I'm pretty convinced my husband strategically booked our hotel near Twin Peaks for our anniversary weekend--just so we could "accidentally" swing by for a bite. I can't say I complained. We went on a Sunday night, so the place was filled with football fans glued to the big screens. Even with the game commentary playing, the noise level was surprisingly comfortable--lively but not loud enough to drown out a good conversation. The vibe is definitely sports-bar-ish, but still totally fine for families grabbing dinner together. The food was delicious, and honestly I wish we'd shown up hungrier because there were so many things I wanted to try. We shared the baked pretzel, which was H U G E--definitely a team effort. It came with Creole mustard and chipotle queso dips. My husband ordered the Crispy Mini Tacos (house-fried tortillas, spicy beef, pepper jack, pico, and sour cream), and I got the Spicy Chipotle Chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed broccoli. Everything hit the spot--no complaints from me. Our server, Gabriella, was awesome. Friendly, attentive, and always smiling--she really made the experience even better. Great customer service all around. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Columbus. I'm already thinking about those "Sweet n' Smoky Ribs" and the "Billionaire's Bacon"... pretty sure my taste buds are planning their own return trip.

So our server was Brooklyn and she was super attentive and informative! She was friendly and welcoming! She had a smile and a was patient with us. This was our first time here and she made us feel very comfortable! Our other servers were Barbie and xamari who assisted Brooklyn with our drinks and huni they was EVERYTHING! Very friendly and personable! Even the manager had to come and fix our drink which had something floating in the bottom of the cup and he fixed it with no problem! Food was fresh and hot baby! NO ISSUES! Everytime we come we want the same servers! LOMAX FAMILY OF TWO we want Barbie Brooklyn and xamari! Their house wine pino Grigio IS DELICIOUS GET A GLASS AND A BOTTLE ITS $4 a glass and $21.99 a bottle! AFTER WORKING AT THE OSU GAME THIS WAS THE PERFECT PLACE TO COME AND RELAX AND JUST CHILL!!! We waited for maybe 10 mins! Which was nothing after standing for 12 hours! Girls are nice and friendly and FOOD IS WORTH THE PRICE!

Went here for dinner. I had the avacado smash burger with sweet potatoes fries. The burger had fresh avacado, red onion, arugula, tomato and chipotle mayo. It was hot abd fresh. The fries were hot and fresh as well. We shared an ice cold draft beer. The beer always has ice on top. So good! The service was good but not great. By the time I got my extra mayo I was done eating my burger. The restaurant was clean and busy.

We usually go to texas roadhouse but decided to give this place a try on saturday around 230pm. Once we sat down they lost 1 star for not having menus and making us use our phones. Lost the second star cause it took 41 mins from placing our order to getting the food on the table for 3 people. They would have lost a 3rd star for service cause we had to keep flagging down the waitress to get more water and more beer for the wife. However, they get that star back because of the smoked wings. Those wings ate some of the best I've had. I would love to have those wings again but the service and not having real menus is a deal breaker.

I was in town for a conference.they were open late. The drink prices were top tier and reasonable. $5 margaritas, long islands and more. Wait staff is nice and try to be attentive. I had no idea what kind of restaurant this was initially. But it's shooters meets Gander mountain. There are plenty of screens with various games on . There's wood every with bears moose and other animals. It's a very laid back atmosphere

I'm getting to know this restaurant for long time so I wanted to give my two cents. on this First off the parking lot has a great space and it's located near Sheetz so you can get gas easily right afterwards. It is very close to the highway, which is very helpful for people traveling on 71, and my business. The restaurant has been pretty clean every time I've come in. They seem to manage traffic very well with the amount of people that come in at the previous restaurants that were located here had a difficult time managing the amount of people that will come in. One of the things that make it competitive, is that the kitchen is open later than most of the restaurants, one of the challenges being in Polaris is that after 10Pm many of the other restaurants shut down, their kitchen. I would say for the most part the menu has a lot of viarity on it, they seem to be very excellent at their sauces never tasted gravy so good and their queso is great, I'll be honest I don't like the food that much but the atmosphere makes it a great place to go to because they have charging for your phone near the bar so if you watch the game and you need to check on your app see if you can be connected. What makes it awesome is that many of the big games they put on speaker and it's a great place for UFC fight nights to watch. There's always typically a great energy, and the people that come in and always have such a great vibe., also the pricing on the food is good and they offer discounts for military. Before I go on about the positivity on this place I will point out some negativity. One of the things I think this place lacks is the ability to let the women Express themselves. sometimes a woman wants to wear there hair up, but sorry no ponytails iallowed? Which makes no sense because, people look good in different ways. or sometimes they have a bad hair day. The policies did not give them too much grace on this. Also every shift they have to take a picture when they change shifts as if they're in like the hunger games or something, I guess they have standards but they treated too much like the military or some type of slave. Also there's many excellent people that work here. It looks like they have new management that doesn't realize the contributions of valuable employees that make this place a desire to come back too, Why is the new GM changing a good thing, Maybe not looking at the big picture. I feel like they also should not have to pay to get for an accessory to stay warmer, like you care about your employee so much that they have to pay to stay warmer. Let's talk about the quality of the servers now. When this play place first start opening the struggle was real. But they have a core group of people that keep regulars for coming back the list of people I'm going to name on here are good at paying attention to guest interacting with guests making them feel valued and important: Abby was the first person that I really got to know here and she always has control and awareness about what's going on, Mariah keeps it real it's great at being the life of the party and extremely fun. Raye and Brian are a very good managers if they have a very humble approach and they're super friendly and approachable. Anji is great and remembering what people order, and she's super accountable looking for her actions if there's a mistake even if it's not something she did. Lydia is very fun she never takes anything personal I got a flaw in the appearance like most of the girls. Ivy and Isabel are very laid back, and they never get mad and they're great at making people feel special. You can tell Olivia has been doing this for a long time because she charms everyone with her style. Jayla is incredible because he's aware of what's going on and she talks to you like she's a brother or sister makes you and want to come back. Evyn is a consistent bartender and she doesn't get any orders wrong she makes sure she interacts with everybody. Evan and Juan change the game as bar backs he is super personal with a guest super friendly which is rare to see in a bar back. Just like the NBA I consider the following people I talked about the as the dream team. The last thing I want to mention is stop trying to let people go to have bring regulars in the building and stop trying to run it like a slave ship but still have great standards on customer service. Just came here for the first time because we heard they had really good wings. We didn't order any wings, but next time for sure. Their menu is massive, a little overwhelming honestly, but they have everything. My friend and I split the sampler appetizer. We really wanted the fried pickles but the buffalo tenders were the best part of the sampler. They were super delicious. The fried pickles were just ok and the mozz bites were yummy. We ordered entrees to go. I got the street corn chicken salad and she got the turkey sandwich. They were both good but nothing phenomenal. The service was pretty slow, but it seemed like a kitchen issue mainly. Our server was super kind and friendly. We both want to come back to try the wings since it seems to be a wing place

Awful. Walked on a Friday to a busy spot but plenty of seats at the bar. Sat down. With empty seats next both of us. Not ONE SINGLE employee approached us, acknowledged us, said someone would be with us, nothing. I hit the ladies room and went back to my husband who confirmed not a single piece of eye contact or acknowledgement. We left. Have fun with this chain. I suspect they won't be around long and something better will move in. Already got the count down going. Columbus has way too many lovely options both by service and food to put up with this - carry on. read more

Disappointed. I'm not difficult to please, but being ignored ridiculous. Not busy. Arrived, sat at the bar. Plenty of seats open. Waited. And waited... After a solid 7-8 mins, I flagged down one of the three bartenders to order my drink. Beer came in a frozen glass, about 1/3rd foam. Ok, I pressed on. After reviewing the online menu, I again flagged down the same bartender to ask about the wing flavors. (I missed the little "flavor" button on bottom right.). Usually, at every other restaurant I've ever been at my entire life, when someone asks about food, it's a pretty clear indication they are ordering. Right? Well, after another solid 10 mins, I again flag down the bartender to order. 6 smoked wings. Wings take about 20 mins. A waitress bring them out. At that point, my huge Dos Equis is about 25% full. No one asks if I want more. After eating 3 of my six wings, my beer is empty. And there it stayed. And it sat for about 15 mins. At this point, I'm irritated to all hell. So I wait... and wait and wait and wait. Finally, I flag down a different bartender and asked for a water. She offered a beer, but I was done. At the end, once the wings were done, I again (!!) flagged down the bartender and ask for the bill. But before she gives me my bill, I get asked if I wanted another beer. Arrived at 8:15, left at 9:04 and my bartender once proactively asked me for anything- drinks, food... nothing. I was texting some friends about the whole visit, so the times are 100% actuate. read more

My wife and I were out and about today in the Polaris area and decided to stop here for lunch. We've never eaten at this restaurant before and it is fairly new and we thought we would give it a shot.. my wife ordered the spicy meatball sandwich and I ordered the fish and chips. We were pleasantly surprised when the ranch that we asked for turned out to be housemaid Ranch. All the food was delicious. The ranch only made it better. Five stars everybody must try. read more

My first time experience at twin peaks was nothing but awful, my food took forever! I asked for the lobster roll without bacon and our server came to the table and said the cook mistakingly added bacon on it and that it'll be awhile before it comes out. When it came out i at the first half of the roll and noticed the second roll had strands of hair in it and i brought it to the servers attention and she said verbatim was "aw I'm sorry I'll bring you guys a check and take this out of your way" and proceeds to keep the lobster roll on the check... i didn't complain and paid for it anyway but i thought they would've been more mindful about the situation and handled it differently. But never again will I eat here. read more

Chain stores are tough to rate. You never know what experience you're going to get in the city you go to. I've only ever been to the Myrtle Beach location and the experience was not great. This location was pleasantly surprising. Service was good. Food was good and the atmosphere was as expected. The beer here is honestly the coldest in town, Brand new store and everything seems to be working well here. Food is better than Hooters. Plenty of TV's to watch any game. Patio is amazing, nobody was out there when I went because it was a little colder but is a nice place to be. Nice location in the Polaris area right off I-71. read more

We had to ask to be seated not directly by the entrance, just 2 of us. Had to have phone for drink menu, which I'm ok with, but most places have paper menu to offer as well. Husband ordered a beer, and I attempted to order Chardonnay.... 1st if all server had NO idea what that was....3 offered on menu. First I got Cabernet, sooo then I actually wrote it on her order pad, she came back and said they only have 1 of 3 offered on menu. THEN I got a R'ose! I said again what do you actually have for Chardonnay and AGAIN SHE had no clue but offered manager. I declined because I thought after writing down for her would help. I believe she was new! And shame of management for not helping her after 1st mistake. THEN after tired of waiting I was walking up to bar to find out where my drink was and another server was bringing to table! No apologies, SHE actually said to me, " This is fantasy football night and we're really busy " Wow!!! Salad was good according to husband. We ordered beef stew to share, NO extra plate offered. It had too much extra stuff(spices and onion) added to meat, potatoes and green beans. We were looking for good old beef stew. After traveling all day, it was pretty much a huge disappointment. read more

The decor is nice with a cabin feel. Servers are very nice. As another reviewer wrote I now know why the place is called Twin Peaks. You will understand when you see the waitresses uniforms, hooters like. I got the Philly Cheesesteak it was good but not what I expected. It was a combo of a Philly and a Chicago Italian beef. A lot of Italian season. Fries come with the sandwich. They were over seasoned, very salty. Started with the fried pickles...delish, thin crispy and homemade. Hubby got his favorite dish chicken fried steak. Definitely homemade, pounded out steak, homemade creamy jalapeno gravy (not country gravy) Gravy was good but don't expect any heat. Garlic mashed was tasty but needs more cream was a bit on the dry side. Green beans were ok. Service was good. A lot of servers read more

As a woman and feminist it did take me while to acclimate to the scene. I love (and I mean love) the chipotle chicken dish. The food I have had (several visits) has been great. The ambience (rustic cabin/indoor outdoor feel) is also great. The service is good, but not great. The guys in the family always pay and are delighted with the service- go figure. read more

Every time we visit this place, the food is absolutely delicious! They have such a wide variety of dishes to choose from. While you wait for your food, you can enjoy a few drinks or watch whatever game is on TV. The bar staff is super friendly and always ready to help. The bar has a casual, dive bar vibe, and the prices for food and drinks are very reasonable, which makes it easy to come back again and again! read more

We stopped by Twin Peaks after our daughter's basketball tournament yesterday as it was the only restaurant in the area that had the shortest wait time (at 7:30 PM on a Thursday). After being seated at our high top table - I had reservations due to the waitress' uniforms (similar to Hooters) and the "feel" for the atmosphere; however, left the restaurant a happy customer! Our server was absolutely wonderful (especially with our daughter) and the food was great! We started off with the Mozzarella Cheese Bites. These were perfect! They are basically mozzarella sticks cut up into bite- sized bites! Our daughter really enjoyed them! They were served with both ranch and marinara and both were good! For our meals, my husband ordered the Hawaii Five-O Flatbread, I ordered the Avocado Smashburger, and our daughter ordered the Grilled Cheese. We all really enjoyed our meals! I highly, highly recommend the Avocado Smash Burger! The burger was cooked to perfection and the avocado, red onions, and arugula really complimented the burger! I would definitely recommend Twin Peaks for some good food, great service, and a fun atmosphere for watching sporting events! read more

Came in on a Friday night, start of Christmas weekend at 6:45. Restaurant was packed. Hostesses got my wife and I seat extremely fast. Server was by in less than five minutes of sitting down. Got our drink order placed and it was out in minutes (including an alcohol order from the bar). We placed our food order and it came out extremely fast especially for a packed restaurant, 15 ish minutes. Food tasted great. Disregard the reviews claiming no service because if this is how they are on a busy Friday night, can't see how they wouldn't be good service. read more

We went for Father's Day and we were seated right away. Our waitress was super friendly. Our favorite thing was the pulled pork loaded fries. Probably one of the best things I have had in a while. We split these between three of us. Then I got fish tacos. These things were spicy. They had chunks of jalapeño. Too spicy for me though I'm a baby when it comes to spice. The chicken tenders were good with a more airy breading than dense. My son was not a fan of the stuffed bear We will definitely be back without the kids. read more

Twin peaks opened in Polaris area a few months ago and I have been there a few times! They serve the coldest beer in town at 28 degrees. They have huge bar menu with $5.00 daily specials, and as offer daily specials of food. On this visit I had the millionaire burger and fries, cooked to perfection and a decent amount of fries. The waitresses are super friendly and do a good job the restaurant décor reminds you of a Colorado ski lodge. I have been there a few times and will return soon you should check it out read more

I think more people come here for the atmosphere than the food. It's like the 2023 version of hooters. The drinks are great and they have fun little names the dirty minded folks will enjoy. We ordered an app with our drinks and it was decent. The servers are awesome, I know they do it for the tips but they all have a great attitude. Hear me out I know it's called twin peaks, but damn; making these girls wear snow boots in 90 degree weather ain't it, I promise no one cares about the boots read more

My friend has been to a location in Texas before and said the food was really good so I went with him to give this place a try. When you walk in it reminds me of Cabelas but as a restaurant, a modern log cabin if you will lol. We were greeted/seated right away and our waitress came to take drink orders shortly after that. The hostess explained on the separate menu there are specials depending on the day of the week but then our waitress said that was for happy hour only? So I was a little confused about that. I agree with other reviews saying the beer came out foamy but it was definitely cold. Our waitress recommend the cheese curds and they were probably my favorite thing I had with our meal. I also got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, I loved the sandwich itself but the sauce was seemed to be missing some flavor. I went to the restroom and came back and my friends burger was gone so I'm assuming his was delicious as well. Overall I really enjoyed the food and would definitely go back. Would I bring my mom here? Probably not. Beer with the homies? Sure thing. read more

My wife and I visited the location near the Polaris Mall last night and ordered our usual pot roast with a side of extra gravy. Typically very good. Last night the potatoes were very dry and lumpy. We asked for more gravy and received a plate with four side portions. When the bill came there was six charges of $0.59 for the gravy. We questioned the waitress who said they have to ring in everything from the kitchen. We asked to speak to a manager. When he came to the table he seemed uninterested in our issue. I explained the dry potatoes and pointed to the half portion I left on the plate. He looked at the plate and made no comment. He picked up the bill and said he would remove the charges "this time" but made a point that they will be on the next time. He then walked away leaving the plate of dry potatoes on the table. And he only removed four of the six charges. Hard to believe a manager acted like a jerk for a few dollars of gravy on a $94 bill. And lost us as a future customer. read more

You get one chance to earn a customers business. Then you have repeat business or word of mouth recommendations that a restaurant thrives on. We walked in, were seated without menus and the place was very slow on July 4th at 3:30 pm, with about 5 or 6 waitresses standing around twirling their hair! We waited 10 minutes and received no service- no menus- no water, nothing!! So, we got up and went to 5 Guys! Maybe the waitresses need to be trained better? Good luck Twin Peaks on keeping your business running with service like that. read more

First time visiting a twin peaks restaurant, I've heard many good things about various locations from friends and relatives, so during my visit to Columbus I have made time to stop by. The entire restaurant has a log cabin theme going on, with the atmosphere of a sports bar & grill. The waitresses are wearing very revealing attire which I heard was the one of the main gimmicks at the twin peaks. Me and my partner were seated immediately upon arrival. Our drinks and mini beef taco appetizers arrived quickly but it took quite a while for our entrees to be jotted down. Although waiting for our food was quite time consuming, I will say it was quite a delicious meal, my birria tacos came with a side of chips, salsa, lime, conzome, red onion, and a jalapeño that was filled to the gills with seeds, I took a bite and was in dire need for some water, it was tremendous! I love spice. It was a great visit, but I would rather it be quicker service next time. read more

Well .. I must say the service has been very exceptional and I am very pleased with the way twin peaks is performing my first and second visits were not the greatest but as I've returned ( multiple times ) since my last review the service has been 10/10 great servers I don't think my drink wait time has been longer then 1/2 minutes and that's with a busy bar my drinks are poured correctly nice ice cold beer and the food is always great love the loaded fries ! I've definitely became a regular here and will continue to return for the remainder of my visit read more

First visit to the Polaris location. Our server was McKenzie and she was an excellent server. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. My wife and I were doing our running around spending money lol ... we date each other even after 15 years and still like/love one lol so we Google , spin and pick where to go. As we were out we seen the spot decided to stop and the experience was absolutely incredible! Mackenzie was very attentive super sweet an I think she definitely deserves a raise! The patio seating was very comfortable, although a little noisy as the motorcycles took off from the gathering at Quaker state. The fish tacos were good but needed more fish or put together a little differently. The chips were really good -light, thin and just enough salt. The fish and chips were pretty good as well. A light batter and the seasoned fries were also pretty good. The best part we're the $5.00 everyday drinks! I had the Long Island and my husband had the margarita plus. Our server, Cierra, was top notch! She came back just often enough to check on us and wasn't obnoxious about it. I got the brownie ice cream dessert by recommendation from my server and it was amazing, definitely passing this opinion on! Well listen up everyone! I tried this place a year ago and I and had the worst service I've ever had. I even talked to the manager and advised him of all the problems. Well today, I said let's see if it's improved? We walked in and it was so so busy but you wouldn't know that because we noticed 6 waitresses standing at the entrance. At that time I noticed 3 men leaving at that time and asked if we could sit there? The waitress said she would get someone to clean the table, after a couple of minutes and more people coming in I sat at the seats not to loose the spot. While sitting there I noticed 3 more waitress behind the bar doing nothing. I looked over my shoulder at the 5 waitress still doing nothing, when the manager noticed me and asked if he could help me? I replied yes if you can get someone to clean this table that would be great. He then stated that I knew the table was dirty when I sat down. I replied yes how long does it take to get someone to clean a table when I see 9 employees standing around. I then advised him that I was in a year ago and see nothing has changed. We've visited twice now in the "outdoor" seating area and it's really great. It's quickly obvious from the name and the staff that this restaurant is filling a Hooters niche, so I was surprised to find out that the food is so good. We had a burger and the chicken & green chili soup. My favorite part that keeps coming back to mind is the cold beer brewed in-house (I think?) I had the Dirty Blonde and I think the waitress said something about their special 29 degree cooling system. It did get a little loud if that's not appealing to you. read more

I've been to Colorado and I've also seen the Smokey mountains. While the duet of peaks they advertise here are not as inspiring as the Rockies or as graceful as the smokies, they are beautiful. Warning: Do not go to the Polaris Ohio location. They keep your credit card on file and after you pay the full bill and a excellent tip with cash they double charge afterwards billing your credit card. It's a scam and their Manager Brian does nothing to help but recommend contacting your credit card company. Their taps are junk and multiple times broke getting a shower in beer with nothing more than a oops sorry. read more

The bacon and bread of the sandwhich were both crispy perfect. The Mac n Cheese is extremely cheesy~ The server was really kind and always came up to check in on us! It had a nice vibe, the music was more club music-y than I expected but it was a pleasant surprise. The high tables were right behind the bar, giving it a cozy feel. Overall score: 9/10!!

I usually order the pizza, which never disappoints, but this time I just wanted something to snack on. The loaded cottage fries definitely hit the spot. The wings were fried perfectly, and the sauce was warm without being overwhelming. Nothing flashy, just solid food every time. That kind of consistency keeps me coming back.

Always a perfect experience here!…read more Came in last week for a more casual Wednesday night dinner. Had the White Cheddar Cheese Burger with french fries which was so freaking good. My burger was cooked very well, and the french fries were a pretty generous serving, so you definitely have more than enough food. I also had the Brooklyn to drink, which I really liked. I typically like a sweeter old-fashioned, but they use a rye whiskey in theirs, so the Brooklyn was a nice alternative. Our server, Danny was super friendly and very attentive to our needs. It was actually our anniversary that day, so the restaurant gave us a complementary slice of chocolate cake which was to die for. That is the best chocolate cake I've ever eaten. Always a great time here, we will certainly be back!

Well spaced tables and comfortable booths. The bar is nice and old fashioned. Well lit tavern style decor. Food: 1. Roll is hot and fresh. Crunchy outside and so fluffy inside. Bun is pillowy soft yet firm the sauce adds a sweetness and there's a slight spice from the hot honey but not much honey flavor. Pickles add a nice crunch and pop of flavor. 6.5. As you made it towards the middle, the honey flavor became more prominent. 7 3. Creamed spinach is really good. Soft and well seasoned. A tang that adds a bright pop. It's made with bakery cream and it keeps it rich and smooth. 8 4. Burger is juicy, perfectly seasoned. The bun is amazing and compliments so well. The sweet pickle mayo is creamy and rich with a nice sweetness. The ingredients are fresh. White cheddar pairs excellently. 8.25 5. Hash brown soft inside with a crispy exterior. No real flavor. The center has caramelized onion that help. 5. Adding their steak dust is a game changer. 7 6. Banana bread pudding is absurd. Strong banana flavor. Soft and warm. The chocolate on top is rich and decadent. The vanilla ice cream pairs beautifully for a warm and cold pairing. This is as perfect as I'd imagined. 10.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the customer service I received at your Columbus Ohio Twin Peaks restaurant on Wednesday April 2nd 2025 During my visit, I ordered a flatbread pizza and explicitly informed the waitress that I am vegetarian and requested no meat. However, after receiving my order, I noticed that it originally contained meat. Instead of remaking the dish, it appeared that the staff simply picked the meat off and returned the same flatbread to me, which is completely unacceptable. I immediately brought this to the attention of the manager, who corrected the order but disregarded my concerns about how the situation was initially mishandled. The manager was dismissive, did not acknowledge the mistake properly, and only removed the item from my bill after several back-and-forth exchanges. Their attitude was unprofessional and made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. As a paying customer, I expect my dietary restrictions to be taken seriously and to be treated with respect. I would appreciate it if the owner of this location could reach out to me directly regarding this matter, as I believe the manager should be trained on how to handle customer concerns professionally. So I've heard from several sources around the Polaris area that the bar manager (steve) and a few of the bartenders are more interested in using the bar as a front to sell narcotics. I also heard that a young hostess was drugged and sexually assaulted by a customer in the first month that the place was opened and the young woman was FIRED as a result. This property is already a nuisance steer clear!!! read more

Watched what I assume was the manager berate a server. Calm down, it's a restaurant my guy. Even if something was done improperly, how bad could It have been?? Treat people better. If they will treat staff like that it makes me wonder what other undesirable behaviors occur. read more
