We went here for the first time last week and was actually impressed by how good the food was. We had a baby sitter, but no where to go. Since everything seemed to be closed we ended up here. I went in not expecting much, but pub food and ended up being pleasantly surprised by my bacon jam sliders. I ordered a few shots also (Lemon drop and sex peak:I think that's the name) and Initially I thought they were doing anything but I felt it after that 4th shot. Probably after the 2nd shot, but felt like being grown,lol. Hubby enjoyed the Billion dollar bacon burger and it was nice, juicy and the flavors blended very well. I wish there was one in Denton so we could visit more often. Our server wasn't rude, but she didn't spend more than a second longer at our table than she had to. If you like to watch tv come here, they have tons of them. My husband and I went here, my choice, to have a nice dinner and drink. We brought our 2 month old baby and the staff was sweet. The girls wear tiny clothes, similar to tilted kilt. Our server was Bambi and she was great, very attentive to us and quick. This restaurant has a small menu of burgers and sandwiches, I got a philly cheese steak and my husband had the hang over burger. Both were delicious. We will be back. read more

My first time there, just wanting wings and the service couldn't be worse. Our waitress couldn't remember drink orders or our appetizer when we all had water and one person ordered a beer. She was beyond ridiculous and to top it off she lost my cousins credit card! The computer was less then ten feet from our table and it wasn't busy yet this server lost my cousins credit card only to get a manager that said "sorry it happens" . If this happens at a restaurant then I don't want to be in attendance. read more

I go to this particular location about once or twice a month usually ordering chips and queso and then some sort of chicken sandwhich. I really like the chips and queso but there are a couple of issues. First, the dollar extra for what amounts to a teaspoon of chilli and second the fact that the bowl always arrives half full...if that. Then seeing the promos on the tvs for the same appetizer displaying a full bowl of queso. All of the chips and queso I see coming out of the kitchen are the same. Needless to say I no longer order this appetizer because of this. I usually skip straight to the sandwhich or burger. Thier loss of a $8 appetizer sale over probably .10 of queso. Sat at the bar tonight for the advertised views. The view definitely did not disappoint. The service was drastically lacking. I was taken care of with the minimal of service. There was ZERO conversation other than what do you want to drink or eat. I could absolutely understand this service if they were busy but this night was very slow. 4 bartenders who were too busy talking to each other and showing each other pictures on there phones. I normally tip "VERY Well" and they could have made much more money off me if they had just given me a little more courteous attention. Now I will never go back. You have a wonderful concept. Make sure the service never suffers, it's what makes our industry so much fun. Yes I am also in the service industry and if my servers or bartenders acted this way they would immediately be reprimanded or fired. read more

My server was Daisy and she was so enthusiastic! Always came to the table with a smile and great tone making the whole experience at Twin Peaks ecstatic. Daisy really tied it all together; She even recommended me the Spicy Thai Chili Wings and they are so mouthwateringly delicious. Will definitely be coming back here often! read more

Twin Peaks is a cool place to have a drink and talk with the guys. The food menu doesn't offer anything special. Sports are always being played on the televisions which is convenient for most guys. read more

Sooooooo disappointed... the bartender "Chantel".. and the short stalky manager with the Mohawkish cut( Zack Mclevy) .. firstly the bartender who was upset that my friend "didn't tell her he had a girlfriend" she went off on him asking if he had a problem and then got the manager involved.. then this manager, rather Han rationalizing and figuring out the situation, told us that we should leave.. out of confusion I asked why? And he then said he doesn't have to give a reason.. I asked well can I finish my drink(because it was full) or will you comp it?.. he then said I had to pay for it and couldn't even drink it that I had to leave at once... as me and 2 of my buddies waited quietly for the tab the cops came rolling in.. they asked what the issue was and we simply said we were waiting on our tabs... they got the full story from other paying customers and even the cops said "man I'd sue if I were you, that's bologna"... I told him I'd been a regular here for years so I wouldn't do that.. but all in all it was a pretty devastatingly bad experience... read more

Food is pretty good for a breasturant and has been consistent the few times my wife and I have gone. The portion size is plentiful as well. The nachos are huge, we have not gotten them but have seen it. We usually get the queso or mozzarella sticks and then some sandwich. The draft beer selection is pretty good. Lot of good craft brews on tap at cold temperatures. The TVs are huge for sporting events. The service could be better, it can be slow at times and we have found ourselves needing to wave down a server to get our checks or needing something. Great place to stop for good drinks, good food and of course the gentlemen in our group liked the view. I ordered fish tacos and they were delish! Salsa had a really good flavor and the service was top notch. Waitress was attentive and around every few minutes to check on us. For a busy restaurant they really impressed me! I love their wings and fried pickles appetizer; however, this time I had the Avocado Smash burger and Millionaire's Bacon. The portions are generous, the flavors are bold, and everything is super fresh! I've been here many times & hadn't written a review before now because, although this location is consistently good, no visit had stood out from the rest until now.. Ana's attention to detail and service was off the charts! She's the one who recommended the Avocado burger & Millionaire's bacon appetizer after I explained that I wanted to try something new. Sam C is the best. I question whether if I should eat at another restaurant ever again. The wings are hot, the beer is cold, but Sam C really brings the heat. First time ever at Twin Peaks. Today was the start of the first round of March madness. They had 3 women able to serve drinks behind the counter. Sitting at the bar it was absolutely insane. Each of those women were busting ass, completing task after task with no ability to give "quality service." There was just no time for them to even recognize me a hulking 6'6" dude. I'm easy to please at a place like this, I didn't come for A+ service. However, I didn't get my Mozzarella Bites within 45 minutes. I spoke to a manager, woman in a polo. I waited 20 minutes more before asking for my check from her. Empty beer, no recognition from the ladies at the bar that it was empty, despite a few call outs. Each of them were stuck working their asses off. Management either has no idea how to coordinate the number of women behind the bar, 2 ladies called off, or the leading factor in my mind is: incompetent management altogether. It was just an order of mozza sticks y'all. I enjoyed my Lagunitas. Thank you for that. I tipped well, despite a shit experience. read more

I just left and went somewhere else, I had no greeting, no service and chose to leave. I spent no less than 10 min sitting @ the bar watching the bartenders go back and forth, even when I sat down one made direct eye contact and went to th other end of the bar. The other walked by fixing the tape for the order machine, completed that and then went to the group 4 over from me. They already had food, they already had drinks and she decided to get them another round. That was when I left, as others have said before in reviews, the service almost every time I come here sucks. I have never been to a Twin Peaks as they don't have any where I live but while on a business trip we stopped in for a late dinner. Our waitress was outstanding and her recommendation of the pot roast was right on target. I also tried their bread pudding which was outstanding. read more

So I went in for an meal and a couple beers today...I sat at the bar and listened to the bartenders interact with the obvious regulars as well as make sure I was taken care of...My daughter is a server at an Italian restaurant where we live. She came home sooooo excited Saturday night after receiving a $100 tip...so I decided to return the favor after hearing some of the needs of the bartenders as they spoke to their regulars. To my surprise, I was approached by the bartender and asked to "write out" "One Hundred Dollars" as if I was writing a check...apparently management/ownership will not pay the girls unless this happens because of some policy????? Explaining a tip is link explaining a punchline to a joke...both are an absolute joke! These girls work hard and shame on ownership of this particular restaurant...so what if a wife calls in because her husband leaves a tip?!?!? It's called twin peaks for a reason! It should be his problem, not the employees who show up to work every day trying g to make a living! This should be a 5 star for the service but the 1-star is for the management/ownership! read more

Went to lunch on a Tuesday with some co-workers. The place was hardly what I would consider packed, but it took nearly half an hour from the time we ordered until our food arrived. I ordered the boneless wings with Teriyaki sauce & fries. The food was okay, although I would have preferred more sauce. All of the above wouldn't lead me to leave a 1-star review. But what came next is simply unacceptable. Our server apparently couldn't handle 6 separate checks. The tab of one of my co-workers was charged to my credit card and vice versa. It took so long just to get our credit cards back, the co-worker and I decided not to bother getting it corrected at the restaurant. But the kicker is that days later, my bank notifies me that my card was run with a 39% tip, when I left a simple 15% tip. It's bad enough that I can't even have lunch at this restaurant in an hour, but for someone to inflate the tip I left, that ensures I won't be back. read more
