I am not happy at all with the service department. I had the front wheel Alignment done on my Ford 150 4X4 that has 29,000 miles. I was told $129.99 when I called to make the appointment. When I brought the truck in I told them that it has a slight pull to the left. Also the tires were showing some wear. I was expecting that there would be some Camber and Caster adjustments along with setting the toe and centering the steering wheel. "It was centered when I brought the truck in"...... I was there for about an hour , the service writer came and got me and said the truck was done.. She then said that the bill was $199.99! WHAT?? I told her that is not what I was told, "I was quoted $129.99 on the phone". She said well, $199.99 was what it is, after some more discussion she dropped the bill to $149.99.. Well stupid me I paid the bill and was upset and at the point I just wanted to get out of there. On the way home I noticed that the steering wheel is NOW off to the left of center and the truck still pulls left.. I called and talked to service , come to find all they did was to set the toe. AND they did it all through just one tie rod , so that put my steering wheel off center. I am not happy with them at all and I will NOT Be going back there! The employees and managers are useless and not helpful, their mechanics trash customers cars and nobody takes responsibility or accountability for their actions and destroying my car. Now they charge me 16$ for new key fob batteries when the 3-4 times I've done it before it was free. I DO NOT recommend Twin State Ford to anybody. read more

These people are thieves. Make sure you do your research before going here for service or sales. They will low ball you on your trade and get you into a vehicle that is way over priced! Used vehicles way over priced. New vehicles overpriced. If you are looking for a used vehicle, any other dealer will be way more honest. They like to pull wool over your eyes too, wont mention certain things then get hit with costly fees. They dont care about the price of the vehicle, they just ask what can you afford a month? no talking about actual price. Jordan authorized my engine to be replaced in 2022. His tech did an awful job and caused our car to break down on numerous occasions after the repair. My husband and I were trying to move to AZ with our entire belongings in our car and our dog after the repair. The car broke down in New York on the way. We took it into another Ford dealership there, they told us the person who worked on our car previously did a terrible job and there were signs of poor workmanship. He stated there were metal shards all throughout our engine and it was leaking oil because a hole had been torn. He said our engine would have to be replaced again. We were literally stranded in New York, using our savings we had saved for the move, to pay for a hotel while they tried to figure out what to do with our car. After a month, and an open claims, we rented a car out of our own pocket to move back to AZ while they tried to figure out who was at fault and what to do. Literally, finally, Ford claims was able to ship our car back out to Twin State Ford in TWO years later in January of 2024. Once it arrived, after sitting in snowy awful weather, Jordan stated they were very backed up and wouldn't be able to look at our car right away. MONTHs later he called our claims stating he didn't know what was wrong and wanted to schedule a 3 way call with me and Claims. Claims has tried on numerous occasions to reach out but he has been avoiding all calls and contacts. I have been paying $415 a month for my car for over 2 years and insurance without my car. In addition, we have paid out of pocket for several other expenses due to the move. Twin State Ford has proved they are negligent time and again and refuse to offer any help to us or take responsibility for their actions. read more

Absolute thieves told me the mark up on a Bronco I wanted to pay cash for was going to be $10,000. but today was my lucky day it was only going to be $5,000. today. Reason for up charge It had 2 doors! What a deal! How could I pass that up? Well, I did! Bought one from a reputable Dealership. KBB doesn't rate car values that are up charged by thieves & in these amounts. Of course, I'm sure Twin State will up charge your trade when you come back with it right...LOL NOT! I finished up college and decided it was time to move out of Vermont. Before I left I wanted to make sure my '04 Toyota Matrix had an overhaul done on it so I knew that my car was in tip top shape. I brought in my and spent close to $500 on repairs. I had my car returned to me and less the 50 miles later the check engine lite was on again. Too many sales and service mishaps. Scheduling service, has been a problem this week. They had to change, i was flexible. I had requested tire mounting for trailer tires with my newly purchased accessory camera and tpms for my horse trailer. The 2019 f350 was equipped and I bought ford parts from another ford dealer on line because these parts and service people were not familiar with the system. I simply wanted new tires mounted on new wheels with the ford tpms sensors. They could not accommodate me and "we don't do anything with the trailer tpms". I decided that was the last straw. I canceled my appointment and will use a less convenient dealership in the future. The response from me canceling my appointment was "thank you". Guess they do not want my business Any more than i want to give it to them. read more

My 07 F150 was towed to Twin State Ford in St Johnsbury VT on Veterans Day 2019. I am a disabled Veteran and had just completed a 12 hour overnight shift. I depend on this vehicle. The engine had started running rough, the gages had shut off and I smelled a burning odor. After having my truck For 10 days they presented me with a $585.66 bill for a new fuel pump. They said the engine codes were for a timing issue so they cleared them. Two weeks after getting my truck back it experienced the EXACT same issue on the highway. This time I was closer to Lebanon NH, the towing company took my truck to Lebanon Ford. They thought I was joking when I told them what ST J Ford had said. They laughed and said "Not really, right"? My engine had a damaged Cam shaft which was so damaged it had worn into and finally broken the caps, it had broken timing chain pieces in the pan, it had severe heat damage and scoring. They REPLACED the engine! It was toast. I called ST J and they said they "Stand behind their work". I filed a complaint with FORD but have little hope of a resolution. I am considering a civil case. read more

I have been dealing with the Ford dealership in Saint Johnsbury Vermont for years! The service staff is nice, but I really wish my car would get fixed in a timely manner! I have had a shock that keeps coming loose and they will not fix it, they say they tighten it and it comes loose again one month later! Obviously there is something else wrong with the shock! Also my car starter they put in is not working, I have been waiting two months for them to get a hold of "the guy" that fixes them and every time I call about it they put me off another week! My car has had many issues and I just wish they were fixed properly and being under warranty they should be, but are not! When buying this car they knew I was in trouble with the other Fusion I brought in and they put me in a car too expensive and with more problems than it was worth! This is the last Ford product me and my family will have purchased cause the "New" Twin State is not any better than before and they still do not stand behind their product! read more

The sales-men have no personality and are just pushing for the sale. It takes them far too long to do anything, and the manager are just a cluster of pompous louts that condescend to you during the process. If you are giving a place money (and a fair amount of it) they should at least treat you well. Salesman will tell you anything to sell a vehicle and when you find out you have been taken it is too late.I told thesalesman up front I needed a truck for towing a fifth wheel .was sold a flat bed under the assumption it would do the job and later found out it couldnt do it and was told too bad.I bought itas is even though they lied to me.was never informed it was a cab and chassis either.
