Twin peaks has the coldest beer in Phoenix and the bar food is above average. I've visited several times to watch March madness on all the TVs and enjoy being around others watching. Server said she was too busy with shift change to get one of the 50 TVs changed to the football game I came to watch.... 1st day of ncaa football too. It never got changed and I left. Had a sandwich and beer that cost 18 bucks but never got offered a water and the new server never asked if I needed anything. Not sure if it was even assigned. Evidently shift change at Twin Peaks needs a little fine tuning. Won't hurry back unless another employee outing gets scheduled there... pretty unlikely. read more

The really cool thing about this place is all the Video Screens. All the sports are on. If not then they will find it for you. Second thing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food. Is awesome. I just stopped in for lunch and had the best experience with both bartenders, Victoria and Cam! The food was great but the service was better. They genuinely cared about my experience and they both seem to love their jobs. With everything going on, staffing shortages and covid, this type of service is rare. First and last visit! I'm not too happy about having to give this place 1 star because the food was soooo good here, but the service was the worse service I have ever had and for that I will not be back. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and had about 15 people in our group. When we got there it took about 10-15 minutes before the server came to get our drink order. It was not busy! When she came back with our drinks we asked for a couple of waters. After asking multiple times throughout the evening, we still never got our waters. At one point we had ordered a small round of shots and it took about 5 or more mins for her to understand the order. She didn't know half of the alcohols we were ordering and we were ordering alcohols off the $3.99 shot menu. If it's a special promotion I expect the server to be familiar with them. When she got to the table with the shots, she was unable to tell us which shot was which. She literally had us guess what was what! And she did this with two different rounds. Now fast forward to the end of the evening when we each got our checks..... every single check was incorrect! It took her 3 tries to correct my check and by the end she still over charged me and other guest. By this point I was so frustrated I didn't even care about the overpayment and just wanted to leave and get on with our evening. So we paid our bills and left. I'd say the burgers are the safest thing to order, average but filling. Chips and queso taste stale and old. Some of the worst wings I've ever had.. tough and greasy, lacking flavor. Came in with a small group that turned into about 20 large. With members trickling in little by little, the Twin Peaks staff maintained great drink and tab management. APPETIZERS came out fresh and hot and the BEERS kept coming out at a refreshing COLD tempature that all beers should be served at. Fantastic job Twin Peaks team. 3 stars for the food, it was pretty good. We ordered the queso(5stars), the chicken ranch sandwich(4 stars), and some wings(3stars). I used to love twin peaks but recently if feels a little run down. I think the server attire is a huge part. It used to be nice and classy but all of the servers looked pretty trashy when I went yesterday; it seemed they were working at a strip club in a bad part of town, not the least bit classy. Great service! Definitely a place for elders as well despite what has been written. I was there during the altercation and that was not the entire truth. Customers were all told they needed to wear a mask and they kept arguing with manager about it. A customer came out the restroom and overheard and defended the manager saying "where are facemasks not alllowed?" The elderly man pushes younger guy by neck after already being aggressive to manager (who by the way is a younger female) so he reacts by hitting him. It's never okay to hit an elderly person but just wanted the full CORRECT story out there.
