My first and last visit to Twin Peaks and had mixed experiences. I was unaware of the restaurant's concept and that it wasn't a suitable environment for families my daughters were very uncomfortable. My waitress was fantastic--super friendly, which made the experience a bit better. The manager even stepped in to offer help, showing that they care about customer service. Unfortunately, the food was a letdown. The taste just didn't hit the mark, and the portions were surprisingly small for the price. However, if your main reason for visiting is the food, or if you're looking for a place to enjoy a quality meal with friends, this spot misses the mark. To start, my friend ordered a large bowl of soup, expecting a filling portion. What he received, though, was a bowl no bigger than his hand--hardly enough to satisfy. When he asked about the size, they did eventually replace it, but it was clear that they weren't thrilled to do so, and the exchange came with some attitude. It was disappointing to see that something as simple as serving size and customer service wasn't prioritized. As for my meal, I ordered the spicy meatball Parmesan sandwich and their "adult" macaroni and cheese. The macaroni and cheese was underwhelming and didn't have anything "adult" about it besides the name; it was bland and didn't have any of the rich flavor or unique twists you'd expect from something labeled as a grown-up version of a classic. And then there was the sandwich. Instead of being packed with meatballs, it was deceptively assembled with meatball halves, making it look fuller than it was. To make matters worse, the bread was hard, and overall, the sandwich felt hastily thrown together. I ended up picking out the meatballs and eating them separately, leaving the tough bread on the plate. Even though the meatballs themselves were edible, it wasn't enough to save the meal. To be honest, the only reason we ended up at this place was because it was late at night, and there weren't many other dining options available. If I found myself in the same situation again, I think I'd rather go home hungry than settle for a meal like this. It's clear that their main focus is on the bar experience, not the food. While they seem to have the drinks and entertainment side figured out--the bar was lively, and many patrons seemed to be enjoying their drinks--it's disappointing that the food quality is so far behind. For a restaurant, food should be the primary focus, with everything else enhancing that experience, not overshadowing it. It almost feels like the food is an afterthought here, and it shows in the lackluster flavors, poor presentation, and small portions. I don't drink, so I can't personally speak to the quality of the cocktails or other alcoholic options, but from what I observed, the crowd was happy with their drinks. If you're interested in coming here strictly for the drinks, sports, and the upbeat bar vibe, you might find what you're looking for. But if you're planning on enjoying a good meal or dining with friends, I'd recommend choosing another spot. As of now, I don't plan on returning unless there's a major shift in food quality and customer service. Until then, I can't recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying meal. It has potential as a bar and social venue, but when it comes to the food, this restaurant needs a serious revamp. read more

Took about 25 minutes to get a beer. 15 minutes to find out the keg was empty, then 10 more to get a different beer. There were like 20 customers in the place, but everything was "backed up". Restaurant 101: serve drinks fast and other things can be overlooked. Ordered the queso with the brisket chili added, which has been a menu item for years. They brought the queso with a side of brisket, which really was a side of pulled pork and not brisket. Never got much better. I've never been to twin peaks and had only one beer except tonight. Came in on a Monday for 3.97 millers. Got absolutely 0 attention from the bartender Naudia. Visibly watched her serve 4 people after I ordered. Took at least 10 minutes for her to close my tab after I asked. Definitely avoiding her next time. read more

Thank you Twin Peaks for making a fun memory for my husband and me along with his long time friend from years ago and his daughter in town for Christmas! I upgraded this experience to 5 stars because it really was! The customer service of this franchise is exceptional as I was emailed an offer for two free entrees over a year ago when my takeout my husband brought home for me was less than stellar. Manager Stephanie offered to make it right by gifting us two entrees with no expiration date via email. She only asks that I call or email her to let us know when we planned to visit this store. I emailed her yesterday but later learned she was out due to holiday closure and that's what she didn't write back. When I showed the emails to the hostess she was kind and walked me to the assistant manager who read it and said "yes, your ticket will be comped," and asked who our server was. Long story short the entire ticket for all of us was surprisingly and unexpectedly comped by the assistant manager and the sweet server along with a cheerful "have a Merry Christmas!" Wow! This includes two small proseccos, a martini and an N/A Heineken! Unheard of generosity! Thank you Twin peaks! Everyone here were on their A game and service was spot on with clean spacious dining including restrooms and gracious engaged staff from the hostess to the assistant manager. My husband said he can't wait to return! Abundant TVs for the sports fans actually too many to count. My sorority sister has praised their fish tacos which are blackened cod versus tilapia which a lot of local restaurants serve and kudos to sister for suggesting them because they were delicious! On 07/25/2025, I recently had a disappointing experience at Twin Peaks that left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. While seated at a table, I was briefly conversing with nearby guests when I noticed a waitress (Haley) take my menu. I politely said, "Ma'am, I'm the guest at that table," but she continued removing the menu without acknowledgment or apology. I informed the host, who spoke with the waitress, but she appeared uninterested in serving me and walked away with an apparent attitude. I calmly requested a different waitress and explained to the host that I wasn't angry--I just wanted a smooth experience. While I was still mid-explanation, a supervisor interrupted to say I was "talking to the wrong people." Her tone was dismissive and lacked empathy. Instead of resolving the issue, she made me feel as though I was the problem. She stated that if I wanted a different server, I'd have to move to the other side of the restaurant, which I felt was unnecessary and unfair. I explained I just wanted a to-go order and didn't want to relocate, as I was talking with other guests. While waiting, I could see the waitress and supervisor discussing me, which made things even more uncomfortable. I still tipped generously despite the experience. As a disabled Air Force veteran new to the city, I was hoping Twin Peaks could be a regular spot for good food and atmosphere. Instead, I felt ignored, disrespected, and dismissed. Leadership seemed more concerned with defending staff than listening to a valid customer concern. It's unacceptable to tell a customer they can't switch servers without relocating, especially when the server's actions prompted the request. My husband and I tried Twin Peaks for lunch yesterday. The 5 girls at the hostess stand were friendly enough but then we were seated in the very back corner of a mostly empty restaurant. That was interesting. I had a quesadilla and fries, he had a fish sandwich and we both ordered one of the featured drinks for Mondays which was a $12 Don Julio margarita. The margaritas tasted like nothing but margarita mix. We asked our waitress Allysa if we could purchase an extra shot and she told us they were a whopping $23 a piece! When she saw our surprise she said "yeah, they are expensive on their liquor here". Needless to say we did not get the shot. Onto the food. My husband's fish sandwich was fried so hard he could barely chew it and it had no flavor at all. The quesadilla was the best thing we had and even it didn't have much flavor. The food was absolutely delicious. Very small portions than what you can get a most restaurants for the price. It did kind of get louder as me and my friends at there. Of course it was the tipsy men sitting at the bar, it was like they thought whoever got the loudest would get the looks of the poor lady at the bar bartending. I do want to add that the food was good, HOWEVER, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT order a Irish Car Bomb AKA Irish Slammer, Irish Bomb Shot, or Dublin Drop from them, OMG, nasty as nasty can possibly be. Well, this review is a challenge to write. First of all, I'm a guy reviewing what has been called in the industry as a "breastaurant". Yes, I went there for the "scenic views". However, as an older "gentleman" I am often uncomfortable not knowing about how MUCH to enjoy the views. Also, I really don't like reviewing chain restaurants. Here is to goes. Yesterday, I wrote a review on another restaurant and checked out someone else's review. They stated they left Twin Peaks because of a long wait. My friend and I went mid-afternoon, as planned and had no problems. Our server wore a name badge that said Haley and she was from Princeton, NJ. As Jersey Boy myself, that provided a nice ice breaker. She advised me that it was OK to enjoy the views, and just not to get creepy or grabby. After all, it is what the ladies are there for. OK. I'm at peace. As with every other Twin Peaks I've been in the food was excellent. For the first time in any of their restaurants, I tried the tacos and really liked them. While they no longer have the venison chili, the new replacement was very good. Of course, the beer was at 29 degrees. Huntsville is a long way from home so I will not be back to this location. There is one about a 45 minute drive from home and I need to make that a more frequent trip - especially on bikini and lingerie days. read more
