For starters, I just want to say the food, atmosphere and drinks are great..HOWEVER, from the experience I had yesterday with one of the waitresses there by the name of Madison...I would have to give this place 1 star. The service that Madison provided (better yet lack thereof) was THEE worst service I've received my total 6 years living in Texas and let me explain why. When me and two of my friends arrived, Madison took our drink order and then 20-30 minutes goes by and she havent returned to take our orders so another waitress did. The waitress that took our food order was very apologetic, nice, and professional. From that moment on, things began to go downhill. My one friend thought her drink was too sweet, so we had to flag Madison down to see if my friends drink could be remade. My friend expressed " Can i have another drink, I dont like it...its too sugary" but she is still talking...in the midst of her talking, Madison snatches her drink off the table, didnt ask if she wanted the same drink or did not provide any further option, she just walked away while my friend was still talking. Our food comes, I notice Madison tending to other tables, smiling, laughing, clapping hands with the table behind us with two males. Madison only came to our table once to see if everything was good. She didnt offer or ask if we needed water or anything else to drink. I asked for plates to put our bones on from our wings...i was not given any. Again... another waitress assisted/tended to our table by the name of Kayla. Again this waitress Kayla was very sweet, accommodating and very professional. I asked Kayla if she can bring the manager to our table so i can express my concerns. Zach, the shift manager comes to our table. I expressed how upset we were with the service rendered by Madison and how our table was pretty much disregarded. Meanwhile, Madison is walking past our table smiling, making sarcastic like expressions. Zach asked what we would like him to do and I told him it would be nice to possibly get a portion of the bill removed, he gladly accepted. I also told Zach for the duration of our stay I did not want Madison to tend to our table any longer. Not much long after, Madison comes bring our checks...very hostile/impatient and obviously angered because we spoke to the manager about her. When she comes to collect payment, my friend asks if the bill could be split up...Madison asked how...my friend says "That's your job". BY this time we all are annoyed. Madison snatches the receipt out of my friends hand and says "that's ok, if you don't wanna pay oh well ... or something like whatever". I asked Madison " What is wrong with you? You've had a problem with us from the very beginning, why are you so hostile?" She says "I'm not going to take this, or deal with yall... she says "that's your fucking job (as she refers to my friend that asked her to split the bill) then refers to my other friend and says that she told her that her drink tasted like shit. Wait What?!!!! NO ONE cursed at Madison throughout our ENTIRE stay. By this time, i was very pissed. I asked to speak to the manager again. I told Zach what Madison just did again, and he just took care of our whole bill and we didn't pay. Let me be the first to say that she is a crazy psycho. She is obviously racist or do not like black women. Madison is not professional at all. Just this experience ALONE makes me not want to go back to TWIN PEAKS which is sad because i loved the food/drinks and the other staff members. Madison needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. Food was good tasted great our server was just a little slow. The burgers are great tasting. They come out well done if you dont specify I guess. I think medium would taste a little better. Fries are pretty tasty as well. Great sweet tea. For those who enjoy the smell of beer brewing then you will enjoy the aroma there. The only down side again was the service. If they would of came by and i didn't have to wait so long with an empty glass on the edge of the table till the end of my burger then I for sure would of gave 5 out of 5. Waited at the bar for 15 minutes. When I finally was greeted the bartender gave me pouty lips mixed with a bitchtastic attitude. I spoke with the manager, Anthony, who was fantastic. He turned me over to Sydney, who I must say is possibly the best server on the planet. I ordered food to go. Sydneys a service was prompt and amazing. Sadly, I get home and learned that I payed 14 bucks for a scoop of pulled pork and some wilted dry carrots(I ordered pot roast) If you dare go here be prepared for shitty food and service. I visited for the first time yesterday. I really have no complaints. I ordered the pork nachos. My best friend ordered the sampler with fried pickles buffalo tenders and mozz bites. These girls are straight up rude! There were an abundance of girls at the front when I walked in and they were all too busy talking and laughing to greet my friend and I. Princess took us to our table and took our drink order than about 15 minutes later another server greeted us. She brought us our drinks way later and asked my cousin if she wanted a drink and my cousin jokingly ordered a gin and tonic because she's 17 but the server ran off and got the drink anyways?!?! When we told her we were kidding she left the drink on the table. No one drank it and we didn't see our server Kayla until we asked for the check. TERRIBLE service all around! I've been to several twin peaks in dallas area. Best one to date is in Lewisville but a bit of a drive from where I live. The food is edible so no complaint there however these places are known for the girls and how they service you. The girl at bar got my drink and that was it did not ask if I wanted anything to eat just stood there looking around and then began to chat with other girls while they were customers (mostly male of course) were just there waiting for her to service them or make chit chat I mean how the hell are they supposed to get good tips do they think they just have to put on something sexy and bam were gonna leave a great tip. I'll make this as brief as possible: On August 14th, I scheduled a Fantasy Football draft at the North Irving location for August 28th at 9 pm (Friday). August 26th, two days before the scheduled draft, I was told they would not honor the reservation, because they MIGHT be too busy (there wasn't a major UFC fight). Mike, the AM, told me we could move the draft to earlier than 7, or show up at 9 & hope they have a table for us?!? Apparently, 2 weeks is too short of notice for the 'Ultimate Sports Lodge' to accommodate 10 guys, looking to blow money on the quintessential 'dudes night'. SMH I emailed the owners (Randy & Scott) & submitted feedback about my experience through their website; I never received a response. I guess our experience does NOT matter. Consequently, I canceled the other draft I had scheduled there for the following week; their food may be better, but they've lost sight of the customer service aspect of running a restaurant. ** Held the other draft at Hooters, went flawlessly: registered on-line (no bs time restrictions), table & draft board was set-up before we arrived & the service was great. ** Update: Art, the GM, apologized for the inconvenience & sent me a $20 gift card. He also offered to 'make things right' on our next draft, if we choose to have it there. read more

I have been going to this place for a while on and off and have seen the service go down the tube over time. I was there today and the way the waitress made me feel prompted this review. These people believe skimpily dressed, means they do not need to take care of the customers. The service is so horrible, especially if you sit at the bar and especially this one girl is the worst of all, with her carelessness towards customers. Overall this place is horribly managed as well. I have seen the business at this place go down over time, I do not think it will survive and will shutdown, unless they take some drastic steps to improve service. I saw one girl sit at a table for 20+ minutes before she went to the bar to pick drinks that had been sitting there. I was going to order more for our table also, but the server never came around. This is a management issue. The manager just walks around, doesn't interact with customers, or watch over server productivity. Corporate - change the GM.
