I don't typically write reviews, however I was so impressed by the service I received on Monday I felt it would only be appropriate to express my appreciation. I have visited this location a few times now. I typically choose to sit at the bar to grab a drink while watching the game and I always have a wonderful experience. The food is great and always fresh. The drinks are pretty damn good. I personally recommend the maple old fashion. And the service is out of this world! The girls are always nice and really know what they're doing. If you decide to pay them a visit make sure to say hi to two of my favorite bar tenders Paige and Chelsea. They always make you feel welcome and well attended even when the place is extremely busy. read more

I was in the restaurant industry for a long time through college, as a bartender and server. I came here after a very long 3 hour evening drive from San Antonio to just grab a couple beers and relax before heading to my parents. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted, which is rare now unless you're known. I had to use the restroom about 10 minutes later, and another bartender asked if I wanted her to hold my beer behind the bar ( I'm a young woman in my late 20s, and these days are a lot different with all of those people who will do anything to be creepy or take advantage of someone like me by themselves). I've also asked this of many bartenders in the past, as I have been to bars many times by myself and am always told they can put a coaster on top of my mug. It may seem like a minuscule compliment and something not important to a lot of people that i give them 5 stars based on these two things, but it really meant a lot to me and I felt taken care of. Walked in: fishnets an ass cheeks galore, I was alone and was meeting someone. I'm a female: 39, but rest assured, I look 25. Lucky me right?! Was meeting a dude friend, ordered a Michalob Ultra, like a lady- and service was pretty good. Heard from so many that wings were on point, ordered- and goodness gracious- it was an embarrassing SOGFEST. Left with a to-go box of garbage wings that I'm taking to the first homeless man I can find. 6/10 would return for the ass cheeks. Not the good. read more

Decided to go to this location with my brother in laws to have a good time. We were served by the waitress JoJo. We ordered some shots and noticed that they were significantly small. We said something to JoJo about it and she told us that she isn't the bartender. We understood that and proceeded to order more shots. The second round of shots was also noticeably small. We said something about it but assumed that maybe that's jus how they served the drinks. One of my brother in laws recognized a few of his ex teammates at another table and spoke to them. A few minutes later his ex teammates sent a round of shots. We immediately noticed that these shots were significantly larger than the ones we had been receiving from our waitress. When JoJo returned with some more shots we had ordered we informed her that the shots were not acceptable and that the shots we received from the other table/waitress were much larger. She advised that she would inform her manager Lizzy. Lizzy approached us asked what the problem was and we told her what the deal was. We even saved the last round of shots to show her how small they were. She immediately gave us attitude. She proceeded to tell us that the shots were fine and the she had 6 years of bartender experience and that they were 5 SECOND SHOTS. I told her if she can pour a five second shot and it's the same size as the ones we have then I would apologize. Lizzy left and came back with a bottle and shot glass. She started pouring and wouldn't you now the 5 SECOND POUR was significantly Lager than our shots. After this EMBARRASSING display I expected Lizzy to be apologetic and at the very least cover our last round, but no. The embarrassed Lizzy gave us more attitude and proceeded to tell us that every pour is different. After that she ran to the bar came back and Topped off the Small shots that we had ordered. She did not become apologetic until I informed her that I will be writing a review on this establishment. I have been going to Twin Peaks for several years. I have never experienced anything like this. This was my first time coming to this location and I don't think I'll be back. For the Manager to go out of her way to try and prove us wrong with that Ridiculous display/example was completely uncalled for and embarrassing. If she had approached us with humility and respect there would not have been a problem. We were just trying to have a good time last night. Even after that display we proceeded to order food and drinks. It was disappointing to see a manager behave in that manner. Even after that display she only offered to pay for our appetizer. Once we paid the waitress approached me and asked why I did not leave her a tip. I proceeded to explain to her that I did not appreciate the way we were treated and for you to approach me about it showed me that you were not focused on the experience you were providing. Below is a picture of the FIVE SECOND SHOT that the Manager Lizzy choose to defend. I will not be back to this location. That was embarrassing to watch and it was terrible customer service. First time at Twin Peaks, only came for the car show. Sat down with my Husband, Cousin and his son. Asked for a Coke with a Lime. Waitresses response was, "like a coke with a lime in it?" I didn't think it was that crazy of a request. Drinks come out, and placed our food order. Blackened fish tacos, BBQ Burger, Boneless wings with original sauce and pot roast, no roasted potatoes sub mashed. What happened next was what I would consider the equivalent of a brain aneurysm. The waitress couldn't comprehend the substituted mashed. Waited about 40 minutes for our food to come out while all the tables around us had been served, ate and we're already leaving. Food finally made it to the table and it was wrong. Burger wasn't right, wings had the wrong sauce, fish tacos had more slaw then fish. HOWEVER she got the mashed potatoes right. Overall I would give less then a star if possible. And I will not be visiting another TP establishment. read more

I got to the restaurant around 8 on fight night and was told the wait was an hour and a half. I put my name down right away and was okay with waiting. I went back up to the stand to check on the wait time again around 8:25 and they never even put my name on the list in the first place. Great. The fight started around 10 and we still weren't seated after two hours. After complaining, we were told nothing could be done and "accidents happen". My brother and I had been looking forward to this fight all week and couldn't watch the fight anywhere else. We ended up having to watch it on the patio standing. Kelsey is a absolutely a gem behind the bar. She is always greets customers with a smile on her face. She goes the extra mile taking multiple orders and handling multiple customers at one time. AlexOne of the best bartender this location has. Alex is a outstanding behind the bar. No matter if she has a full bar I will wait for a seat to open. She knows me as a regular and treats me like I am someone special. Alex has become a great friend over the years and sometimes I come up here just to see her smile. We sat at the inside bar and had Chelsea and Lexi set the standard of service so many could learn from. Their knowledge of the menu and bar are outstanding. These 2 have the right attitude. Never asked for anything. Glasses always full. Meal was perfect and cocktails were spot on. These 2 ladies are what service should be. Love the ice cold beer and the mozzarella bites! Server was friendly, accommodating when we asked to move to a bigger table and on top of our drinks and food. We did go on a Saturday night around 8:00PM and it was very busy, food service was slow but was to be expected with the amount of people in the restaurant. We would recommend. Taylor is the worst bartender I have ever experienced! Go to Twin Peaks all the time and have had good experiences for the most part. She thinks she can give horrible service with no consequences. She now refuses to serve me and my friends because she got a tip she deserved. I have never tipped less than 25+% here but her service and condescending language caused her to lose out on a great tip. Service = compensation, that's your job. Went in today while my wife had an appt. Got seated around 4:30. Never saw my waitress, never got anything to eat/drink. Was there an hour before I had to leave to pick her up. Not gonna lie, the last time I went here the experience was less than stellar...to be honest, it wasn't bad, it was terrible- service was terrible, nothing was right & the food was less than stellar. So my friends wanted to stop in to have some food & a few drinks, but I wasn't really down for that....but I had no choice, I was among for the ride. However, I was shocked & pleasantly surprised once we sat & were greeted by our waitress, FELI. Once we ordered food & drinks, they came very quickly & everything was correct as we ordered. FELI WAS GREAT. She continuously checked up to make sure we were satisfied & well taken care of...Before tonight I wouldn't have ever gone back there but our waitress FELI provided such remarkable service that I will be going back to that location very soon. read more

Usually I expect service to be bad when being served by a bunch of eye candy however every time I have come to this location I have been well taken care of. I had some sliders that come with a bacon relish and our waitress was adamant that I get it on the side b/c it is has a pretty overwhelming taste. I am glad I listened b/c it did and I was able to use as much as pleased me. NOTE: I am a butt guy and while their shorts where very short there --- I didn't see anyone who was really "South-side Holding" however, there were quite a variety of Chest Sizes there. read more

TP really should pay some attention to the valet parking situation in this restaurant. I went by on Sunday with my family and every "self park" spot was full, with approximately 20 of the valet slots open. I went ahead and parked in the valet section (not coned off, just a small sign saying "valet parking area"). While walking in the one attendant came chasing me down yelling "hey, hey, you have to pay me if you want to park here". I asked him where else I could park and he told me "anywhere else, these are my spots and I have to make money, so you can either pay me for the spot or move the car". It's not about the $3... it's about the restaurant allowing this type of negative customer environment. I told the attendant I wouldn't be staying, and walked inside and let the hostess know what happened outside and why I wouldn't be staying to eat there. The hostess told me that they have complaints about the attendant "all the time" and that they rent out their parking lot to the valet company and have no control over what they do. That's the worst part. They absolutely have control over it, and they should not be putting up with any contract company treating their customers in a disrespectful manner. To seal the deal.... when I was leaving I watched the valet back in a car and spin the tires in the parking lot while backing it in... it really inspired trust. read more

We've been there twice now, my wife and I, that is. Once on the weekend for lunch the other during the work week. In both cases, it's darn near impossible to find parking. The place is massive and is a popular spot to wet one's whistle while enjoying the view. My wife tells me there are big screen TVs showing sports all over the place. Damn..I didn't see a single TV. Probably because the attractive waitstaff was standing in front of them....yeah, that's it! Seriously, the place is a great hangout for beers, watching sports and snacks. It has plenty of bars - inside, outside and upstairs. All areas very clean and well kept. And a damned cool decor. We found the service to be very good - thoughtful, friendly and efficient. That said, the food is their Achilles heel. For appetizers: The wings, even the hottest (ghost chili) are not all that hot...they taste OK...but just OK. Their "Average Joes" which are tiny cheese brats with a mild chili relish, would be good if the brats were hot - temperature-wise. The "Steak Sliders" suffer from the same thing...food was not hot. My big beef, pun intended, with their food relates to their burgers. One would expect with all the money they've put into their establishment (structure, decor, staff, electronics, etc.) a decent burger. I mean one that puts the medium to high end burgers to shame. Sadly, that's not the case here. I ordered the "Hangover Burger" and while it was a tasty burger )cue that old lady from the ancient Wendy's commercials) WHERE'S THE BEEF? The darn burger patty was as thin as a regular McDonald's hamburger, which is thinner than that Wendy's patty. Clearly a pre-formed, poor quality excuse for a burger patty. Twin Peaks: C'MON MAN! How about a nice big, juicy, high quality Hamburger...one of the easiest things to make and offer. Just my 2 cents. And remember.....I didn't even notice there were TVs in the place! So I have to say, I've been here probably a dozen times because I live close by. The service is MEDIOCRE at best. It really depends on how busy it is, and what waitress you get. As for my most recent experience, it was bad. At one point I waited 25 minutes for the waitress to even come by and offer me another beer. She was gone at that point for almost 35 minutes. While I understand that at times waitresses can be busy, there really isn't an excuse for someone's drink to be empty for that long; beer or soda. This experience encourages me to eat elsewhere, where the service and food prices are equal for cost to value. This two star rating is generous. read more

This is, by far the best TP in the Houston "Area". Largest, most open, most girls, very good food. Have been to I-10 location; Kirby; 290, Webster. Like this location the best! (Travel 43 miles to get here almost every weekend!). Is kinda like a small vacation for me to look forward to... At least once a week. I'm kinda addicted to their Dirty Blonde beer... And they make great Long Island ice teas... The rest goes w/o saying!(it's in the name... dummy!) oh! Head and chawangas above hooters.. Some other place... Um... Forgot where...?
