We rolled into Augusta for the first time and yelped this place. Everything on the menu looked really good. After the brews, we started on the fried pickles, and I ordered the lobster Mac & Cheese. I was super cheesy and so good. I would definitely order it again. There were TVs everywhere and the waitresses are fun and attentive. I would recommend this spot for sure. Well it was my first time in Augusta for a business meeting and was hungry so I look on google for a familiar restaurant a Twin Peaks popped up...so I came here to this location an was greeted with a warm welcome an I was seated right away...I ordered the queso & chips and also ordered the county fried chicken with mashed potatoes and sweet tea...the vibe an atmosphere was awesome....i also must give major props to Thabatha & L'Oréal for having great customer service...they should be managers of this establishment read more

My wife and I went there a few weeks ago and sat at the bar. We ordered drinks and food. The drinks were good, as usual, but the food seemed to be a challenge for them. We both ordered different meals, after waiting half a century for the food to show up, they only brought out my wife's plate. A waitress went to check on my order when another waitress showed up and tried to give me the same thing they gave my wife. I informed them that is not what I ordered, so they took it back and said they put a "rush" on what I actually ordered. Well it never showed up. We waited and waited until long after my wife cleaned her plate. Finally, I just had to pay my bill and go. So I left without anything to eat and we were there for about an hour. After a few weeks, my wife and I decide to go back and give it another try. They were moderately busy but had lots of open tables so we were seated at one. Well we sat there, and sat there, and sat there some more, just waiting. Finally, after about 10 minutes, a waitress asked if we had been helped by anyone. We said no, then she kinda rolled her eyes but smiled in an "I can't believe that" playful type manner while tossing two coasters on the table. Then she left. She didn't take our order. She just left and never came back. We waited again thinking maybe she got busy or she went to tell someone, but they were all busy talking, mingling, hanging out on their phones, and not paying a lot of attention to most of the folks in there. So about 10 minutes after the coasters arrived, we left and went to chilis, which turned out to be a MUCH better choice. read more

It's been over a year since I've been here. I live in Tennessee and came to Augusta to take my daughter out to celebrate her birthday. It was just the two of us and we both wanted icy cold beer. And this place automatically gets a star just for that! I forgot to post this review(early August) because I didn't want to post while I was upset. But that's how I felt when I walked out of this place. The high top table we sat at was fine while we had our beers and rattlesnake shots. Then the food came. Big plates started taking up all the table space. We shared everything. Wings, nachos, Nashville hot chicken sandwich w/fries, and bourbon pecan pie for dessert. The nachos had pulled chicken on it and seemed like the kitchen sink too, but it was freaking good! The wings were like everywhere else. But they should take that Nashville hot chicken sandwich off the menu. It was disgusting and I took 2 bites and didn't even want to take it home. It was the worst sandwich I've ever had. Everything was fine and we're happy until I push my water glass over to make some room and I knock it over. I jokingly told the waitress that I already cut myself off(rattlesnakes) after I sincerely apologized and used all my napkins to soak up the water. She was not amused and it showed until I paid and gave her an above average tip. Have you seen the size of their water glasses? They're large, don't know how many ounces, but luckily it was only water. She acted like I set her back or something when they have someone else that goes around picking up messes. He was really sweet too. I apologized to him and he was all smiles saying it's okay and it was over in a few minutes. But you shouldn't leave a restaurant feeling like you did something wrong. Hell I've waited tables and bartended all my working life and people spill things and you just get over it! Especially when your bill is $130. I dropped a star for the nasty sandwich and the other star was for the bad attitude from the waitress. I hate that our good time stopped when the glass of water tipped over. It was ridiculous the way things went south. But they lost me as a customer. I might not live in the area, but I visit often and if someone suggests Twin Peaks, I'll pick somewhere else. I think the decor was great, the service was AMAZING. Our waitress was Shia. She anticipated our needs before we even asked for a thing! I wish all restaurants could clone her and put her in their restaurant! The food did take a while to come out. The appetizer we ordered as loaded fries and they were delish. My salad was okay and the fish and chips were ok. The ambience and decor is great but on the Wednesday we showed up was black lingerie day. So the staff oils wear black lingerie or their regular uniform. I didn't particularly care for the lingerie, but to each his own. Hope that helps! read more

Food was alright. The waitress completely ignored me and sat down right next to my fiancé to take his order. She also kept touching him (his hair, shoulder, arms, neck, back). At one point she had grabbed his bicep leaving nail marks and told him how big he was. He told her to please stop but she said "it's only a bit of fun!" Worsed service ever. What went wrong. 1. Upon arrival, requested my first drink 4x. It took 40 minutes for me to get my 1st drink when everybody else at the table were between 2-3 drinks. 2. Waitress dissappeared for 15m or more at a time. You cant do that when have large parties well over 10 people. 3. The meal I ordered, thai bbq ribs, and I was the only one that ordered, took 35m to arrive at the table. 4. When other waitresses arrived with food and beverage, they did not know where our waitress was. 5. When I did see the waitress and reminded her, she responded to me to "be patient" and explained that they were having some ticketing issue at the bar. 5A. I think waiting 35-45m is more than patient. 5B. I think when other tables are recieving food and drinks and they walk in well after you and they get appetizers and drinks before you....is more than being patient. If I can help it, I will never go therr again. read more

Beer is beyond cold, and the food is good. Service this last time was aweful. Waited 15 minutes after being seated, and no one came to get our drink order. Went back to the hostess who apologized and went to get "Cassy." Cassy was definitely hired because she fits the Twin Peak look of a server, but management needs to help her retrain. In the brief 2 min interaction before we could order, she shared that the other table had customers from 30 min away from her hometown in Wisconsin, she was buying a ticket to go home and visit her grandma who had died twice this year, which she can't imagine because she's only 65. Then she switched to talking about her high school only had 500 ppl until the Somalies came and took over the town, then they had 1500 ppl in the school and that is the only reason Biden won the election last time. I snapped and said, "Ma'am! That's way too much!" Cassy was oblivious and kept going by saying that the South has a reputation for being racist, but she moved here 4 years ago ago and she hasn't experienced anything like that. (No Cassy, as a 100 pound, pretty Caucasian blond, I wouldn't expect you to be the target of a lot of racism.) She finally walked off to bring our drinks when we just stared at her. Husband and I resumed talking to each other, and when she returned with our drinks, she inserted herself in our conversation and told a story about how a Mexican guy who was drunk wrecked into them once and near killed her whole family. She set our beers down and said, "I don't have shit for ppl who drink and drive after that. The Mexican guy was just laughing at us." My husband and I truly go to Twin Peaks because the food is good, and it's a great place to watch a game. I'm sharing this experience for 2 reasons. 1, I should have asked the Mgr to assign a different server, and hopefully, someone reading this will ask sooner in a racists, political laden interaction than me. 2nd, management needs to help their servers "know your audience." A 50 year old couple is there to spend time with each other, not interact with a server the same way a 24-year-old single guy would. Further, some topics should never be brought to the table - like race and politics. My husband and I are both Army veterans. We've lived all over the world, and just maybe our experience with these topics is different than a little blond from Wisconsin's. read more

Have been a regular for over two years. Waited over 1.5 hours for our food. All food was wrong, cold and stale. Half the table didn't get their food. Waitress asked what the problem was. When I said half the table didn't have their food and the other half got wrong orders and jerky waitress copped an attitude. When I slid my plate across table, water splashed her and she got the manager as I had asked for before. The manager and the "police security" came and told us we had to leave because the waitress was "splashed". I insisted on paying for what we had received and listened to two assistant managers and "police security" discussing how they were going to toss my family. Paid for what we ordered, then had to step over two passed out addicts who had urinated and deficated on themselves just to get to our car. I don't know what has happened in the last two years, but it is now disgraceful. read more

Food order was taken promptly but after an hour few in party had received their food and at most lukewarm, others were told food was coming. Finally ask for a Manager, Asst. Manager arrived asked what problem was, food still not delivered but offered to be put in To Go Box, that was his solution and walked away. The food that I ordered, the Italian Flatbread was over cooked, nearly burned and old. I ordered at about 7:10 and finally received it at about 8:20 or so. The Bacon Cheddar Loaded Fries were phenomenal! Also to be totally fair, the manager recognized the deficiency with my food and comp'd the check 50%. Everyone else in my party seemed to enjoy the food. I probably would have enjoyed the Flatbread had it come out a bit sooner. The biggest detractor was the service. Or lack of. One in our party never received her appetizer as far as I know. And the end of our visit, my wife had to collect up every one's checks with cards and bring them up to be closed out. From delivery of the checks to the table we waited almost 20 minutes and no one showed up to collect them. Service was simply deplorable, thus the 1 Star rating. read more

Unsatisfactory service! After waiting 40 minutes for a kid's meal and expressing concern for the extended wait manager Travis showed absolutely no empathy for the experience. This was the first time we have ever been to Twin Peaks and we will definitely be coming back. When we went to the hostess stand and asked for a booth, the young lady was super accommodating and made sure we knew the booth was under the air conditioning, so it might be chilly. I was impressed she let us know this instead of us not knowing and potentially being super chilly. Our waitress Kelsey was super sweet and she was great at recommending instead of the $5 margarita special that the other margarita (albeit a little more expensive) was more popular and I could get it in blackberry or strawberry. I asked what was most popular - blackberry margarita - and I was not disappointed. It was super delicious! Another thing I was impressed about at Twin Peaks was that their kids mac and cheese was just mac and cheese - no bread crumbs or bacon pieces, like their adult mac and cheese. Our son is pretty picky, so it was super easy and accommodating to have this option for him! All in all - amazing first visit and I would definitely go back and ask for Kelsey! read more

Joined my co-workers after work for cocktails and dinner. They have an extensive drink menu with a lot of variety. My coworker recently went with her husband and wanted a pomegranate martini which they didn't have but they provided a list of ones they could make and she tried the stawberry martini which she described to have puree Strawberries in the drink. Based on her positive review I gave it a try and enjoyed it. We had a decent group size (7 of us) but got our food in a timely manner. Several in our group got salads and throughly enjoyed them (particularly the steak salad). I got the pot roast which was flavorful and tender. Sides that came with pot roast weren't bad. I also got sweet potato fries which I liked the Mac and cheese were so so...not at creamy as I love. Also tried the triple play....salsa wasn't regular salsa and none of us touched it. Guac was best of the 3. Cheese was ok. Would go again to try other items as they have a pretty extensive menu. read more

Twin Peaks is open! I don't think they are operating safely during the pandemic, as it was pretty crowded when I visited. We sat outside in the smoking area, so that I felt safe. Salt, when you sit outside, wait staff isn't responsible for serving you. You have to order your food and pick it up. Although that was the case, there was a helpful waitress who notified us when our food was done, and brought high back chairs out for us to eat at the high top tables. I am doing keto so I ordered the Beyond Burger and removed the bun. It was overcooked and a bit hard. It came with sweet potato fries that I didn't eat but my date ate and loved them. He ordered the Hangover burger. He enjoyed it but was disappointed that the egg was so runny but he enjoyed it. He ate his French fries, too! The beer was cold and refreshing! I would eat there again, but with hesitation and definitely outside. read more
