Even on a slow night, service is bad. The girls stay at a table socializing with their friends. I saw one girl sit at a table for 20+ minutes before she went to the bar to pick drinks that had been sitting there. I was going to order more for our table also, but the server never came around. This is a management issue. The manager just walks around, doesn't interact with customers, or watch over server productivity. Corporate - change the GM. Thought I'd check this place out since I've never been in one. I see why they have young girls waiting on tables without much on. I guess if you like to look at cleavage and crotches while you eat semi decent food then you will like this place. Watching men old enough to be the waitresses grandfather druling over these young girls made me sick. Asides from the mediocre help and customer relations out in the reception area ...long story short our server Tiffany made this experience so much better than it began with. Food could be better. Service was not up to par - too many girls on their phones, or chilling with other guys as if they were not even working. It took a while before we were greeted, but I understand texting and flirting is the upmost priority for these girls. Chilli was very spicy, but I guess I could get used to it. Spicy is always good, but they could tone it down just a liiitle bit. Place was super loud...yes, I'm old. It's pretty much a bar anyway, so that's expected. The burgers were just okay. Honestly, the food is so basic. I think the beer is their selling point, but i dont drink, so boo...This place is almost comparable to Applebee's, minus the sexual concept. I only went here to see what I've been missing out on. After my visit, I realized I haven't really been missing out on anything. I don't know, this place isn't as great as it's hyped out to be. Went in last night about 1130 Party of 6. Surprised not busy at all being a Saturday night. Well we were seated finally Girl came to get drink, "our server was busy" finally came took order. Drinks came watered down. Our double shot drinks were not doubles. Food was outstanding. Service was horrendous! As an ex server I don't condone not tipping but I couldn't get myself to tip. We have been there many times, love the food and cold beer, would have given it 5 stars except a server named Cady was horrible, inattentive, unprofessional, rude (downright nasty), and frankly turned us off from going back for two months. Twin Peak is a great place to watch football. From our seat in the bar area, I easily had a view of at least 16 TVs with hardly having to turn my head. Our service was adequate, especially considering the place was packed for Sunday football. The food was good and the pricing was fair. I friend and I came here from another bar to watch the last 3 innings of the Cards Game 3 of the WS. We parked right up front, sat at the bar right in front of one of their many HUGE TV's and had a great time. From the hostess to the bartenders they were very friendly and the service was great. I only ended up having 2 of the large beers and the tab was $8.50. Lexington, the waitress I had, sashayed herself to my table with a look on her face whereas she just decided not to give a fuck tonite. Food is always good. Ask them to make the Chicken Poblano sandwich, it's no longer on the menu, but it's awesome. The new outfits are weird. The new tops the staff wears are ugly and the girls hate them. Way to go new CEO of TP. This new family friendly approach will run your original customers off. Place is a complete joke. They always try to overcharge me for wine. When I order the cheapest wine, they always try to charge me for the more expensive stuff. I'm sure this is a tactic they are taught. Plus the girls are fake. They are taught to flatter guys and be personable, but they couldn't care less about anything but the money. read more

Three stars, the manager was sweet and so were other servers. It's sad that I have to say other servers were better. We had Princess, from the get go when we ordered waters we didn't see her again for another 15 minutes. We needed spoons and napkins but had to do without because she took so long and we couldn't find her. When she did arrive after dropping off the food she showed up at the table with everyone's tab and it was the second time seeing her. Eventually we had to grab another server because someone at our table found a hair in their mashed potatoes. Honest mistake and management handled it amazingly. Even then, the server had yet to do anything but come over and take plate. Around 10:45 after 20 minutes of waiting and watching the server attend to the surrounding tables and walking past us, I ended up having to physically walk to the bar to close out my tab. (Only ordered two drinks.) the bartender alerted our waitress and gave her my card, which she proceeded to ring up the entire tables tab on one ticket with my card -_______- for real? We again had to let the manger know, because she went to the back and disappeared. Hopefully next time we get better service. Update! So I spoke to Ron I believe his name was, and he is very sweet. Princess didn't make the change to my card and I was charged for the entire tables food. I waited a couple of business days and it went though. But he offered me a full refund and I plan on going back sometime. So thankful for the management they made everything stress free. read more

Ok so here's the deal... I came in last Thursday and sat at the bar, sense of urgency was really not there when it came to service. But I thought i would give it another chance so I came in on Saturday for UFC, and what a mistake that was. Seems like management had 5 girls behind the bar, but they still couldn't get it together. Where are you top bartenders?? I didn't have any silverware when my food arrived, and when i asked for some I was kind of given an eye roll. And also none of your bartenders apparently know what a vodka press is... enough said. Where is Denisse and Brooke???! This is by far one of the worst locations in the twin peaks company. Management is incompetent and lazy which breeds the same from the staff. Girls are generally out of shape, unfriendly, and possibly racist or at the very least prejudice. At most girls quickly race by as they ask if you need anything and then disapprear from their section for excessive amount of time in order to wander the store to talk with other staff, hang out at the hostess stand to chat with each other, hang out in the kitchen, or check their phones. would recommend going to another location for better service. Twin Peaks is one of my favorite spots for lunch or on game day. The Twin Peaks girls are very courteous and professional when assisting customers. Girls here will talk to you very nice compared to Hooters girls who are the opposite depending on the location. I like the Moms Pot Roast. It is very delicious and is served with mashed potatoes. Sweet tea is also very good. The atmosphere is very cozy and they have plenty of TVs around. So I highly recommend this place for anyone. If you have a jealous girlfriend then I guess maybe this is not the place. Girls wear clothing that is very revealing and certainly will get your attention. So leave the jealous girlfriend at home and come with the guys. read more

After a few months away from the states and coming off 12 hours of international flying, where else would I want to go but Twin Peaks in Las Colinas! Actually, it was close to where I was staying and fit the bill of a 'sports bar'. Tons of TVs with different games on, and lots of seats around the bar. The service was good at the bar. We opted for the nachos and some sliders, which I felt were average. I guess I should have expected it, but there are lots of mid-age slash older guys there hanging over the waitresses, who are dressed to attract such a demographic. All in all, I would come back here. It fits in the category of loud, overstimulating sports bar with typical pub grub. read more

My coworkers and I decided to stop by this location for lunch today. Our server, Cece, was awesome. She took our drink order, brought our drinks, and took our lunch order. I ordered the chicken fried steak, and was very disappointed. The steak was touch, the breading was oily, and everything on the plate was bland. My coworker ordered the steak salad, and it looked like cut steak, tosses on some lettuce, and dressed in a hurry. Not at all like the steak salad we normally get. My other coworkers ordered the combo basked and trophy trout. The trout and baskets looked good, and there were no complaints. We all noted that the service was very slow. At this point I'm not sure I will go back... I think the Lewisville and Frisco locations have better, more consistent food. read more

Never come to this place to watch games and definitely not a fight. The cover charge is over the top and seating is horrible. Cops on site for no reason, Saturday night college and boxing should be fun, not a uncomfortable feeling. Paying a cover charge and being forced to watch one game is unheard of on a Saturday night.
