more

Excellent sports bar. They have a good selection of beer on draft and it comes in these perfectly chilled mugs. The food is pretty good considering the kind of place it is. I HIGHLY recommend their hangover burger...it's phenomenal. Service is also attentive and friendly. This is a beautiful restaurant. We went on a Sunday night. The parking lot was full so I thought it was going to be a long wait, but only took 5 minutes. There isn't a bad TV view in this place, so it would be a perfect place to watch a fight or game. The atmosphere gets a 10/10. The staff on the other hand offers mediocre service. They weren't mean, but they weren't friendly. No suggestions on food or drinks, no offer for refills. They didn't look like they wanted to be there. I know no one wants to be at work, but if my pay depends on tips, I am going to be the friendliest, most helpful person with the best customer service. The one thing that was good about the staff was the speed the food came out. The staff gets a 7/10. The food was pretty good 8/10. Better than Chili's or Applebee's. We had the hangover burger, chicken and shrimp basket, kids chicken finger platter and kids sliders. For desert the blondie Sunday. Which was a little disappointing because it came out in the black skillet that j expected to be hot, but was cold. There are a few signs telling you the temp of the beer, which I thought was cool. I will definitely go back to watch a fight or game. Hopefully the staff becomes a little more comfortable at their job and have fun with it. read more

Ok while on Vacation my family and I stop in Twice Peaks for some food and drinks as you drive up to the outside it's very inviting. The Inside remind you of some what of a Cabelos sports Store their's Animal head's on the wall along with some sports memorabilia. The staff is very up Beat friendly along with being Scantily dress, look out Hooters the Menu is Short and the Food is Basic this Place is Grate for After work gatherings or taking your Son to eat. read more

Think of this restaurant and sports bar's place in Augusta as the vibrant 50-something in a room full of geriatrics. Better than Hooters, Chili's, and Texas Roadhouse? I have been here three times, once during the NCAA tournament and every waitress or bartender I had was extremely personable and was always checking to make sure we were ok.
