Went on a Friday night, it was busy but we still got sat right away. We ordered the sampler appetizer that came out quick. It was good, nothing over the top. For food I ordered the spicy Italian meatball sub and only took a few bites, it was okay not too spicy but I wasn't invested in finishing it. My sister ordered the ribs which were very good. I wish I would've gotten the burger, they loookedddd so yummmm. The wing's also looked amazing. It's a bit noisy inside, it's a cabin like theme and they have outdoor seating and indoor. We arrived and got seated pretty quickly for a Saturday night. The waitress was awesome but our food took forever!! We had two little kids in tow and waited over an hour and a half for food. We asked for a manager - who came out and was short with us when explained how long we were waiting and had kids hungry and tired. I was sitting with a view of the kitchen and could see tons of food under warmers but nothing coming out. The food arrived and my food was cold- other food was lukewarm and the manager came again with an attitude. No apologies nothing. There were several people that got up and left around us. Much better food than the now defunct Titled Kilt, and good beer selection. Service was multiple rolls of the dice. If you're into breastaurants, then have at it. This location is probably 3x larger than its direct competition, but as time closes the chapter on remaining Hooters locations, this may be the last place standing. For somewhere that caters to drinking males, the two urinal restroom was a bold design choice. There was always a line. Needless to say, the adventure with only 2 stalls doing the work of what should have been six, was not appetizing. Our server wrote everything down, a big plus in my eyes, but everything came out wrong, multiple times. I don't know where the breakdown in communication formed. "No fries, please." Moments later, "OK, got it. Here is your side of fries." Corrections to orders, drinks, sides, and bills were constant and right on about the 4th try, and if the bill had said "Just pay what you think you owe" it would have been more beneficial then sending them back for more corrections. I'd rather have Hagrid serve me and have a great meal than choose this type of joint, but you know who you are, and you do you. read more

I've been to many Twin Peaks in different parts of the country. I've never left one thinking, that was a mistake. Typically the food, the service, the atmosphere is very good. I stopped in tonight for the first time at the new CBUS location as it is not far from where I live. I sat at the bar, the server was quick to notice me and take my drink order. I asked for a 10oz beer and got a 22oz. Not a big deal. I placed my food order and it came out maybe 15-20 mins. There's plenty to look at so it went by quick. I figured I'd order something I've never had before which was the meatball skillet. It was very good! I've had wings at these places before and if you are going that route, het the smoked and grilled wings. All their other wings are average at best. So all in all it was a good experience. read more

My mother and father in law stopped over for the first time after going to bike night at Quaker Steak (across the parking lot) After seating themselves, and not even been served yet, someone came out and asked my FIL to remove his vest. When they asked why, the employee stated there was a sign outside indicating "those colors weren't allowed" inside the restaurant. I wasn't there so I'm not sure if there is or isn't a sign. I understand this place is for the waitresses in barely there uniforms. However let's talk about how horrible the food is. I ordered the pot roast, I've had it before in another TP in TN. It was amazing there, today it was horrible. I picked it up to go, there was no gravy...there was potatoes I assume made yesterday. Found on yelp with 4 stars but didn't read reviews. A little surprised when "twin peaks" was not named after beautiful snowy mountains in Montana. Food was typical bar food on menu. Just returned from a Father's Day dinner at the new Twin Peaks restaurant on Polaris. What a disappointment this place ended up being. To seat six of us, they pulled two tables of different heights together (about 2") and placed them in a doorway to the outside seating, directly under some sort of high powered fan. We asked to move to another six top. The waitress "in training" (without any coaching) told us the hostess said we would have to move to the end of the wait list. I could write a book about why this place won't last but the bullet points are; -waitress didn't know anything and had no coaching or training help. -three of us on my side of the table couldn't hear anything because we were under the loud vent. -No beer menu, but "we have 32 choices so just tell us what you want". They didn't have the first three requests. -Food delivered to wrong table. -My burger was supposed to be medium, came out well-well done and cold. -At our table, there were two types of potato fries served. Skinny plain and fat seasoned. Only one choice on the menu. -We watched empty dirty tables sitting for a long time. And we watched several waitresses that seemed like they could not carry more than two items at a time. (Maybe trays haven't been delivered). I really wanted this to be a fun sports bar/restaurant that had good food and service. It is just a place where waitresses wear skimpy outfits. We stop by TP occasionally for a beer and food on Tuesday's. We're always welcomed as we walk in, seated, served, and cared for by the staff. Great service is the norm for me and my friends. The smoked chicken casadillas are my favorite and enough for a meal or great to share. The burgers are always great too. I've never had an item off the menu that I didn't like. The servers are attentive, not hard on the eyes, and what you'd expect from staff at a "much nicer than Hooter's" restaurant. I'm generally not one to write reviews, but since this place is new to C-bus, I thought they could use the support. Say what you will about the servers and the uniforms. In my opinion, the ladies are choosing to work here, so who am I to judge. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The service was generally fast when ordering from the bar. The food was terrific, easily one of the best restaurant burgers that I have ever had. Word to the wise, they only offer the burger in one temperature, well done. My boyfriend and I have been to this place a few times, and it is very inconsistent. We've been there in the service and the food was fairly decent. We've also been there and been completely ignored. On one visit we were waited on and served our beer but our food took at least an hour and didn't come up until we said we were leaving and didn't want it. Hooters didn't last a long time in Columbus and this place might not either. Not when there are so many other options in Polaris! read more

If the service was even average I'd probably give this place five stars, that's how bad it is. The space is great, large, with plenty of TVs. And maybe the best food and drink choices for a sports bar in Columbus. However, if you go you should expect to be ignored by the staff. I went a few times just in case it was a bad day or something, but even when it's not busy you'll find the staff simply huddled together chatting and ignoring the customers. If you sit at the bar don't expect the bartenders to make eye contact to get your order, or check to see if you want a refill. I thought it would be a fun place to hang out, drink, and watch games but it's like this place doesn't want to make money. It's a shame because I've been to other locations and the service is really good. read more

We sat at at the bar. Never sit where the taps are. Very hard to get service. Very friendly staff but again no one waits on you if behind by the taps we had to ask a guy in a black shirt who only wanted to talk with two guys getting drink for someone to wait on us. They allow customers to vape at the bar. Food was served. No napkin or silverware. Again could not get attention of any behind bar. Had to ask drunk next to us to reach over the bar and get us a napkin and silverware. Very interesting to watch apparent supervisors ignore people vaping at.the bar. read more

Plates on the table when we sat down were dirty, and server didn't get around to switching them out, we had to ask several times for silverware; we ended up taking care of both the dirty plates and silverware ourselves. She had to "work it out with the manager" to give us paper menus, tho, making our first few minutes here seem like an awful lot of work for a kind of dirty, loud place with few smiles from the staff. read more

Went this past Sunday to watch the Cowboys football. It was a 4:25pm game and the biggest game of the 4pm games showing. Was told they only play sound for local games ( browns, buckeyes, Cincinnati). Makes no sense for a "sports bar" or a restaurant that advertises having the Sunday ticket. Pick one game at least to play sound. Not annoying loud pop music. Especially when I wasn't the only customer asking for the sound. I have been to other Twin Peaks and never had this issue. 1st time here at TP with my fam! The sample platter was a " Home Run"! Loved everythg on it....like the boneless BBQ Chicken, the mini cheesy squares filled with mozzarella cheese...Humm.. yumm..., I was new to the " fried pickles"... lol..., but they were good. Yet, an acquired taste... lol. For the entree, I had 1/2 rack of BBQ Ribs very, very tender and very good flavor!!! The Mac & Cheese small size, and steamed green beans small size. Not sure if they come in a larger size..., lol...still was satisfied with my portion size. However, if I was a hungry person, those cup sizes wouldn't be large enough. : ).... Lol... However, tonight they were perfect 4 me! ....My meal was a 4 Star! A lil room for improvement like more cheese plz on the Mac & cheese and more green beans plz...:) Your service was fabulous! She was very, very friendly! Greeted us with a smile, introduced herself as our Server...and attentive to when we needed more to drink! Nice atmosphere and def looked clean and yes...sports-like atmosphere, but still a good feel for kids to eat with the family... matter-of-fact we saw some kids there with their family members. Overall, a 4 Star experience... potential to be a 5 Star. Most def would come back! Ty Mr. Manager for coming out to our table to see how we liked or disliked our meal! So my family and I just visited this establishment and let me say I can't give a review on their service because we never got serviced! They sat us down waited for 20 minutes nobody came back to ask us anything. We got up and went to the bar to see if they could send someone to wait on us. After another 15 minutes still nothing. Went for lunch on Friday. I thought ordering a burger and fries would be a safe bet. My meal came ice cold so obviously the food had been sitting there for awhile. They brought out another order of fries that were lukewarm. The place was not that busy. The girls working there are not young and pretty enough to overcome crap food. Will be interesting to see how long the place stays open. Not sure there is anyone working there that knows how to run a restaurant. read more
