Twin Peaks Las Colinas is more than just scenic views. The food is much better than their competitors. But thing that keeps me coming back(from Arlington)is the service. While they are all amazing, my favorite bartender is CeCe! She's like the energizer bunny, she never stops moving. She is attentive and takes great care of the customers. Honorable mention to Vickie! Hurry Bonus: CeCe makes me the best bloody Mary's and I'm very picky about them. Another thing I like about this Twin Peaks is that the managers come by and ask how everything is going. I went with my cousin and had the plant based "imposter" burger and some sweet potato fries. It was so good, I don't think I said a word until I was finished eating! Nothing was left on my plate. The fries were also super good. My cousin opted for some pork nachos. She also really enjoyed her food. The portion was so large that she couldn't finish it. She had to take a to-go box home! My now ex-fiancée and I went tonight, #1. To get some great food in our stomachs, and 2. So I could watch a little of the football game and enjoy the scenery. She had my usual, the Smoky BBQ burger, and I tried the Southern Fried Chicken sandwich. Our Lumberjill, Melissa, was very nice, and made sure everything was great. My husband and his friends had went up there on Saturday night. He paid for his ticket . Monday he noticed that there was more money taken off his card besides what he paid for on Saturday. He call the Twin Peaks and spoke with the manager the manager said that he'll refund him. Well he didn't. Tuesday he called still no refund. So he go's up there. The manager at the time didn't want to help gave him the wrong numbers to corp. and the girl who stole his money still works there and was calling my husband a bum for trying to get the refund that she took off his card without his acknowledgment. read more

Thanks for your response. I NEVER said I didn't enjoy your concept. I said that maybe the girls serving should check in with all of their guests equally and that bc I wasn't buying shots I felt that I was overlooked and treated less important as a customer. So if THAT IS YOUR CONCEPT than you're right, I don't like it...but I'm pretty sure as a restaurant you'd want to give all your patrons the same amount of attention and make everyone feel welcome. Came here to watch a game, we got the appetizer sampler which was tenders, fried pizza and mozzarella. They came with 2 different dips which I liked. Would get it again. They had a pimento burger, which is one of my favorite things. I really liked how they had individual TVs at all the booths. 1st night in from california, after my first shift at work... we hit up tein peaks at 9pm. Kammri was our adorable and attentive server. 22 oz draft beers are about 3.50. Ordered fried pickles, pulled pork nachos and 18 naked wings with sauces on the side. Kaamri was so sweet, and brought out extra sauces and made sure we were well attended to, even after 10ish when the restaurant was clearing out and all the other servers were going home. There are meant reasons I love twin peaks . The beer is perfectly cold, there are plenty of TVs to watch your game , the hostess and the staff are super friendly , the drinks are reasonably priced and the food is not only delicious but also generous portions. All that being said there are many locations that slip in the quality of food and service that is dished our but this one does not slip. I like the location and the ample parking spaces . I have always enjoyed watching games here and my nights usually end in food that includes a giant Burger . Hey nothing can go wrong when you have their house brewed cool ones and loaded burgers on a game day. I would recommend this to all my friends who want to hang with the guys and just catch up while watching a game with some brews ! Recommend the loaded tots, and absolutely any burger ! read more

Went to the Irving,Tx location 8-10-24 to meet up with a couple of friends. (BTW: I don't know why it says I'm from San Francisco.......I'm from Oak Cliff,Texas?) Usually the service is decent. Not this time. Looked like they've had an almost a complete turnover of waitstaff since our last visit just within the last month. Among other issues we had were a seemingly long wait to be served,a Waitress that didn't know they could (or just didn't want to bother to do so?) get us/me a 'Hard Copy' of the Menu (Said 'The Menu is on that Decal,you just have to scan it?',but it wouldn't load on my phone. She did eventually get us/me one.) Then it came to the actual service itself. It took a seemingly long time (It wasn't 'that' busy?) for her to first come & take our orders,but then also to actually get our orders. Then there was the matter of the Drinks. Mine (Shiner Bock) was correct,but one friend ordered a Bud Light & got what he said was a Miller Light,the other one ordered a Dos Equis & still wasn't sure if that's what he really got? Plus they handed the two beers to the wrong two persons at first. Then there is the matter of the food orders. All three of us ordered a Cheeseburger. One with Jalapenos,one with everything on it but Mustard,and myself one with everything on it. When the food came, I was handed what I was told was the one "With Everything on it". But it wasn't,as myself & the one who didn't want Mustard on his figured out after eating about half of them. I was kind of OK with it. But he wasn't? With this,and plus getting the 'Wrong' beer that he was still quite upset about he called for a Manager,which one did appear. After a long discussion the manager said he was going to 'comp' part of his meal. But as it turned out when he got his bill later it wasn't. The service also suffered a bit more after this discussion as well when the other two persons ordered another beer. Another issue we noticed was that the waitresses were congregating in mass around two particular tables,and it was difficult to get the attention of any of them. Because of these combined issues my two friends have both said they are now unlikely to return,the one whose beer & burger order were incorrect in particular,who was actually the one of the three of us in this group who patronizes this place the most. read more

I really like this place. Great food, great drinks (especially beer), fun atmosphere as well. I recently hosted a work function with my sales team from around the US and they absolutely loved it. We set up a private tour and private seating in the brewery. The tour was excellent, led by Coty Bell. We tasted some beer and learned all about the brewery and some techniques used to brew the great beer. Highly recommended to sign up to do a tour! Just call well in advance. : ) read more

For a typical chain geared towards titillating the average Joe blue-collar worker, this place far exceeds Hooters or tilted kilt only cause the food is much better. Nothing like a bunch of twentysomethings wearing booty shorts to make a older dude feel like a perv. I went to this location on Friday June 17 with 3 other friends. The waitress was horrible hardly ever checked on us. Was not very friendly and to top if off the ran out of whiskey and Gold slogger. The manager was suppose to give me some money back because they charged me for the drinks they didnt have. Took him 30 mins just to get me my cash. And thats after I paid the waitress a $40 tip on an $100 bill total. She didnt even say thank you. Ridiculous!! read more

This is the first time we have eaten at Twin Peaks. It is my birthday and we wanted to eat out. We waited a long time before we were brought a menu. We weren't told that we had to scan a bar with our Q reader to view the menu. We ordered salads to eat before our meals but received the salads with the meals. The croutons were burnt in both of our salads. Very disappointed!!! The manager never came to our table to address our issues. We left shortly after receiving our meals. We weren't interested in being in Twin Peaks any longer nor do we ever want to return. read more

5 minutes agoNEW Went tonight after the mavs game. Took 15 minutes just to find a hostess to seat us. Manager passed us 5 times at the front and didnt acknowledge us. Had 2 more groups behindus. Had to ask if we could get seated. Took an hour for us to decide to leave because the food wasn't ready. Mind you smoked wings and brisket tacos doesn't take an hour to make. My first time here. The place is empty on a Saturday afternoon, 9/5, as are a lot of places right now. Visiting from out of town. You'd think that the bartender would be friendlier to the few of us in here. She, (Lexington it said on my tab), was not! Asked me if I wanted a girl size beer or a man size beer. Joking, (very obviously), I asked, "what do you think?" She seared and explained what that means. Plopped down my beer and said her gratuitous "spiel" of selling an appetizer, as is the mantra of every chain restaurant in the country. She stomped away, never smiled, told me the other bartenders name and went on her way. For the record, she just passed and asked if I was "doing ok?". Credit there for checking back. I'm only writing this because I've been in this business, a restaurant owner, for 35 years, and I realize the hospitality part of our business is gone with the wind. But that does not excuse lousy service and a lousy attitude. And that's what I received. I can GUARANTEE you, that the places that are surviving right now are the places that make people feel good, appreciated and important when they take a chance on sanitation and come into your place. "Filth" service equates to "filth" in the establishment. I'll never be back. I'm quite sure I'm not alone in this. When I came in, I didn't realize this was a "hooters" type place. I have no problem with ANYONES concept and how they make a living. But these little girls need to represent you better, beyond their little "wares" that they flash. If that's what they rely on in life, or YOUR LIFE AS A BUSINESS, y'all are in trouble. Service is by far the slowest I've ever had at any restaurant. Server Jada was attentive for the first 20 or so minutes and while our food was put in, after that-- we maybe saw her every 35 minutes. (Party of 9 and we were ready to drink- ordered shots took 45 minutes to appear) Went to the bathroom while waiting between said drinks- servers making TikTok's in the bathroom. read more
