I ventured tonight into the new restaurant that opened along 161 corredor. I ordered mom's pot roast and after a few minutes I was told they ran out of it. That was the first sign of things to come. My girlfriend ordered a tomato basil soup and boneless wings with pineapple and a Tito's Bloody Mary. I changed my order to a Cuban sandwich. Simple food, right ? Well one hour later there was no food. We asked for our check and although I was told someone was taking care of bringing my check. 15 minutes later still no check. They had opened a ticket with my credit card in advance, I just wanted to close it but no one came to the rescue. We wanted to go next door to Long Horn Steak house so we left the Restauravt without closing the checks. I was not in the mood to keep on waiting for service. The two bartenders seem nice but in the weeds Poor service due to the lack of help. One of the bartender was mostly serving the restaurant while the others trying to keep up with the bar. The kitchen was super slow. It seems they were overwhelm. The manager was not managing sad after all the investment by the owners, I felt sorry for the exploitation of showing your breasts all women staff at the floor The menu is just a glorified diner menu Nothing special to go back for. read more

Just to start out of all the breasteraunts Twin Peaks is hands down the best. The only thing i seem to find that is inconsistent is the wait staff. We are pretty regular going to this place as it serves the coldest beer near my office. The staff turns over so often that it's constantly in a state of training. But this is the only hang up i have with this joint. Now for starters when you sit down and you find your favorite beer and you order it! The taps stay around a true 32 degrees and it is six kinds of wonderful when you like to drink beer. They have a decent selection of beers on tap and a nice bar that can facilitate other cocktail needs. They even have their own in house brew and I must say you cant leave till you have tasted a Tall Dirty Blonde. Just what god intended. It reminds me of blue moon and is light refreshing and comes in a huge ass glass. Man size. Apps are next on this adventure, the wings are great but the dive right in app is a mix of two. Ask for the fried pickle and jalapeños they are awesome. They rival any other joints fried pickles and have those little slivers of heat hidden in the basket. They pair perfect with some serious beer drinkin. Now I have explored the entrees and found some very pleasant surprises. The chicken fried chicken with jalapeño cream gravy is awesome and definitely man size and leaves wanting more. This is my go to dish. Now as for burgers they don't disappoint. You got the hangover featuring a fried egg and bacon and it is a carnivores best bud. Then your taste buds are ready to try the smokehouse burger with mushrooms and barbecue sauce, bacon, and cheese. It is great had it for lunch today. Desert is not something i have ever ordered till today. I had the bread pudding and have to say it was damn tasty. This location appears to be understaffed at the bar and overstaffed elsewhere. A fellow bar guest flagged the attention of a bartender for me as I had been waiting to order off the food menu. Wow, not the standard Twin Peaks works to uphold. I stood at the hostess stand for just at 5 minutes to get seated. Turns out the hostess was sitting a few tables away in her phone. Once I got seated, I waited and waited for a sever - place was at best 20% full, plenty of servers just no service. Came here one day to see what all the hype was about since the place was always packed no matter what time I passed by it. Ordered the famous nachos and WOW. They were not lying about how that can feed at least 4 people and it was only $8! There were two of us sharing this, and although we put a good dent on it, we never got to the bottom. It was delicious and the chips stayed crispy for a good while! There was a ton of pulled pork on it, which was very flavorful! I wasn't very happy about the beans in it though, but then again I was never a fan of beans so that might just be preference. Because this was so big, we never had the chance to order anything else on the menu, but I know that if anybody is ever craving nachos, I will definitely recommend this place. I have to admit that I've recently become obsessed with the food here. We came here about a month ago on a whim and we were amazed by how good the food is! The place gives you a sporty, log cabin vibe. There are big screens everywhere for all your sports entertainment needs and even small individual flat screens at every booth. The food is hot and beer is cold. We usually go for the wings (Thai chili wings are amazing) and cheese bites (a must). The billionaires bacon is tasty as well if you're craving a plate of bacon. This is an awesome Twin Peaks. The food is typical Twin Peaks food, but I think some of the stuff is pretty damn good. The Mile High Club really is a good sandwich. Combine that with a Knotty Brunette and you are all set! The floor plan here is what makes this place so cool. It is very open. The tables aren't too close to each other, so even at capacity you still won't get claustrophobic. There are a couple unique area's in here too. A in-store firepit with comfy chairs surrounding it. A psuedo-blocked off living room set up with a big tv. It's pretty cool. If you want to watch a TV, you are in good shape. There are a TON of 65+ inch TV tuned to every sport event you could think of. Now, on to the talent. When I went, it must have been the A-squad. Every single girl was in great shape, was really friendly, and were all very amiable (SAT word right there). I'm not really a fan of "breastraunts" but I always try to check out any new restaurants in Irving. The girls were friendly and lived up to the name. Basically it's like Hooters but with slightly better food. We counted over thirty large screen TVs, all tuned to sporting events. The noise level was very high. Mostly male customers as you'd expect. I tried the chicken fried steak. If chicken fried steak surface area equated to tastiness you'd be in luck. They're flattened to the point of being paper-thin and as big around as your plate. It's so big they put the sides on the plate first and then plop the chicken fried steak down on top of them. It was getting a bit soggy from sitting on the veggies by the time I finished it. Getting the gravy on the side will help prevent it from getting soggy too fast. Overall the food was ok but nothing amazing, similar to a Chili's. Not really the sort of place I'm likely to go again but if you're into that sort of thing then maybe you'll like it. read more

I really enjoyed my dinner here the other night. The customer service was great and our food was hot and delicious. A few employees that stuck out were Lexi and Alyssa they were wonderful. They took care of our needs and served us quick and had great attitudes. We were even greeted by Leo who visited our table to check and make sure we were taken care of. AWFUL! Food was disgusting even for the PUB VIBE. Ordered Apps (delivered to the wrong table) chicken on the nachos was grey, fries were cold and wings were like rubber. Waitress Jada was all smiles at the table but it quickly went away a foot away from us. Was asked if I wanted another beer 3 times, said yes each time before it was served then gave a soda to the table next to us when it should have been given it us. Jada didn't realize this until we reminded her that we were waiting for it. Over all... will not be visiting another Twin Peaks again nor will we recommend the chain to anyone. Left hungry...
